To Him

To Him
Who hears my cries
When no one else
Notices my screams,
Being drowned beneath the ocean.
To Him
Whose love is unfailing.
And despite the times
I've lost my balance,
Or the countless times
I've fallen,
Loves me unconditionally.
To Him
Who resides within me.
Who guides my fragile feet
Along the treacherous path,
And saves me
From following the road signs
Of the wicked.
To Him
I owe every step,
Every breath,
Every aspect of my being.
To Him
Who died for me,
I owe my life.
