The gems ran over to Steven's limb body..
"He's not moving!" Pearl yells with tears flowing down her face
"Is..is he dead?" Asks Amethyest
"He cant die! He regenerated before!"
They picked him up and brought him back to the house..
Where connie and the baby were waiting...
Connie sat up quickly with a smile when she noticed the pad activate..
"Garnet! Pearl! Amethyst!"
She ran over to to them, and her huge smile quickly faded..
"W-what happened to steven..?"
Amethyst laid him on the couch
"W-we dont know.."
Steven grunted..squinting his eyes , but he wasn't waking up..then he started to get pale..
Connie's eyes started to water
"Garnet! What happened!!"
"We..dont..know.."
Connie looked down out there child..
I cant let you see your father like this..
She took the child back up stairs and laid her down..
She started laughing and grabbing for Connie's finger, when she grabbed it
Connie softly smiled
"Rosie.."
(Back to Steven's P.O.V)
"Wait, wait.." I held my hands out shaking them..
"You're saying im 14...AGAIN?"
Connie laughed
"What do you mean again, you've only been 14 and younger "
"But-i...i was just battle a monster.!! With..with you at home..with our kid...." I started to soften my voice after i noticed her facial expression
"Wait, hold on...your telling me we have a kid!!"
"Ummmm...no..hehe"
I tried to play it off but it obviously isn't working..
"Steven, maybe it was the dream you were having when i found you on my porch...i mean..we aren't even dating..i mean we weren't at the time.."
"Maybe.." I sighed and stood up
"Maybe-maybe your right..h-happy Valentines Day though.. Im gonna head on home..."
"Are you sure? Its really late...stay here" she said softly and blushed
I smiled down at her
"Ok, just for tonight.."
She smiled and grabbed my hand to stand up
She held my hand as we walked inside..and i just looked down on it
Its so warm
I looked up and started blushing when i noticed her starting at me
I smiled and we continued up to Connie's room
"Umm you can sleep in my bed, Steven....ill stay on the couch" she said smiling and then headed out the door..
I jumped up grabbing her hand
"Wait!"
"Huh? What is it?"
I started blushing and my voice started shaking..
"W-why don't you stay here, with me?"
Her eyes widened and she started blushing really hard and so did i
"S-Steven..but my parents.."
"I don't care! I just wanna lay with you"
At this point i looked like a tomato..i couldn't stop blushing but, it was worth it..
She smiled and laid next to me
"Good night Steven.."
"Goodnight connie"
I started to fall asleep i started thinking
Is this considered cheating?
But I'm still with connie?
Shes younger
But So am i...
*sigh* i miss these days though
I dont wanna go back
We were so young and innocent
And had so much fun and were together
Now..though we have a child
Connie barely wants me...like i want her...
Shes always with the baby..
I eventually was asleep..
(Back with the gems and connie)
The gems started shaking Steven and yelling in his face
"STEVEN WAKE UPPP!!" You could here the crying tone in there voices
Garnet walked away and went to her room..
And eventually pearl and amethyst gave up and went to theres..
But connie didn't..she was on her knees laying her head on his chest..crying ..
(Steven's P.O.V)
I slowly started waking up . But i was on the floor?
Did i fall?
Then i heard connie's mom
"Good Morning Connie!"
"Good morning Mom"
She left and then connie came crawling back on her bed and looked over the edge
"Sorry, Steven..i had to push you down there so my mom didn't see you" she smiled..
The morning sunlight made her look amazing..
And i started blushing...already....
"Its ok" and i winked at her
She smiled and helped me up
"Im gonna head home now ok? Im gonna check up on everyone ? Ill call you later if you wanna do anything ?"
"Of course! Justtt you have to remember to call me"
"Haha i will don't worry about it!"
I walked over to her and kissed her on the cheek and hugged her good bye
"It will feel like a thousand years till I see you again"
She blushed
"You actually read it"
"Of course.."
I walked out her room and snuck out the front door and started running home waving bye to her window
When i finally got home the gems were there waiting
"Hey guys!"
"Hey Steven!"
Amethyst and pearl gave me a hug , but garnet just looked at me and then went away..
She looked mad..did i do something?
