So I realized that I'm really stupid and I deleted part of the past chapter before I posted it. I was wondering why it was so damn short! I am really stupid! So I fixed it a little, but if you read it before, it should look about the same, so no real worries. THIS. IS. THE. CHAPTER. YOU'VE. BEEN. WAITING. FOR! Maybe? :) :) leave comments!
αααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααα
I stared up at the dot-coated sky. Jeff held me closer to him as we sat there, underneath a large elm tree. It was right on the edge of a large clearing. He was whispering about nothing into my ears. This was my destiny and I was going to embrace it.
"Jeff. I'm not going to just sit here as bait. We're going to fight for this," I said, "For us."
"But you know that's not how it's going to work out, Amy. If we do things wrong, we could be thrown into an alternative reality," he explained. But I wouldn't listen to anything he was saying because I didn't give a shit.
"Let's live a little, baby," I rolled my eyes and stood up, approaching the center of the clearing. I pointed my head towards the sky and screeched, "COME AND GET ME!"
I heard multiple howls. The next second, I remember morphing into something and the shouts of pain as I moved. I wasn't even sure what I transformed into, but I was on fire, literally. It didn't hurt though. So I punched every wolf that came at me.
They fell to the ground within seconds of my hits. They were in flames, rolling around, whining loudly.
"That was easy," I groaned.
Jeff growled next to me, >>They aren't even here yet.
That's when a person entered the clearing, with a wolf, and a few other people. They smiled widely, showing their large fans at me. Oh God, what were they?
"My, my, werewolves never tasted good but I can't be that picky when it comes to blood," one of the vampires spoke, "Oh, Hello, Aimee, I missed you dear! Tell me, how are mummy and daddy doing in the ground? Huh? Well Aimee, look right in front of you. They aren't in the ground!"
Sure enough, in front of me, were my parents. Their eyes were a viscous red color.
"Mh, hello daughter," my mother said smoothly, "Come give mommy a hug," she opened her arms, expectantly.
But they weren't my parents. They couldn't be. My parents died a long time ago...
Jeff snarled >>It's a trap, Aims. Trust your instincts.
I attacked my so-called mother first. I snapped her neck easily and began to tear her apart. A small black wolf started to tear her limbs away, helping me to quickly get rid of the body. With one touch, her body exploded into a flaming mess.
"Okay, so now do you really want to mess with me, Victor?"
"Mess with you? Only if it involves a bedroom," he said, eying me up and down, "I gotta say, the flames really do you justice."
I rolled my eyes, "Can we just get this over with? Jeff and I have things to do later on."
"Like what?" he smiled. Suddenly, my vision went black. I was unable to see, "Well, now that you can't see, much like a bedroom scene, let's see if you can put up a nice fight, hm?"
I felt blows, hitting me over and over, all from different directions. There was no hope for me. I was going to die at the rate I was getting punched. This would be the end of the road for me, I thought as pain rippled through my upper body.
αααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααα
"Jeff," I didn't move from the pool of liquid that I laid in, "Jeff. Jeff."
His hand touched my forehead, warming my skin, "Aimee. I need to get you help. Don't move."
"Don't leave me here to die," I choked. I felt large gobs of liquid pouring out from inside of my mouth. But I still couldn't see. I had my eyes wide open but I just couldn't see. Did he blind me forever?
"I WON'T," He shouted, "BUT I NEED TO GET HELP! YOU CAN'T DIE LIKE THIS!"
And I felt my eyes close, hearing his screaming echoing in the darkness of my mind.
αααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααα
There once was a cantaloupe that lived on the side of a hill, a mysteriously deep voice narrated in my head, and it was a very happy fruit. It sat on the porch in it's rocking chair, rolling back and forth with the quiet breeze.
"Mh, sunshine," the chair spoke to the fruit, "I like the sun."
The fruit rolled off the chair as the wind blew. The chair toppled over, falling off the porch, and tumbling down the hill into a large sandpit.
The once happy cantaloupe was sad. It didn't just lose a friend. It lost a place to sit for the rest of the night.
αααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααα
I woke up to the sound of beeps, penetrating the silence that was in my mind. I felt a warm hand, holding mine, and I saw Jeff's face right up in mine.
