Hermione'sPOV
It had been 10 days since Draco apologized. 10 wonderful days of spending time with my amazing boyfriend and my family. Getting drunk, going to bed late and getting up in the early hours of the afternoon. But the holidays were over and the school term had rolled around once more.
I hoped this term would go slow, Lucius Malfoy's court hearing was in 12 days and to be honest, I was completely dreading it. For Draco's sake I hoped he was under the Imperious curse but I also hoped he wasn't so he could be locked away and never heard from again.
It was 10:45 in the morning and I was quickly cramming excess clothes into my trunk before were apparated in 1 minute.
"We are going in 30 seconds!" Blaise screamed.
Ever the loud one...
"I am not ever the loud one! That's Theo's job!" he shouted back and bored of shouting I apparated down the stairs to where my friends were waiting. Theo was currently aiming pointless blows at Blaise's head but had missed 90% of the time.
"Good Morning." I greeted them before turning to stare at Theo.
"Morning Mione." Dani replied.
"What?" Teddy shook his head.
"Not only is Theodore Nott awake before 10 in the morning he has enough energy to hit my brother over the head!" I gasped faking mock shock even though I was actually surprised he wasn't moaning about going back to sleep.
"Hey! I have gotten up before 10 before!" he retorted.
"OK, name me the last time you woke up this early." I said, knowing he wouldn't be able to think of one.
"My 1st birthday!" he said triumphantly and everyone laughed.
"That so doesn't count Nott." I sighed.
"Back to surnames are we, Zabini?" Draco smirked.
"Yes, Malfoy." I returned the smirk and grabbed his arm, apparating him to King's Cross before he could argue with me.
"Harry!" I squealed as I saw him in the crowd and I turned and ran towards my best friend.
"Weasel-bee." I nodded to Ron and he scowled before skulking off to find some of his pathetic friends.
"Nice move," Harry laughed.
"Anyway! How was your Christmas, I didn't see you at the New Years Eve party." I asked.
"No one saw you at the New Years Eve party, Blaise threatened to set Dani's bat-bogey hex on anyone who tried to distract you from Malfoy's grovelling." he smirked as I felt someone wrap their arms around my waist and Draco's head was resting on my shoulder.
"I see it worked then." Pansy laughed from behind me.
"I think this is cause for celebration. Not that we really need an excuse." laughed Astoria.
"We have no lessons today so after the feast later, come to the Slytherin Common Room, we will have Firewhiskey." added Blaise.
"Yasss! Let's get drunk!" laughed Theo.
"Let's not get drunk, honey." Pansy told her boyfriend quietly.
"Why not, I have some spare hangover potion in my trunk, plus no amount of alcohol could get me drunk. So you can do what you like." I added.
"Yayy! Let's get so drunk we can't remember who we are!" Theo shouted and he sounded like he was already high.
"Draco?" I whispered quietly as we walked towards the carriages drawn by theastrals. He look confused and I pulled him into a carriage where we were alone.
"We have to tell McGonagall today." I said.
"What? I'm so confused snake."
"About you're Father's Imperious Curse removal. You only have 12 days and we need to be able to apparate." His face fell at the mention of Lucius.
"Oh yea, I had forgotten about that. I didn't realize it was so soon."
But soon we were at Hogwarts and were sitting ourselves down at the Slytherin Table waiting for the feast to begin. As I reached for a piece of chicken I felt someone looking at me. Their stare burning into my back. It was Ron. He was staring like he was in a trance, not glaring at me like usual, just staring. Well that's weird...
Then to add to the weirdness I noticed that none of my friends were speaking and they were glancing between me and Draco, who were holding hands beneath the table. Pansy glanced at Dani.
"I'm just gonna do it" she said quietly.
"Guys are you two OK? You haven't broken up have you? Because she dragged you off to a separate carriage earlier and I haven't seen you speak since. Also Mione, you look like you are gonna cry." Pansy burst out and without saying anything I just lifted up my right hand with Draco's fingers intertwined into mine. They all breathed a very loud sigh of relief.
"Thank merlin for that. I couldn't deal with Mi worrying over him again. I had enough of it when my sis realized she loved him let alone when Dray decided to be ass." my brother breathed.
"Thanks for that B. I was so not being an ass. I was trying to protect her" said Draco indignantly.
"Well then, when you are trying to protect me you are such a prick. You couldn't have thought of a better way to tell me you were worried something would happen?" I said jokingly as I was no longer mad at him. Evidently he didn't get my joking manner and tears filled his misty eyes. I pulled him into a hug and whispered in his ear.
"Its ok. I completely forgive you."
