I've always love to dance. Never been taught, or done it properly or anything, I just love it, I now know why. I've found that way to relieve everything and disconnect myself. A better way.
I get lost in my feet,
The direction,
The swift movement,
That flows,
Continuously,
Flows smoothly,
The twirls,
The leaps,
The jumps,
The feeling of being free,
Freedom,
As if I can do anything,
Get through anything,
As if nothing matters at that moment in time,
It freezes time,
I love the feeling,
I love the flow,
That flow that entrances me,
Beckons me in,
Closing all doors to the outside world,
Shutting it all out,
Everything,
Anything,
Detaching myself from the world,
Distancing myself,
Giving those emotions a way to come out,
A way to relieve,
A better way to relieve stress,
Pain,
Hurt and anger,
A way that makes me happy,
Getting lost in my own feet.
