I feel like I'm updating this like all the time. It's like I'm throwing dodgeballs of chapters at you all and you're like the nerds who end up being the last in after hiding behind everyone then you get smacked in the face with dodgeball chapter (Is anyone else like that when they play dodgeball because that is basically how I played dodgeball in Intermediate which was last year).
Also those question in the Author's Note of the last chapter NEED to be answered. I've only received one lot of answers and I would love for most of to answer them so before you read this, go to the previous chapter, answer the questions then begin.

"With our victory at Sectionals, we need to begin preparing for Regionals which is being held in Akron, Ohio. Carmel High at hosting this year and our competition is going to be tough. It's Vocal Adrenaline and the Warblers." Finn says, reading at notice from the Show Choir Competition Committee of Ohio.
"We need Mr Schue back." Kitty says.
"Why? We're doing perfectly fine without him." Finn says.
"He was the guy who pretty much started Glee Club." Kitty says.
"Well, he gave up on you guys, remember? I'm here though and I'm not going to let you down." Finn says.
"What about when you and Rachel get married? What's going to happen then?" Marley asks.
"Rachel knows how dedicated I am to leading this club and she'll respect my choice if I say that I want to stay in Ohio to help you guys." Finn says.
"Can we just not talk about this right now? Christmas is coming up. Do you have anything planned for that, Finn?" Ryley asks.
"Yes, yes I do," Finn says, rushing up to the board to using a green marker to write 'CHRISTMAS', "Christmas is coming soon and I want you guys to sing some modern Christmas songs. I have one up my sleeve that I'm going to perform now so enjoy."
Finn nods at the band who begin to play his song.
[Finn:]

The club clap for Finn who smiles at them all.
"It's been a while since I sung last." Finn says.
"You're still awesome though." Ryley says.

"You're going to New York for Christmas." Ryder says while standing by Ryley's locker the next day.
"Yeah. My dads' got me a ticket to fly out there in the weekend before Christmas then I'm coming back on January 3rd." Ryley says, closing her locker.
"And you're staying with Rachel, Blaine, Kurt and Santana?" Ryder asks.
"Yes. It's going to be me, Rachel, Blaine, Kurt, Santana and Dani for Christmas." Ryley says.
"Who's Dani?" Ryder asks.
"Brittany broke up with Santana during Summer Break because Brittany met someone else at MIT so Santana and Rachel work at this diner in New York and Dani works there too. Santana and Dani hit off quite quickly and now are together." Ryley says.
"Wow. I thought Brittany and Santana were a strong couple." Ryder says.
"Well, turns out they're not." Ryley says.
Ryder sighs, "It's Christmas apart for us this year, isn't it?"
"Yes, sadly. I'll Skype you though on Christmas night." Ryley says.
"And I was hoping we'd spend New Years Eve together." Ryder says.
"You could fly out to New York sometime inbetween Christmas and New Years Eve. We could watch the ball drop in Times Square then kiss." Ryley says.
"I'll think about it." Ryder says with a smile.
"But right now, I want to sing a duet with you. I'll play guitar and we can both song. It's a modern Christmas song but isn't full of mentions of Christmas." Ryley says.
"I'd love to. Let's go to the auditorium to practice then we'll perform in Glee Club later." Ryder says.
Ryley grabs Ryder's hand and drags him to the auditorium to practice.

Ryley and Ryder sit on stools in the choir room. Ryley has her guitar with her. They both wait for the Glee Club to arrive to listen/watch their performance.
Everyone begins to arrive at once with Finn being the last one in the choir room. He takes a seat when he sees the couple want to perform.
"This a song that I'm pretty sure is a Christmas song. It's got Christmas in the title and is a modern song. I hope you guys enjoy it though." Ryley says. She begins to play her guitar to start the song.
[Ryder:]

"That was very good, Ryder and Ryley." Finn says, clapping with the club.
"Thank you." Ryley says with a smile.

