"And up next, Austin Mahone!" The crowd went wild. One of Austin's song played as the crew began setting up his stage. I sat down in the empty waiting area, taking deep breaths, trying to contain myself.
It hurt, what Colson did, right in front of me, because he knew I was there and knew I was watching. But I knew that this moment wasn't about me or Colson, it was about Austin, the one who needed my support and the one I'd promised would have it.
"And now, ready to perform, is Austin Mahone!" The announcer sent vibrations through the arena and the crowd went wild.
Austin opened up with Say Somethin', followed by Loving You Is Easy, What About Love, It Will Rain, On My Mind and closing with 11:11. It was a great set, but now came the hardest part. Austin was about to come rushing off the stage, and that's when we would greet each other and kiss, right in front of the cameras. That's when we would reveal our relationship to the world, just moments after Colson and Shaye did. And to my suprise, I was ready.
I stood up and walked over behind the curtains. Austin looked up and smiled as he walked closer to me. The crowd died down as they set up the stage for the next performer, but that was the last thing on my mind. I heard the paparazzi being allowed into the room and my heart began beating faster.
"Hey," Austin smiled as he wrapped his hands around my waist and pulled me close, his nose touching my forehead.
"That performance was amazing," I whispered, not wanting anyone to hear our words. He smiled and I smiled back. The moment was inching closer.
"11:11, that was for you.." He smiled even wider, bringing one hand up to my cheek.
"Really? I didn't know that," I said sarcastically. We both laughed and Austin quickly pressed his lips to mine. Cameras snapped crazily. Austin smiled into the kiss before pulling away and wrapping his arms around me tightly. I snuggled into his chest and smiled uncontrollably. Maybe this is where I needed to be.. Where I belonged.

I awoke with a smile on my face. After Austin's performance, we walked the red carpet one more time before leaving and returning to his house, where we watched movies, ate junk food and hung out like normal teenagers for the entire night.
I placed a gentle kiss under Austin's chin as I sat up and grabbed my phone from the nightstand. 15 mentions on Twitter, 9 photos of me on Instagram, and a goodnight text from my mother. Unlocking my phone, I logged on to Twitter first. Most of the mentions were from TMZ and other gossip networks. I already knew what they were talking about, but I decided to click on a link and read it anyways.
'2 New Couples at JAMFest!'
Not only have MGK and Shaye German, who have been seen at multiple outings the past few weeks, been confirmed by a very passionate kiss last night at JAMFest, but now MGK's former girlfriend Hayden Moore and Austin Mahone, the two "hiking" buddies, have also been confirmed as a couple! After MGK's rockin' performance, the paparazzi snapped shots of Kells and his new girlfriend kissing and being awfully romantic in the moments after. Just minutes later, after Mahone's performance, which included a lot of love songs, he and new girlfriend Hayden exchanged a few hushed words before sharing a loving kiss and cuddling. Neither couple showed up together, but did leave together and eventually disappeared in the streets of Hollywood. Paparazzi was told to leave minutes after both kisses, so no one knows whether the couples ran into each other backstage. But we can bet that if they did, there would be some drama. What do you guys think? Are you happy both MGK and Hayden have moved on and who they moved on with? Or is there still a flame going on?'
After reading that handful of words, I debated on reading through the comments, but I didn't care. I logged on to Instagram and raised my eyebrows when I came across a picture Austin mentioned me in.
'Couldn't think of a better way to end my night than w/ my Sleeping Beauty :D .. Goodnight World!' And above the caption was a picture of Austin, smiling wide at the camera and me sleeping on his chest. I turned to look at Austin, who was still sound asleep.
"Austin," I whispered. He didn't move.
"Austin," I repeated, this time shaking him a little. He groaned and turned over, mumbling something. I climbed off the bed and walked to the other side, gently placing a kiss on his lips. I knew he was awake when I felt a hand on the back of my head, and a smile against mine.
"Goodmorning Sleeping Beauty," He grumbled as he stretched out and sat up.
"I saw that picture," I smiled, climbing back onto the bed. "You're lucky you're cute."
He laughed, grabbing the remote and turning on the TV.
"Let's see what people said abut my performance last night,"
"I hate to say it, but that's probably the last thing on their minds." We both smirked at each other before glueing our eyes to the television.
"Now while the former couple were not seen together or in the same area the entire night, they were spotted with their new flames, Shaye German and Austin Mahone. I would say they're both doing good, but did they move on too fast? Let us know what you guys think and we'll air them a little later.." Austin shut off the TV and the room was silent.
"I shouldn't have turned that on..." I shook my head at him and smiled.
"I'm fine. Promise. Now what are we gonna do since we're oficially a couple?" We linked our hands together and relaxed back ono the pillows.
"I think we should go to the beach. We can just relax, invite some friends and have a bonfire. It'll be fun." I thought about it for a moment before nodding my head and smiling.
"We should probably shower. I smell like cologne and Hollywood." I laughed as I stood up and unlocked my phone, logging on to Twitter.

That was the first tweet that showed up on my newsfeed. The words went straight to my heart, and it hurt like hell.
This boy had a hold on me.. And he damn sure knew it.

I smiled as I watched Austin toss around the football with his friends. I've never seen Austin this happy. He's always working and traveling and performing. I know he loves is, but everyone loves being a kid, and with him it definitely shows.
The paparazzi showed up earlier in the day, but Austin and I weren't being romantic so I guess they got bored and left. Oh well. It was now 4:30 and Austin and the guys didn't show any sign of being ready to leave, so I plugged in my headphones and relaxed back onto my towel.
A few minutes later, a chime interrupted a Fall Out Boy song. I groaned and raised my phone, showing that I was getting an incoming call from Colson. I ripped out the headphones before placing the phone against my ear.
"What?"
"I just wanted to call about what happened last night." He calmly told me. I stood up and began pacing in the sand, careful to keep my voice low.
"Why? It's your relationship, your business." I spat. The line was silent for a few seconds before Colson spoke up again.
"Did you even mean what you said to me? How you still loved me?" His voice cracked a little.
"Colson..."
"No, Hayden! Did you mean it or not?!" He exploded. I ran my fingers through my hair.
"Yes, of course I meant it."
"Do you love Austin?" I stayed quiet.
"What does this have to do with anything, Colson? The fact that Austin and I came out as a couple? You and Shaye did the same thing."
"Hayden, I just... I need to know that I still have you. That I'll always have you.." Suddenly it clicked.
"Colson are you high right now?" He sniffled and groggily answered.
"I need help.. I need your help.. I need you.. So bad." And before I could respond the line went dead.
"Hey, everything alright?" Austin smiled as he wrapped an arm around my waist.
"Yeah, everything's great." I lied. I've really been getting better at that.
"Come on, we're all gonna go paddling!" He exclaimed, as excitedly as a child on Christmas Day, and grabbed my wrist pulling me toward the rest of the group. As we got suited up I was spun around by Austin and he pulled me close, our lips almost meeting.
"Mine," He whispered with a smile on his face and twinkle in his eyes.
"Yours," I replied with a smile and swift kiss to his lips.

In case you were confused by that last light, Hayden was saying how she was really Colson's. Her heart belonged to Colson and vise versa.