The white lights of the ceiling made him look like he was wearing a halo on his head. Was he an angel? Was he sent to protect me? Or am I just completely crazy since I've been sitting in this hospital bed for what seemed like years.
"Oh," I chuckled, "Hey there, stranger."
"Oh, is that how you like it? Kind of kinky," he pecked my cheek, "I'll remember that for next time."
"Who said there would be a next time, bub?"
A large frown spread across his face, "So does that mean you want to break up?"
"You're stupid. Can I leave this stupid bed now? I'm bored."
He smiled and ran his fingers through my hair, "Well, see, there's a problem. If we leave, I can't drive you anywhere. The entire school is outside. I had to tell them I was going to see my sick neighbor."
"Well, that's not a complete lie."
He touched his lips to mine. So I grabbed his tie and pulled him back, "I want a real kiss."
He smirked, "Maybe later. I have to leave though. I don't want anyone getting suspicious..."
"Fuck it, who cares what anyone else thinks? I mean, come on, we've already slept together!" I groaned as I loosened his tie with my fingers. He closed his eyes as I unbuttoned the top part of his shirt. I put my hand to his heart, feeling it pulsing rapidly, "And I love you."
"I love you too, Aimee," he whispered breathlessly.
"Fuck other people. Let's blow this popsicle joint!"
He laughed and helped me out of the hospital bed. He pointed to a pile of freshly folded clothes on the chair. Yay for getting out of this stupid looking gown! I lifted the hospital gown over my head and walked over to the clothes. Whoops, but I forgot Jeff was in the room. Oh well, he wouldn't try anything right? It's a hospital. That's weird. I felt Jeff's eyes on my body as his hands ran over my uncovered breasts. I groaned in pure ecstacy and shoved him away, throwing my bra on and my shirt.
He pouted.
"It's a hospital, Jeff. Keep it in your pants," I chuckled as I glanced down, noticing the tent he had already.
He groaned and turned away from me, "You can't tease me like that!"
I shrugged as I pulled my tight jeans on. I hated hospital gowns. They were so revealing. Anyone could just LOOK in them, right?! So I'm not completely crazy for hating them!
"Pleaseeeee?" he ground his hips into my butt.
I rolled my eyes, "You are so needy."
"I know and it's killing me," he smirked, "Let's go home."
So he took my hand in his and led me towards the exit of the hospital. He flicked his sunglasses down on his head and smiled at me, "You ready for this?"
"Nope," he didn't release my hand as we moved through the sliding glass doors.
"OH my FUCKING GOD. Is she with him?" I heard some girl shout.
"They look so cute together!"
"Why do teachers always get the hot girls?"
"I'm reporting this. This is DISGUSTING!"
I rolled my eyes as Jeff pulled me through the crowd of students, "She's my neighbor," he laughed at some kid, "Nothing more, nothing less."
And then, I felt lips against mine that I'd never remembered ever kissing. I gasped slightly which made the foreign invader's tongue slip right into my open mouth.
The kid pulled away with a smile, "Yeah? Then why doesn't she kiss me back?"
"I don't makeout with strangers," I rolled my eyes as Jeff and I approached his car. This kid was incredibly persistent though. He was still following us. I hated annoying humans, I thought as I moved through the crowd that was now by Jeff's shiny dark green camero.
"When'd you get the camero?"
He shrugged, "Yesterday," he smirked at me and opened the door for me. I slid inside and he closed the door for me, trekking back to the other side of his car. He hopped in and when he put the keys in the ignition, the engine of the beastly machine groaned to life.
"Jeff?"
"Yep?" he said, popping the p.
"Can I stay over tonight?"
He chuckled, "It's a school night, Aimee."
"Yeah, so? Oh... oh! No, I didn't mean that. I literally don't want to go home and deal with Ed or anyone else right now."
"You'll stick with me though? Aw," he put his hand over his heart as he fluttered his eyelids, "Sweetie, that's so nice of you."
"Shut up, girl-man. What did I transform into during the fight anyways? All I remember is that... I was on fire!"
He blinked, "I don't know what you were. You looked the same, well, just a bit hotter," he chuckled at his lame attempt of a joke.
"Whatever!" I groaned and curled up against the new smelling leather seats. I fell asleep almost instantly.
αααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααα
I opened my eyes slowly. What the hell? I groaned at the weight of Jeff's arm on my shoulder. His face was literally up next to mine. I could see the stubble under his chin from his lack of shaving. I traced my finger lightly over it. He moaned loudly, pulling me impossibly closer. So my lips landed on his neck. He shivered.
"What are you doing, huh?"
"I wasn't doing anything, I have no idea what you're talking about!"
"Oh?" he kissed my neck, "You sure? Because I wasn't complaining," he said as his soft and tender kisses trailed down to the bottom of my neck. He must have hit a sweet spot there or something because I felt like I was going to explode if he stopped kissing me. I would be so frustrated, "Mh, it's almost 5," he said as he stopped, "I have to go get ready. Gotta get in early to see my favorite student."
I didn't explode, for your information. I sighed loudly as I responded, "Who is that?"
"You know, Matt," he wiggled against me, causing me to let out a slight giggle, "Why you laughing, punk?"
"Nothing," I said too quickly.
His face turned bright red, realizing what I was talking about. But he quickly recovered, straddling my small waist between his knees. He loomed over me as he pulled my hands over my head. The pure animal inside of him lashed out! (teehee!)
αααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααααα
I strolled into Mr. Seaberg's class with ten minutes left of class. He didn't bother stopping his lecture to ask me what I was up to or anything. So I just sat down. The bell rang for the next class at the same time as I sat down.
"Right, so make sure you finish Chapter 5 of the readings, know about the differences between the pillars, yes?" he shouted over the moving of books, mouths, and feet.
"Aimee, stay after class," he fumed at me.
What the hell?
A bunch of students were staring at me. A girl I didn't recognize dropped a note on my desk.
So, is it big? ;)
I groaned and crumpled the note, staring at Jeff. He didn't close the door though, like he normally would. He stood behind his desk, glaring at me.
"What?" I whispered.
"Why were you so late?"
"Mr. Eldridge wanted to talk to me about an assignment?"
"So you are just sleeping around for grades," he snapped at me.
My eyes widened in shock.
He was almost in a blind rage at that point. He seemed so angry for no reason. I jumped out of my seat and went to the door, shutting it lightly.
He pushed me up against the door, kissing me roughly. His lips glided over mine expertly. Then, his tongue swept my lower lip so quickly that I moaned in surprise. He pulled away, "Sorry, you have no idea how long I've wanted to do that for..."
"Since I walked in?"
"Nope, since forever," he picked my left hand up and flipped it over, "Look."
I stared at my uninteresting hand. There was nothing out of the ordinary about it, I thought as I examined it, "At what?"
He flipped his left hand over, holding it palm side up next to mine. We had the same palm lines. The same length. Everything looked identical... It was almost creepy. When he put his left fingers into the palm of my left hand, I felt the strangest emotion I'd ever felt. It was sickening.
My stomach flipped as I looked at him.
"You didn't know, did you?" he smiled, "We're mates. That's why it's so hard for both of us to stay away. That's why I can't go ten seconds without thinking about you. That's why I get so angry when I hear about you with another teacher. I love you so much that it physically hurts me," he tapped his fingers in my palm, making me queazier than I was a few moments before.
"I think I'm going to throw up," I groaned and sat down on the floor. He dragged the trash can over to me and I just let it all go into the trash. All my lunch from that day sat in with a bunch of pencil shavings and empty coffee cups.
He gave me a weary look, "You okay?"
I nodded, "Yeah, it's just when you touched my hand, I felt really dizzy."
He smiled sweetly, "You'll get used to the feeling. Most of the time when wolves mate with regular humans, they black out and act like they've had too much alcohol. It's pretty rare for a non-human to get sick though. But you are a special case," he tilted his head back and forth quickly, "Let's try again. I want to show you something cool."
He put his fingers on my palm. I didn't have anything left to throw up... If I did, it would be out of my system. I dry heaved, gagging into the trash. He kept his fingers on my palm. But the feeling dulled slightly as he continued to keep his fingers there.
It was just an emotion that welled up inside of me. This wanting was an extreme need. It was like needing air in outerspace. But for some reason, I felt it for Jeff.
"What?"
He released his hand, "That's how I feel every time you walk out on me. Every time you leave. I need you."
