Luka's P.O.V
I looked at my only daughter. She was sad and a bit worried. I sense that she does not want to explain what she wants to say.
Usually, she would tell me what is on her mind lately. I would comfort her.
"Maria, my child, you can tell me what is wrong. You will always tell me things in your mind." I assure her. She looks at me.
"Okaasan, I..I.." She started.
I'm listening, my child. I am listening. Go on.
"I think I remember who found me when I got amnesia.." She mutters quietly. I widen my eyes a little bit.
"Really?" I ask, shocked. My voice was quiet, so no one can hear us.
She nods.
"Then who is it?" I asked with my soft voice. She sighs a little.
"Oliver Kirkland." She said, shakily.
So, it is you, Kirkland-san. I knew it was you.
"How did you remember that?" I asked in a quiet voice.
"He was the one who found me, and he took care of me. He thought me kanji, which I did not understand when I had amnesia. He also song me Japanese songs when I sleep." Maria explains. I shake. I feel his presence.
"Oh! She now remembers!" A voice echoed at my head.
"Kirkland-san. I knew it was you." I tell him mentally.
"Oh, of course it is me, young lass!~ It is me, the infamous Oliver Kirkland!~" He said.
I hear him laugh. And laugh. And laugh. He won't stop laughing insanely.
"These are what 2ps do." I thought to myself.
"Okaasan? Are you alright?" My daughter's voice snap out my head.
"Oh, yes, I am, my daughter." I said. I sigh.
"Those boys are having a lot of fun, ne?" Maria said, looking at the bar, and giggles. I giggle as well.
"Well, your otosan and your nīsans are indeed having fun at the bar! They(Kuro and Kiku) can hold their liquor so good!" I said, laughing. She laughed as well.
"How silly!" She mutters happily.
"She does not even mind you, Kirkland-san." I tell the man.
"Well, for one thing, I do not care! I do not care if she dies, kills herself--"
I cut off his sentence by mentally slapping him on the cheek.
"Urusei, bakayaro." I demanded, and he did.
"Oh, here comes the macho!" I said, pointing to my husband, approaching here.
"Yo! Here I-hic-come!" Takadatsu said, and he glomps the both of us.
"Oi, oi! You're too heavy, baka!" I said between laughs. Takadatsu laughs. Kuro approaches us and glomps at Takadatsu.
"N-Nīsan..tasukete..!" Maria begged, and laughs as well. Kuro smirked.
"Ne, imotō! We should-hic-do something today!" Kuro said. I widen my eyes.
Oh, you are absolutely not going to do "that", konoyaro.
You see, life is not that easy when you do not make it easy.
I got a husband. Two sons and a young daughter.
Life will be giving us what we need.
