in the unhappy family there is only one thing that borders the house
there is no white picket fence, just a dark gloomy stare into the windows
there is no dog barking at the door, there's only a door, which stays forever open and invites the ghosts of the past into each and every room
there is no family game night, no family movie night
there is only silence surrounding the screaming, so that when the guests come over, we can put smiles on our faces and play pretend normal
but behind those smiles is a grotesque frown and an angry glare
there is no happy family