"This is freaking creepy." Ryder says, poking a cardboard cut out in Ryley's room. It's of One Direction's Zayn Malik - 2011 Zayn to be exact with his lack of tattoos on his arms and still perfect hair.
"Don't judge cardboard Zayn." Ryley says, whacking Ryder's hand away from Zayn. She goes over to her bed and continues packing for New York.
Ryder leaves cardboard Zayn alone and looks around Ryley's room. She has her signed Chuck poster above her double bed. She then had photos of her and friends scattered nearby. There's one in the centre though of the two of them with the words RYDLEY on it using those letters you get in scrapbooking kits.
He smiles at it then looks at the other posters on the walls. There's posters of One Direction, Lorde, Little Mix, Channing Tatum, Ian Somerhalder, Zachary (freaking) Levi and random movie posters from movies like Star Wars, Pitch Perfect, The Hunger Games and Rock of Ages.
"Done studying my walls?" Ryley asks.
"Yeah." Ryder says, turning around to look at his girlfriend.
"You're giving me a ride to the airport, right?" Ryley asks.
"Yeah," Ryder says, "Let me take your bag for you." He goes to grab the suitcase from Ryley as she carries her carry on bag with a book, iPhone and other random things.
They go downstairs and out of the Berry house. Ryder puts the suitcase in the boot then opens the door up for Ryley on the passenger side then he goes to the driver's side.
They drive to the airport, parking in the carpark. The couple then make their way to the check in. Ryley checks in then the couple hang around the airport.
Ryley's flight number is called though after a while. They make their way to the security gates to her plane then stop. Ryley takes a small present out of her carry on and passes to Ryder.
"What's this?" Ryder asks.
"Your Christmas present. I hope you like it." Ryley says.
"I'll love it," Ryder says, "I secretly put your present from me in your carry on."
"I saw it. It wasn't that secret." Ryley says.
"Damn." Ryder says. Ryley giggles at her boyfriend.
"I love you." Ryley says.
"Love you too." Ryder says.
The two kiss then Ryley goes through security to get onto her plane. She waves to Ryder one last time before getting onto the plane.

Ryley spent the next few days hanging out with the New York gang. Artie was around too with him being in New York for school.
On a cold day, the day before Christmas Eve, Ryley and Rachel walk arm in arm down the streets of New York City. Both are wearing their warm jackets to keep themselves warm in the cold. Rachel has a large drink from Starbucks while Ryley has a large hot chocolate. They both have shopping bags of Christmas presents for their friends.
"Santana, Kurt and Dani all working shifts at the diner right now. Do you want to stop by?" Rachel asks.
"Let's go to the diner. I want to meet this Dani that is making Santana happy." Ryley says with a smile. She's heard so much about Dani but never has actually met the girl.
"It's just down the street here." Rachel says. She directs her sister towards the retro styled Spotlight Diner. The two go inside and see Santana and Kurt all working around the place. The walls are covered in Christmas decorations too.
"This is quite an awesome place." Ryley says, looking around the diner from the entrance.
"Welcome to the Spotlight Diner, Rachel and friend." A blonde girl with brown streaks in her hair says with a bright smile.
"Dani, this is my sort of sister, Ryley. Ryley, this is Dani, Santana's girlfriend." Rachel says.
"Hi. It's so nice to meet you." Ryley says.
"Nice to finally meet you too. I've heard so much about you." Dani says.
"Can we have a booth?" Rachel asks.
"Sure." Dani says then directs them to a booth.
The sisters sit down and Dani gives them a menu each. Dani takes their orders then goes to take the orders to the chef. Santana walks up to their booth with the drinks they ordered, puts them on the table then motions for Ryley to scoot over so she can sit down.
"This job can get so tiring." Santana says and she grabs Ryley's drink of a chocolate milkshake, drinking a mouthful of it.
"Seriously, Santana?" Ryley asks.
"Yeah, this job is tiring." Santana says.
Ryley snatches the milkshake from Santana's grip, "No. I meant, seriously did you just drink my drink?"
"I just thought we could share since we are friends." Santana says.
"This is my drink though." Ryley says, protecting her drink from Santana.
"Sorry." Santana says. She's then shouted at by Gunther for being lazy then gets up to actually work.