"Pansy could you come to the common room with me? I need to speak to you. Alone." said Theo with no emotion in his voice though he was looking at me. What the hell?
Owls flew through the window as the couple exited the hall and Tonks swooped down beside me. She was carrying a letter from Gabby. It said how much she missed me already and how she wished Blaise could live here permanently so he wouldn't get on her nerves. Bless her.
But behind me I could hear Draco sniffling and I knew he was trying his hardest not to cry. It was hard on him not to have any family to speak to. I was going to change that.
"Just going to see McGonagall about Lucius, don't worry you don't have to come." I whispered in Draco's ear and began my march to the Professors table.
"Good Evening Professor. I was wondering if I could speak to you about 2 things please?" I asked politely.
"Of course Miss Zabini, please let us step outside."
"See the thing is Professor, the ministry have found that Lucius Malfoy may be under the Imperious curse and will have been for a number of years, his trial is on January 22nd and I was wondering if you could lower the apparating wards for me and Draco to be able to attend?"
"Yes, I will only be able to hold them off for a few seconds, but I trust you can apparate in that time. I believe there was something else you wanted to speak to me about?"
"Errmm, see, Draco doesn't have any family to speak to and I know he gets sad when he sees my letters from my sisters. Well I know it's a lot to ask but I was actually wondering if Andromeda and Teddy Tonks could visit tomorrow and speak to him. Draco has no idea he has a cousin and I think he would love Teddy, also they could both speak to Nymphadora."
"Wow, Miss Zabini I'm amazed you came up with all of this yourself. I think it would be a lovely idea for them to visit Draco. If you could owl Andromeda and tell me when to meet her at the gates tomorrow. See you then." McGonagall finished and flounced back towards her plate of food.
I didn't return to the Feast but ran to the Owlery to begin my letter.
Dear Andromeda,
How are you and Teddy? It has been so long since I have seen you and him. Actually that's why I am writing. I don't know if you know but Lucius Malfoy was under the Imperious Curse and his hearing is on the 22nd of January. Draco is feeling feeling very alone and I was wondering if you and Teddy could visit Hogwarts tomorrow to see him. I know it has been a long time since you saw your nephew but I know he would be grateful of it, and also Draco has never known of Teddy. I would also love to see my Godson again. Reply soon with your answer.

I finished the note and carefully attached it to Belle, as Tonks was asleep, giving her an Owl Treat in the process. She hooted at me before flying off into the night sky. I made my way back to the common room thinking about Teddy.
My thoughts were interrupted when I entered the portrait and all of the girls were crowded round a sobbing Pansy.
"H-h-he-he- broke u-up with m-m-me!" she sobbed loudly. I didn't know what to do as it didn't feel right to insult Theo, did she even like him?
The sobbing stopped instantly as if she had read my thoughts.
"I don't even know why I am crying. I didn't like him that much anyway and I like someone else better. It's just my pride. Oh it hurts!" she was no longer sobbing but she looked tired and worn down and tears still dripped steadily down her face.
"Even more reason for a party." Astoria prompted and Pansy perked up.
"Boys! Come downstairs! Even you Theodore- I'm over you I promise!" Pansy yelled reluctantly and a huge sigh of relief came from the boys dormitories.
"I'll go and get some Firewhiskey from the kitchens, Asti do you wanna come?" I asked and she nodded.
As we neared the kitchens I handed Astoria my extendable bag when I saw Ronald near a pillar in the corridor.
"Go to the kitchens, ask Dobby for as many firewhiskeys as possible. I just need to speak to Ronald. Don't come out until I come in and get you." I said quickly and as soon as my friend disappeared Ron emerged.
I grasped my wand in my pocket but somehow I knew he wasn't going to attack.
"Mione... Can I speak to you?"
"Actually it's Hermione."
"Anyway Mione. I wanted to apologize for my behavior, I know you can't help being born into the Zabini's even if it is misfortunate."
"There is nothing misfortunate about my family, I love them dearly, Weasel. And don't you dare call me Mione, to you she was a lonely Gryffindor who was stupid enough to befriend you, you don't get to call me that anymore." I growled.
"You don't have to lie to me"
"I am not lying. I love the Slytherins and I can assure you I am not lying."
"Anyway I really want you to accept my apology. I know I have been a prat."
"And it only took you 5 months to realise"
"The reason is..."
"What? Out with it, I have a party to attend."
"See the thing is..."
"Hurry up!"
"I still love you Mione. I want us to be together."
"4 reasons... Number 1. You can't just confess your love, I have a boyfriend that I love and a family that you just dissed. Thank you very much" I added sarcastically.
