Dawn broke, and her footsteps were heavy.
Her heart somber;
Her face lowered.
But she was determined.
To find her mother.
And to kill her.

Killua shot up from his sleep.
Something was dreadfully wrong.
He quickly stood up, scanning the room.
It was empty.
An icy chill settled over his body.
A mist of fear.
But, what did he, a genius assassin have to fear?
He laughed in the face of death,
Immune to poison and torture.
Yet something.
Something bothered him.
He left his room, and his eyes widened.
He turned around.
The window was open,
And a chilly breeze flew in.
The note she left
was swept off the table.
And into his hands.
