I hope school wasn't being a bit to harsh on you today since we all were dropped with the news that the annual sports day coming in like three weeks time. I know we can't run away from the stress to prep for the whole thing, but I hope you'll manage to handle all the pressure.
Make sure to get stocked up with fluids! Isotonic drinks would be good. Also, pack a few energy bars since you'll probably won't get much time to have a proper meal.
And if you're going to be one of the athletes, take care of your health and don't forget to get rest after practising.
I never involved myself when sports day came. Let's just keep the reason for another day. Anyhow, I'll still be supporting you if you're one of the committees or athletes!
