Y/N's POV
I'm just now waking up, the birds are chirping, its sunny, clouds in the sky, slights breeze in the air what a perfect day
I've been awake since 3 in morning, I couldn't go back to sleep, with thinking about, Max, Gracie, Gabby and Andrew
And its not helping that, Hayes sleeps like a baby, peaceful and calm with a little snore
Its raining, not heavy but also not lights, you can hear the wind on the window
I get up and walk towards the bathroom, no good reason
I turn on the light, I quickly close my eyes, cause my eyes burns
I open my eyes and look in the mirror, they are red, it just looks like I haven't got any sleep
I turn off the bathroom lights and made my way down stairs, and sat on the couch put my knees up to my chest
I sat there in the dark, listening to the rain outside

Morning
I wake up on the couch and it daytime, I don't remember felling asleep,
I remember sitting down on the couch, but not with a blanket over me
I sit fully up, stretching my arms and legs
"Morning"
I turn my head to see Hayes, cooking
"Morning" I yawned
"How did you sleep" he asked.
"Okay" I said walking towards him
"Why you look so confuse" he asked
"I don't remember going to sleep" I said
"Alright" he said sipping his OJ
"So what are doing today" he asked
"Like you said I'm going to talk to Max" I said
"Are you sure" he asked
"Yeah I need to know, why" I said
"I'll be in the hallway if you need me" he said
"Thanks Hayes" I said pinching his cheeks
"Now I need to get dress, but I don't have any clothes" I said
"I have dress, you can use" Hayes said walking upstairs
"Um Hayes Do I need to ask you why you have a dress?" Following him upstairs
He stopped and started scratching the back of his neck
"Um its Chellie dress" he stuttered
"Chellie wears dresses?" I said
"Y-Yeah she went somewhere with Matt and she had to wear a dress, after they came here and she left her dress" he said
"Okay?" I said
He handed me a white cream dress
I hold it out in front of me, its kinda of cute
"Go see if its fits" he said
I went into the bathroom to try on the dress
I put on the dress, and it fits perfectly
I put my hair in a messy bun
I walked the bathroom and into the room
"How I look" I asked
He turned around, he stared at me looking at me up and down, he looked at me speechless
"Is it good?" I asked
"Um Uh Y-Y-Yeah You L-Look Fine, I M-Mean You Look Beautiful" he stuttered
I blushed "thanks" I smiled
"I-I'm go get dress" he said he grabbed some clothes and went to the bathroom hitting his shoulder on the wall on the way
"I did that on purpose" he said rubbing his shoulder, he went into the bathroom to take a shower
I sat down on my phone and waited til he was done

Hayes walked in wearing the clothes he picked out
"Ready?" He asked
I nodded
He grabbed his keys and left his apartment
We got in his car, and he drove to my apartment
When we got here, he park across the street
"Are you sure" he asked
"Yeah, I need to know" I said
We got out the car, and walked to my door
I still had a key, I unlock the door
And close the door behind me
"Max?"
He walked out the room, his hair is messy, he haven't shave, he's wearing a T-shirt and sweats
"Y/N?" He said
I took a deep breath
He started walking towards me, I backed up
"I didn't come here to forgive you, I came here to talk" I said
"Alright, Let's Talk" he said
I sat down on the love seat, he sat next to me,
"Why?" I asked
"I don't know, at first I didn't even know what I was doing, I didn't think of it as cheating, I didn't think of you" he said
"I thought I was playfully bantering with Reese, I didn't think I was flirting, I led her on, I made her think, I wanted her" he said
"When I realize, she thought I wanted her or I had feelings for her, I didn't know how to tell her, I have a girlfriend, I don't think of you like that" he said
"But when I did tell her, she understood, she was crying but she understood, she said : it's not like her to get attached so fast" he said
"Then you started working late hours babysitting, I got lonely, I wanted to hang with some of the guys, I realize I still had her number, I called her so we can hang out as friends" he said
"I started hanging with her a lot more, I started to get feelings for her, I knew she felt the same, I couldn't just walk away from her, she was something special, all those extra hours I stayed out, I was with her, we just went everywhere even some illegal places" he said
"I thought long and hard, you or her, I didn't want to loose her, she was that rush of energy when your doing something your not suspose to, but I didn't want loose you either you are that bright light that helps me walk through the dark" he said
"So I choose both of you, I just kept her a secret from you, I didn't think much of it until lately when I went on that vacation with Reese" he said
"How long" I asked
"3 years" he said
"3 years of lying and cheating" I said starting to cry
"Y/N, I'm sorry, I've been thinking the past few days, and I realize what I did was wrong of me, and that I want you, I want to marry you, I want you to have children with you, I want you to grow old with you, Reese was just a distraction I used when you was busy, I don't have feelings for her, you're the one I want to be with forever" he said starting to cry
"Do you remember the night, we shared our first cheek kiss , we in New Jersey it was January 2, we was at a park, it was dark, and just talked about everything and then you asked me to go on a road trip and I said yes, but what didn't tell is I had boyfriend, but I broke with him, so I could be with you" I said
"You can beg and plead, but I am never coming back to you, you knew what you was doing, when you and Reese was in that bed- our bed, the bed we shared, the bed I shared my secrets with you, besides I have feelings for someone else" I said getting up and walking towards the door
Max grabbed my arm and pulled me towards him, kissing me
I didn't kiss back, it didn't matter if I did I still won't feel anything
I push him off of me and open the door "Goodbye Max" I said
"No Please Y/N, I Love You" he cried
I walked out in the hallway, where Hayes is still standing, I closed the door behind me
"How it go?" He asked
"I got him, off chest and it never felt so good" I smiled
"That's good" he said
"Now, Can we go back to your place because I hear there's a new season on Netflix of The Flash and IZombie" I said
"And I think I got some Ice Cream and brownies in the fridge " he said
"That's sound lovely" I said
He laughed, he grabbed my hand and walk to his car

That is an update, the beginning was kinda boring,
