"I cant believe theyre coming!" I said with a big grin staring at the door. Teagan and Chase were coming to visit and I was so excited. Max was about to say something when Teagan and Chase walked in with Matt smiling as he walked in; going over to Sapphire. No one knows what is going on between them but they seem to be happy at the moment and that's all that matters.
"TEAGAN!" I shouted at the same time she shouted "RYAN!" You could tell we were related; we both ran to each other giving each other big hugs. We were so soppy, we both mumbled I love you and so glad youre here. When we pulled away, Chase was smiling at us girls.
"Teagan." He said holding out his arms abit warily, me and Chase got on well but we were both protective of her. I grinned and gave him a quick hug. Max stepped forward, holding his hand out to Teagan.
"Hello Teagan and welcome." He said with a smile. "Im glad you're here. Ryan has been very excited about your visit." I couldn't help but blush under his look when he looked over at me. Teagan noticed because she grinned bigger then Ive ever seen.
"You must be Max, ive heard a lot about you." Teagan said to him, shaking his hand. Max smiled and looked over at me with a raised eyebrow; I shrugged to him, embarrassed.
After everyone had said hello and introduced themselves and that wee were all going our own way when I heard "Chase?" It belonged to Rory; Max, Teagan and I all turned to see Rory and Owen there. Chase smiled and held out his arms for a hug. "Hey little one!" He said kissing her head, I saw confusion in Teagan's eyes. Owen stepped forward and hugged Chase in one of those man hugs and patted each other on the back then Owen went to Teagan.
"Youre the angel whos making Chase happy." Owen said taking her hand and kissing it. I couldn't help but laugh at Teagan's reaction.
"So how are you and Max?" Teagan asked wiggling her eyebrows at me as the guys talk about everything. Leaving us for some girl time. I shook my head with a smile. She so wasn't sly at all. I shrugged my shoulders when she waited and gave me that look that suggested 'Im waiting.' She sighed and laid down on my bed so she was facing the ceiling.
"So how is everything back at home?" I asked her, she sighed.
"The usual. Your mum and Dad want you to ring... Youre gonna have to introduce Max to them." She said to me, and then I realised. He was my mate. He'll have to meet my pack. Oh dear god. I couldn't even think about my parents reactions. Or Tai's.
"Great.." I said, sarcastically; rolling my eyes. Teagan laughed slightly. "Whats wrong?" I asked, looking down at her. She sighed and I saw the sadness in her eyes.
"Chase has pulled away from me.. then when he saw that Rory girl..." She said trailing off. I sighed and scrunched my face up in answer.
"Theres probably something on his mind. He'll be okay in a few days, and wont be able to keep his hands off you.." She sighed.
"I hope so.. he doesn't kiss me now. He only kisses me on the head." She said grabbing the pillow on her face in embarrassment. I couldn't help but laugh. Teagan was so cute. This was her first relationship, her first love.. well her first and last everything. One and only. She was lucky but it was also bad because she'd never be able to explore. She has to find her self with him attached to her.
"Talk to him." I begged her, she shook her head. Then sat up.
"Come on, lets go find the guys." She said, avoiding what I said. Sighing this girl was too innocent sometimes, it scared me.
"MAX?" I shouted, Teagan just rolled her eyes at me. I poked my tongue. Walking a couple of steps ahead of Teagan, I heard a yelp. Turning I saw Rochelle grinning like the cat she is. I couldn't help but laugh. "Rachelle!" I said still laughng slightly. She nodded at me still grinning.
"She another cat?" She asked me, Teagan crossed her arms. Annoyed that Rachelle hadnt introduced herself. One thing Teagan couldn't stand is someone not having manners.
"She is, her name is Teagan." I said, Rachelle looked confused.
"Okay?" She said dragging out the word. I couldn't help but smile at Rachelle, I really liked her. She was different. She was more animal then person.
"Do you know where Max is?" I asked her, she tipped her head to the left and stared at me for a second. Teagan was staring at her in a confused way. She could sense Rachelle's animal, more then others in the house.
"Hes out back. The boys are playing" She paused. "A friendly game of football." She said to me, I couldn't help but worry. The way she said friendly meant otherwise. Teagan sent me a look that she caught on aswell.
"Thanks!" I said, Teagan and I walked away leaving Rachelle who went off on her own. Shocker.
As we walked outside I heard Teagan gasp, she saw the barn and then the horses. "Can I...?" She asked, I nodded. "Be careful of Beau." I warned her, I had met that hard difficult horse. It didn't like were but it loved Rory. Teagan ran off like a little girl, I smiled. Teagan could see why I loved it here. This was my new home.
