Hope's POV:
Having Y/N back was great. She seems a lot older now.
"What you thinking about kid?" I asked her looking in the rear view mirror.
"Nothing." She looked up and met my eyes. "How's camp going?"
"Good." I nodded.
"Hinkle's still there." Kelley said. "Sadly."
Y/N laughed. "How's the season?"
"Great. Rookies putting in work." I said. "When camps over you coming back to Seattle?"
"Yeah for a week or two. Then I'm going back to school."
We got back and Y/N looked around. "Surprised Kling isn't sprinting out here to jump on me." She smiled. "Oh by the way." She said rolling up her sleeve. "Look."
Black music notes covered her wrist. "Look at you getting inked." I smiled.
"You told me to get something that meant a lot to me, so I got music notes." She smiled looking at the tattoo.
I put my arm around her. "Come on lets go see everyone."
"Yeah I can name a certain little midfielder just DYING to give you a hug."
We walked in and I took all of Y/N's bags to my room so she could find Morgan.
Your POV:
"She might be in the gym." Kelley said. "Come with me."
I followed her and got lost.
"Kel you've been here how many times? You still get lost?" I said.
"Shut up." Kelley said. "I need silence." She stood there thinking.
"I'm just gonna go." I backed away slowly.
I left her to do god knows what and found the gym myself.
They were really loud. Kling was yelling about something, Steph was yelling too, then I heard it.
Morgan's laugh.
I swear I fell for her all over again just by hearing her laugh. I opened the door and walked in. Everyone stopped and looked at me.
Morgan stared at me.
"You gonna stand there or give your girl a hug." Kling said hitting her.
Everyone laughed.
She walked to me and hugged me. "I missed you so much." She said.
I held her close. "I missed you too."
"No hugs for us?" Kling said.
"I don't know yet."
I laughed at her reaction, which of course looked like a 5 year old.
It's good to be home.
