Percy pov
I walk to the pavilion and sit down at the Zeus table next to Jason. A few people look over and giggle. I raise an eyebrow at Jason and he shrugs.
"What are they laughing at? It couldn't have been because of..you know. Us. Because we haven't made any moves like that in front of them.." I tell him and Jason shrugs again. "Yeah, It's weird huh?"
I nod. "What other reasons are the-" I'm cut off by some laughter and yelling. " Awe! look at the two lover boys over there! How was that night on the Argo?" Some Hermes kid shouts and I blush. So does Jason.
The whole camp breaks out into laughter. Well, Not the whole. The ones who support it aren't laughing, but thats only a few. Like, 20 maybe.
"Shut up." Jason says and goes back to eating breakfast. I glare at the person who said that. A boy named Thomas.
"It was a very good night thank you very much." I say and get up and walk out of the pavilion angry.
It was Clarisse. I knew it.
I turn on my heals and stomp back into the pavilion. I march up to the Ares table behind Clarisse. She turns around. "Oh, hey gay boy. How are you doing? Aw are you mad because I showed everyone what happened?" She snickers. I glare at her. " You son of a bitch. What the fuck? You showed everyone. " I tell her and she nods. " Yes I did what you going to do about it you little twerp. She says putting her finger in the middle of my chest and pushing me back.
Right then and there I knew there was nothing I could do about it. " I hate you." I tell Clarisse and turn around and walk out of the Pavilion. Away from all the staring eyes.
Jason follows me out. Clearly frustrated with all the name calling and mocking.