"Number 2. You turned the whole of Gryffindor against me."
"Number 3. DONT CALL ME MIONE!"
"And Number 4. Ermmm, ermm someone else likes you!" I burst out, desperately looking for an excuse but his red face lift up.
"Really? Who?"
"Errrm. Pansy! Yea, ermm Pansy."
"Aww yass score, she is hot. But you are hotter" he said sleazily and tried to slide his arm around my waist.
"Whatever Weasel just stay away from me. Fuck off, I will never like you and don't forget it again or I will do more than just drum it into your head." he skulked away.
I strode into the kitchen confident that he wouldn't disturb me again. The sight before my eyes made me chuckle but I was drawn away when Belle rapped on the window with her claws.
Dear Miss Zabini I guess I should call you now (might just stick with Mia),
I would be honored to help you cheer up Draco as I would love to be able to chat to my nephew without being an outcast. I think it would be great for Teddy to meet his cousin and see his Godparents once more. I also believe my daughter and her husband now wanders your halls? Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow, I will be at the gates for 1pm. See you then.

Astoria was still struggling with my famous bag and the bottles of alcohol lined up on the kitchen.
"Mi? The bag, it makes the bottles disappear. What do I do? Have I broke it?" she asked worriedly and I couldn't help but burst into laughter.
"Oh honey, its my famous extendable bag. The bottles are there its just the bag is huge, just put the rest of the bottles in the bag and we will get on our way" I chuckled.
40 minutes later we were sitting on the floor of the Slytherin Common Room, chugging down bottles of firewhiskey. Theo, Blaise and Draco were already on their 4th bottle and I was on my 5th although you couldn't tell. I never seemed to get drunk and could chug alcohol like it was water, but evidently the boys couldn't.
Teddy was rolling on the floor in hysterical laughter for no reason and Draco was lying down on the couch pretending to be dead.
"Let's play 7 minutes in heaven!" squealed a extremely intoxicated Astoria who was struggling to stand upright and was clasping onto Harry's legs.
"Okay." slurred my brother and boyfriend.
I grabbed an empty bottle and we sat down in a circle, some more gracefully than others. Astoria span first and it landed on Harry. They disappeared into the broom closet nearest to the portrait and 7 minutes later both of them came back, red cheeked and puffy lipped.
Draco span the bottle and it landed on me thankfully. We snuck out of the portrait and entered the broom closet. Draco was still clutching a half full bottle of firewhiskey.
"Hey, I just want to chat." slurred my boyfriend.
"Well we have around 6mins, what about?"
"You, me, us, the future."
"OK... Where do you see us in the future?"
"I'm not sure to be honest. What about you?" he seemed to sober up quite quickly, although his voice still slurred.
"Well I know this is a bit forward but I had a dream that we were married and had children. It seemed like heaven. Do you actually want children?"
"I'm not sure. I love the idea of having 6 mini Malfoys, a little army" 6 children?!
"But what if I turn out like my father. I want to be good to my wife and kids. I want you to be the bearer of my children." then he kissed me. The kiss was just beginning to deepen when a loud knock was heard on the door.
"TIMES UP!" shouted my brother and reluctantly I pulled away. I could hear him stumbling back to the common room.
We held back for a short while in the corridor just kissing but I was dreading Blaise coming out to look for us. Draco seemed to get more tired and progressively more drunk, the bottle in his hand now empty, so I dragged him to the others.
When I entered the portrait I couldn't help but chuckle and grab my camera out of my pocket. In 10 minutes so much had changed. Teddy was passed out on the floor behind the couch snoring loudly, clutching a bottle of alcohol in one arm and a sleeping Blaise in the other. Blaise was snuggled under his friends arm, obviously not realizing it was him or clearly too drunk to care. I quickly snapped a picture. They were going to be so embarrassed in the morning.
Harry and Astoria were equally intoxicated and were stumbling towards the portrait and tripping over Pansy face-planting the floor as I snapped another photo, laughing at the tiny images of them repeatedly tripping over my oblivious best friend, I glanced around for Dani. Harry and Astoria gave up and curled into a heap on the floor.
I found her quite easily from the yowls of discomfort coming from my cat. Dani had Crookshanks clutched in her lap and was patting him vigorously. She muttered repeatedly "Good kitty. Aunt Dan is here to save you. Have some whiskey it will make you better." How much had she had?
Draco grabbed my waist from behind and pulled me from behind just as I snapped the final picture of my best friend. He lay on the couch and pulled me on top of him. Snuggling into his chest I suddenly realized how tired I was and not knowing what time it was I fell asleep...
