I changed after my shower and got ready to go to the grill quickly, trying to sneak out before my mother could ask any questions."Mom! I'm going to the grill I'll be back later!" I called right before I closed the door, I held my truck keys in my hand
"Okay, See you later." I heard her call back from the house.
"Yeah love you too" I said quietly, I swear she doesn't show any emotion. I jumped into my GMC sierra truck and started it.
Yes yes I know what you're thinking "How the hell did you get that truck it costs so much?!" Well y'all can thank my dad for that, He is never around but I see him a few times a month, this was my birthday gift for when I turned 16... I am now 17 and the truck is in great condition... Thanks to Elijah many times.
I turned on the heat and began driving to the grill to meet Elijah, then I remembered Bonnie- She likes Elijah, no not like like but as friends. I pulled out my phone and began texting her

As soon as the message sent my phone died. "For fucks sake," I searched my truck for a charger and there was none to be found. "Just wonderful." I stared at the road and then I found the Grill- A small little diner/bar for kids and friends to hang out in. I pulled into a parking space next to Elijahs fancy GMC Suv. I turned off the truck and walked inside of the grill to see Elijah twirling the fork around in his hands, then he looked up to see me and he smiled. I walked over and sat down across from him "Hello"
He said partly smiling "Hey Boo."
Okay now I know what you're thinking "WHY DOES SHE CALL HIM BOO?!" Now don't judge me, I've always called him boo and he honestly doesn't mind it so I continue to call him it. Now I am guessing you all know about Kathryn and all that great drama right? Well I was the first one to know, Yes yes I am very special... But ever sense Elijah has found out about her cruelty he has acted different but I don't bother to question... He must be hurting.
"How was your run, Besides my brother?"
I rolled my eyes "Just wonderful."
Matt walked over with coffee in his hands "The normal May?" I nodded and he put coffee into the cup.
He looked at Elijah "And you?"
Elijah shook his head "If there is ravine in it still then I am good. Thank you for your offer though." Matt shrugged
"Sheriff says we have to, Sorry Elijah." Elijah shrugged and Matt walked off.
"Hey mind if I borrow your charger Elijah? My phone died on the way here." I chuckled once and so did he
"You really need a new phone,"
I rolled my eyes "I've been asking for one but ya know-" I put my hands in the air slightly "Poor as hell," He leaned back into the seat, "If you would accept my gifts then I would gladly get you one." I shook my head,
Okay I swear I probably can read your mind... But yes he always does offer to get me a new phone but I always say no. I hate spending other peoples' money.
He handed me his phone charger and I searched for an outlet and it was beneath the table, I looked at Matt who was behind the bar "You really need to find a better place to put an outlet." I called at him.
He shrugged while cleaning the coffee container "I will put that on your list of complaints."
"Thanks buddy" I chuckled then plugged in the phone charger to the wall then my phone and it lit up. My phone began to buzz like mad.
Bonnie: Did you get my other messages?
Bonnie: Maya! Elena is in trouble!
Bonnie: Hello?!

Bonnie: Cant come, Elena is in trouble. Want to come help save the day?
I shook my head at my phone, "What is it?" Elijah asked "Elena... She is in trouble, again. I swear everyone treats her like a delicate daisy."
Elijah chuckled "Jealous?"
I glared at him "Nope, just pissed."
He chuckled once more "Ah, Well..." He took my phone and read the text messages "Want to go save the day?"
I sighed, "Might as well, Lets go." I grabbed my phone and the charger and left.
Like I said, Elena is the delicate daisy. Something goes wrong everyone has to be there and put her in the center of attention, she gets scared when everyone is there, The thing is she drags Stefan and Damon along. Like how hard is it to make up your damn mind? I feel bad for Stefan... Damon not so much. Damon is always a drunk bitch in my opinion, when he gets drunk he gives no fucks. But when something goes wrong with Elena he goes in protective mode and it is pretty funny to watch everyone just put their lives in danger for Elena. Anyways, back to where Elena is.
"We're here," Elijah said I groaned "Lets get this over with." We walked into the woods and I saw two Stefan's
"Uh... Well shit I think that coffee is getting to me."
Elijah looked at me "I think that blood is getting to me." Elena looked at us looking scared and so did Stefan.
"Wait..." Doppelgangers have two or even three of themselves... Is Stefan a Doppelganger? He nodded at me as though reading my mind and I rolled my eyes "Just wonderful, now what does this one want?" Stefan number 2 stared at me "Just your other doppelganger." I sighed, "This again?" I looked at them all, Caroline, Bonnie, Stefan, Stefan 2, Damon, and Elijah. "Okay well lemme think on how this will go."
Okay so I have to admit I got really pissed so excuse me while I say this.
"Damon you go ahead and snap his neck while Elena stands there in fear, when Stefan 2 dies with all the veins in his face come Stefan 1 comforts Elena, Caroline gets the shovel to take care of this bitch and Bonnie makes sure he is dead." They all stared at me.
"Well isn't she a little sassy one?" Stefan 2 said.
Elijah chuckled "Shes a fighter for a human." Then Damon went behind Stefan 2 and snapped his neck, Stefan wraps his arms around Elena, Stefan 2's veins slowly came to his face and Caroline is holding a shovel.
"What did I say, I am a sidekick." I shrugged as Bonnie checked to make sure his pulse stopped. "Now goodbye!" I walked off and Elijah stayed there, probably to make sure their mess was taken care of. I got to Elijahs car and it was locked, "Just great." I leaned against his car, crossed my arms and looked at the woods. "Why does everyone make such a big deal over her?" I asked my self as I kicked a rock, then I picked up a pebble and threw it. I looked to my side and there was Klaus.
"Someone is in a bad mood today." I shrugged "Want to tell me about it, Sweetheart?" I picked up another rock and fixed my hat
"Just trying to understand why everyone treats Elena like shes a princess that can't be harmed..."
Klaus chuckled "I have met many princesses and she is defiantly not one, most have to learn to fight as well in case one of the guards is not around" I sighed and chucked the rock again
"See my point?" I stared at him.
"I do actually." I kicked his shoe "What was that for?"
I shrugged "Just gotta take out my anger on someone, and you are the closest unharmed, and immortal creature near me so."
He gave me a half smile,"Let me guess... Damon saved the day?"
I rolled my eyes "Obviously it is the same way every time. Surprised we didn't lose someone this time." I felt the wind hit me and I shivered
"Why are you outside of the car?" He asked.
"Well Elijah has the keys so I am kinda stuck out here." Klaus looked at me though his long eye lashes.
"I could break the door..?"
I chuckled once, "Any other options?"
He shrugged "No, not really." He was taking off his leather jacket in a second and he handed it to me. "Uh, thanks... I think,"
He furrowed his eyebrows "I am not a complete savage," I rolled my eyes
"Most of the time you are." He shrugged "Oh well."