Christmas Day arrives quickly and Ryley sits in the apartment labelled the HummelBerryPez apartment with Rachel, Santana, Dani, Kurt and Blaine.
"It's so great to be spending Christmas with you guys." Ryley says.
"Amen to that." Santana says, raising her glass of wine into the air then drinking a mouthful of her drink.
After opening presents and their untraditional Christmas dinner (they ordered pizza and ate ice cream for desert), Ryley got out her laptop and went into Rachel's room to talk with Ryder over Skype.
"Hey babe." Ryder says when his face appears on the laptop screen.
"Hey Ryd. Merry Christmas." Ryley says, resting the computer on her lap.
"Merry Christmas to you too. Have you opened my present yet?" Ryder asks.
"No. It's here with me now. You opened my present to you yet?" Ryley ask.
"No. It's sitting her next to me." Ryder says.
"I'll open my first." Ryley says. She picks up the present then unwraps revealing a box at least the size of a watch box. She then opens up the box to reveal an action figure version of her and an action figure of Ryder.
"Do you like them? They were hard to get over the Internet because I had to send them photos and there was quite bit of money that was paid." Ryder explains.
"I love it. Now open my one to you." Ryley says.
Ryder picks up the present and unwraps it to reveal a small Bride and Groom topper who normally see on Wedding cakes. The groom looks like Ryder and the bride looks like Ryley.
"Wow." Ryder says.
"Do you like it?" Ryley asks.
"I love it. Thank you." Ryder says, smiling.
"Ryley! We're going to watch a movie and it's your choice!" Blaine calls out.
"Awesome!" Ryley calls out to Blaine then turns back to the computer screen, "I got to go."
"Yeah. I should get going to. Love you." Ryder says.
"Love you too." Ryley says.
"I'll see you in the new year." Ryder says.
"Bye." Ryley says, waving then Ryder's face leaves the computer.
Ryley closes up her laptop, puts it away along with her action figures then joins the others in the living room.
"What's the movie going to be?" Kurt asks, cuddling with Blaine on the couch. Dani and Santana are also cuddling and Rachel has saved her a spot so they can sit together.
"What about Tangled?" Ryley asks, looking through the pile of DVDs near the TV.
"A good Disney movie would be cool to watch." Dani says.
"Then we can watch maybe Pitch Perfect?" Ryley asks.
"Great choices." Kurt says.
"Let's begin." Ryley says, putting Tangled in the DVD player then sitting next to Rachel.

On the 27th, Ryley and Blaine decide to take down the Christmas tree while Rachel, Dani, Santana and Kurt all work shifts at Spotlight Diner. Gunther only closed the diner for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day along with the 26th so they're back at work.
They take all the decorations down and Ryley sucks on a candy cane while she does. The cousins joke around and talk while they pack up the decorations.
There's a knock at the door and Ryley goes to answer it. She opens the door and there's nobody there. She raises an eyebrow in curiosity then goes to close it but a foot stops it.
"Ryder!?" Ryley says with happiness and surprise, opening the door up more.
"I'm here!" Ryder says with a huge grin. Ryley wraps her arms around Ryder and the two kiss then smile at each other.
"I can't believe you actually came here. How long are you here?" Ryley asks.
"Until the 3rd of January, just like you." Ryder says with a grin.
"Hey Ryder." Blaine says, waving at the dirty blonde haired boy.
"Sup Blaine." Ryder says. Ryder comes inside with Ryley closing the door behind him. He carries a large backpack, containing his clothes and stuff for the next few days.
"You can help us with putting away the Christmas decorations." Ryley says.
"Where should I put my bag?" Ryder asks.
"Well, do you have a hotel to stay at?" Blaine asks.
"No. I just kind of guessed I could stay here." Ryder says.
"You can share the sofa bed with me." Ryley says.
"No funny business, you two." Blaine says, mock glaring at them and pointing his finger in a strict way.
"I could say the same thing for you and Kurt. I'm just grateful I brought my iPhone and earphones to listen to music loudly while you two ha-" Ryley says.
"Stop." Blaine interrupts.
Ryley smirks and she, Ryder and Blaine carry on putting the decorations away.

Days pass and it's the 31st of December. Ryley and Ryder sit out on the fire escape with cans of Mountain Dew. They're just talking and waiting for midnight.
"What did you do with my bride and groom gift?" Ryley asks.
"They sit next to bed currently." Ryder says.
"Why?" Ryley asks.
"Because, whenever I wake up, I get a reminder that one day that will be real." Ryder says.
Ryley smile at him, "I really do love you."
"I love you too." Ryder says, grinning back.
Blaine interrupts their little moment by popping his head out the window to them, "Why don't you guys come join us for the countdown. It's getting closer."
"Yeah. Let's do that." Ryley says. The couple follow Blaine out into the living room. Finn, who arrived the day after Ryder, sits with Rachel. The TV is playing the filmed countdown from Times Square.
"Let's begin." Kurt says.
The group then begin counting with the people on TV.
"10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1....HAPPY NEW YEAR!"
Ryley and Ryder kiss. Finn and Rachel kiss. Dani and Santana kiss. Kurt and Blaine kiss. All the couples kiss then everyone hugs each other separately, celebrating the new year.
"Happy New Year, sis." Rachel says to Ryley, hugging her.
"Happy New Year." Ryley says.