Walking over to the boys game, I saw that Max had the ball and an evil thought came into my head. I winked at Leon who gathered what I was doing. I quickly ran and tackled him, he was shocked and I managed to do it. I was expecting to hit the ground because of the way I did but instead I landed ontop of Max who managed to get him hitting the ground. I heard some cheering in the back round, some complaining that I had cheated; but I was paying attention. I was staring down at Max. "Hi." I whispered, he smiled, reaching for the nape of my neck; pulling me down for a quick kiss. "Hey." He said back with a smile when we pulled away. We stood up and joined the others.
RORY:
As much as I was enjoying the company from everyone, it was rare we were all here. I couldn't help it, I wanted Beau so excusing myself, Owen smiling shaking his head. He knew were I was going. I walked over to the horses. Where I noticed Teagan was there, stroking Beau. Who na'ed when he saw me, stepping away from Teagan, climibing over the fence I started giving him my attention. Teagan staring at me, interacting with the horse. "He doesn't like many people." I told her, smiling up at my boy.
"I got told, but he walked over to me... Sorry." She said, I smiled at her in return at the apology.
"Its nice to see Beau get along with someone else." I said to her, it was. Beau was picky with who he liked. He must see something in Teagan.
"So how long have you and Chase known each other?" I asked her, Teagan was very kind hearted I could tell already.
"8 months." She replied with a small smile. Then it went quickly, I was confused and couldn't hide as she sighed. "IM sorry, if this comes out rude but what is Chase to you?" She was worried, Chase had told me this is Teagan's first relationship; we were so similar it was scary.
"He's like an older brother. Im with Owen." I said with a smile. I was comfortable around Teagan; I seemed to have confidence around her.
"Oh." Teagan said with a smile. Then she began to ask questions about this place and me, but nothing too personal. Teagan and I got along very well.
It was now 11 o'clock and I was tired, everyone had stayed up talking. It was nice but I was tired. Owen saw me yawning and picked me up saying good night before I had even a chance. I couldn't help but snuggle as he carried me up to whatever room we'd be staying in tonight. Its normally mine but sometimes we sleep in his. "mmm" I said as he tucked me into bed, with him wrapped around me. It was so comfortable that I couldn't help but pull his arm tighter around me. He kissed the back of my head. "I love you so much lory." He whispered. "I have no idea what I would do without you."
"I love you too" I whispered, tiredness clear in my voice. "beau got along with Teagan" I said, he chuckled moving slightly so our bodies were touching everwhere.
"Wow. Teagan must not be that bad." I nodded and couldn't help but fall into peaceful darkness.
TEAGAN:
Sighing I came out of the bathroom to see Chase in bed, reading. I couldn't help the small smile, Chase wanted to see why I loved books and he seems to be getting into reading. Climbing into bed, I laid on my side not facing him. "G'night." I said, closing my eyes. I felt the bed move then move again and the lights were off. Chase pulled me close, he wasn't going to sleep. He was thinking.
"Angel.." He said, I opened my eyes but didn't move. "Im sorry Ive been distant. I know it must make you feel terrible. But theres a reason for it. Lately ive had a very strong urge to mark you, you know what that involves. I cant help it, each time I touch you all I want to do it mark you. I know youre mine, but I want everyone else. Being here, back home. All these single wolfs its driving me insane. I cant take it. Im not doing this because I expect you to lett me, I just need you to know." He whispered, kissing the back of my head. I knew this was one of the times, I don't say this back. Sighing I closed my eyes; intertwining our fingers; letting him know I was paying attention and fell asleep.
NEXT MORNING:
"Youre such a cutie." This guy called James, who was my age. He had blonde hair with blue eyes, he reminded me of Ken, Barbie's boyfriend. I smiled in thanks and waited for Chase to get back. He, Owen, Max, Matt, Rory, Ryan and Sapphire went out. I didn't go out because I felt like Chase should get a time out with his home pack; which includes Ryan now.
"So you taken?" He asked moving closer to me.
"Don't you have a mate?" I asked him, hoping he'd say yes. He shook his head.
"Wanna be mine?" My eyebrows flew up. James was an idiot. I shook my head. "Oh come on baby, Ill show you a good time." Disgust came clear on my face. He moved his hand on to my thigh and I froze. Touch from someone I don't know. Jeez. "So you taken?" He repeated his earlier question.
"Actually she is, so get your grubby little hands off her." Chase's low voice said, I turned to see they were back! I couldn't be more happy.
"Why she yours?" James challenged in a joking way but I knew that was a mistake. Chase growled low and I couldn't help it he was getting jealous. What shocked me was James didn't back off. He kept his eyes on Chases.
"James. Move your hand now." Ryan's voice, ordered. I turned to her and I realised what she wa sin this pack; she was becoming alpha female. It was odd to see. Max didn't say anything. I moved away from James the minute his hand moved, grabbed Chase'es hand; dragging him upstairs.
We were laying on the bed and he had calmed down, just by holding me and this is where I made my decision. "Mark me." I whispered. "Make me yours completely."
