It was still raining put the typhoon have definitely shifted its route , Ms.Mikahara and i went to the nearest clinic to get my broken arm to be casted.
"..the bones were not shattered so it'll heal in no time ..." said the doctor
"Thank you , Doctor Kiritani how much was it again ?" asked Ms.Mikahara
"Oh' no , don't worry about it , me and Mimiko are really greatful for always taking care of our daughter Yomiko since her mom is working abroad and she' doesn't really like me ' remarrying her mother..." in a verge of tears..
"D-don't worry about it Doctor she's like a daughter to me as well , we in the Famille' are like family and i think she haven't fully adjusted yet , they been really distant when her dad died 5 years ago , give it time she will eventually open up to you.." she smiles wryly
(Whoa , revelation...i didn't know that ..) minamino muttered to himself.
"Mina i'll be heading to work now , take it easy for today i'll explain the details to the university , just go home okay..." and with that they go on separate ways..
He was strolling near the commercial district when he saw an old lady trying to cross the street with seems to be a huge package carrying on her back ,..
"Ma'am that looks heavy do you need help with that ?"
"Oh' ..what a kindhearted young man , i'd appreciate it you do.." as she's about to hand it to him..

He was literally struggling to maintain his balance while carrying the package on his back and holding the straps by his left hand , right hand casted knees shaking they patiently waiting for the traffic lights to change for them to cross the street..

As his knees about to gave in , someone seems to have help him carry the heavy load , when he looked back to see who it is he was surprise to see....
"K-Kasumi , w-what are you doing ?!" he nervously ask
"You're an idiot aren't you !" she said with narrowed eyebrow
After finally helping the old lady cross the road...
"Thanks Kasumi , you're really a great help back there , sorry if its a bit heavy though.."
She just stares at him saying nothing arms crossed and brows narrow..
"Just what do you think you're doing , you're not even recovered yet , why are you doing something reckless again ?" she scolded
"B-but i can't really leave the poor old lady , she's carrying a really huge load on her back.. he explained
"You're trying to help her , but you can't even carry her stuff...anyway let's just go home , before you try to help someone again.."
(Well this took an unexpected turn , i never imagine that i'd be walking home along with Kasumi..)
While walking next to the station they notice a young boy crying alone..they approach him and..
"What's wrong little boy , are you lost ?" minamino asked..
The boy stood there silently wipping his tears staring at him , then the boy looked at Kasumi then..
"Help beautiful Onee-chan i'm lost.."
"Oh'..."
he hugged Kasumi crying or pretended to be crying when minamino noticed him grinning at him..
(this..kid...) he smiled wryly
"Onee-Chan , is he you're boyfriend ?"
Kasumi completely surprise she turns red and averts his eyes off him and..
"NO!! no , she's i mean he's not my boyfriend , never.."
Hearing her strong denial kinda hurts hims like a knife stabbing though his heart...

"Is he a creeper , fallowing Onee-Chan ?" the boy ask

the boy take Kasumi by the hand and turns away from him , but the boy suddenly looked back and smirk at him..
(how old is this kid ? she looks 6 but the way he act..) "Y-you're lost right little boy , let's look for your parent.." he suggestively smiled
"You can go home , Onichan' me and Onee-Chan will looks for mama' goodbye now.." he smiled innocently..
(God dammit this kid..)
"We can't leave Onichan alone , his probably going to do something reckless again if we leave him.." said Kasumi..
"Is he some kind of a retard ?" the kid said sticking his tongue out..
"Oi !"
"Now that's not nice , you shouldn't call anyone that , come on let's just look for your mom'..she smile..
They walk all over town , looking for the kids mother , they even tried asking for the assistance of the police but the kid doesn't seem to like them , which minamino finds it strange..
The boy started leading them in dark corners and alleys
"W-wait Kasumi..." he grabbed her by the hand
The boy let's go then runs away turn left and disappeared in sight , then few men suddenly appeared in front of them , as when they about to run back , another two appeared in there way..
"Damn , i knew it..!" holding on Kasumi's hand and hiding her in his back..
"W-what do you mean Mina ?!" she nervously ask.
"There's been a rumor going on about a group of thugs who use kids to do their bidding , played by a missing kid he's going to purposely guide us on this wild goose chase to find his missing parents but then end up leading the victims in a dark alley to get robbed by few men waiting for their prey.."
Thug 1
"Congratulations , now we have to kill you..."
"I'd like to see you try.." he said..
Thug 2
"Tough talk for someone who can only use one arm.."
"You'd be surprise..." (crap what should i do , Kasumi's with me , the least i could so is let her escape.)
He turned and looked at the ..calm Kasumi , which he find surprising
(She looks calm , unlike me , i'm panicking here..) "Kasumi are you okay ?"
"Y-yeah , Mina can you run ?"
"H-huh ?" (Run ? w-what ?!)
Thug 3 the boss
"We're not actually here for your money , i was astonish by the rare beauty of Princess there , so here's the deal , we'll let you go , well technically , we will brake a couple of bones and your legs just to prevent you for calling the cops for a while , but you'll survive you have my word in return ,oh' wait let me rephrase that ' will beat you up and take the princess with us , how's that for a deal..?"

"Wow boss you're bit generous .."
"How about , i brake your jaw and shove that steel bat in your ass..." she said while gazing on them..

Thug 3
He laughs maniacally "Feisty , i love that in a woman , makes me feel more satisfied if i brake your will and make you completely submit to me..."
Before minamino could react , Kasumi dashes to thug 3 , which thug 3 didn't expect an attack coming from a supposedly helpless girl he was completely caught off guard when Kasumi wail a barrage of attack on him , palm strike to the jaw swift move and a knee straight to the face , fallowed by straight kick to his stomach , with the force so strong it made him flew and fall face first on the asphalt.
In complete awe the thugs stood there dumbfounded staring at their unconscious leader.
A few seconds upon realization thugs number 1 and 2 runs towards her wailing a police baton and a steel bat.
She dash towards them uses the garotte to perform a two-handed grabbing parry against the thug's baton strike to the head, and immediately passes control of one end of the weapon to her other hand. She employs a stomp kick to the inside of his left knee , clears the garotte, punches him in the face and stomach, grapples the neck and passes control to her left hand, Dodges an attack coming from thug 2 and performs a grabbing parry with the garotte, jumps into the air and does a grab and smash on him, at the same time as a Force Posture Change/G&S on the other guy with the extendable garotte.
Standing there completely awesome , surrounded by her fallen foe , the last remaining thug runs and cower didn't notice the steel emergency staircase ,bump his head on it and knock himself out..
"Holy...crab cake Kasumi , remind me not to make you angry..." while he stood there in awe..
"You always makes me angry , come on let's just go home..." she smiled at him wryly..
"Unobtainable Rose got thorns after all.." he muttered..
Just when they think they were safe , thug 3 staggers to stand up...
"We're not done here Princess...."
Kasumi's about to charge him when minamino noticed a shiny metal reflected by a sunlight that peek in the shadows of the building in that dark alley he grab her hand pulls her away and..
*BANG!*
Thug 3 just pulled out a gun...
