"Agh! Shawn!" I yell as my best friend tickles me. His smile grows.
"Shawn! Please!" I say through laughs. He stops and stares at me as I recover.
"God you're so pretty." He mumbles, I look at him confused.
"What'd you say?" I ask and his eyes widen.
"Uh, nothing." He says and looks away. I crawl over to him and look at him.
"Teeell meeeee." I say and grab his arms. He sighs.
"Fine." I sit Indian style and smile really big. He smiles and shakes his head.
"I- I um, I kind of. Ugh, I like you." He says and I feel my heart beat faster.
"Well? Anything?" He says. I grab my hair and tug on it a little.
"I mean, I'm interested." I smile. His smile grows.
"Do you like me back?" He asks and I smile. I feel my cheeks heat up and my hear pound a little faster than it was before.
"I, uh, I." Just then I feel his lips connect to mine. I felt the need to pull back, but I couldn't. I actually felt myself enjoying it. Then, a spark came. I realized I had feelings for Shawn I didn't realize I had.
He let go and looked at me for a long time. He didn't speak or anything.
"What?" I laugh. He smiles.
"Did you enjoy it?" He asks. I smile.
"Yes, I did." I say and his lips connect to mine once more. Sparks flooded my stomach and I kiss back.
"I love you." He says and I smile.
"And I'm just interested." We both laugh.
"Well that's enough for me." He says.
