You wake up, scooting over to the side a bit to snuggle up with Niall, only to find him not there.
You got up, searching around the house for him, to still not find him. 'He might be planning something' you thought.
You sent him a text asking where he was. "Hey baby, where are you? x"
"Just at the studio, then I'm going out for some drinks with the boys tonight. I'll be home later. Love you xx" you almost instantly get a reply, feeling upset as soon as you receive it.
'Just a day home by myself watching Netflix and binge eating...on my birthday.' You thought, still upset about the fact that your boyfriend of 2 years forgot your birthday.
*2am*
You were still on the couch binge watching Netflix, waiting for Niall to come home.
10 minutes later he comes in, surprisingly, still sober.
"What are you doing up baby girl? I thought you would be asleep by now." He says.
"Fuck you, asshole." You say, getting up and feeling even more hurt.
"Woah, woah. What's that all about?" He says, starting to get angry.
"It's my birthday Niall. Here I thought you more than anyone would remember that, but obviously not. I got so many tweets from your fans and I'm sure you did too but you're completely oblivious. I'm hurt that my boyfriend of 2 years could forget my birthday that easily, and drink all night." You say, his eyes immediately softening as he steps towards you.
"Baby, I-I'm so sorry. I can't believe I fo-" You cut him off.
"Don't even bother Niall. I'm going to sleep and I don't want you in the bed. Sleep on the couch or go back to the club with your 'amazing friends'" You say sarcastically while putting quotation marks in the air.
"Baby, please." He tries again.
"No Niall. Stop." You say, annoyed.
"Please forgive me. I know I'm a terrible boyfriend and I can't believe I forgot but I've been really stressed lately and you know that. I'll make up for it; tomorrow we'll spend the whole day together doing whatever you want and we'll go for dinner after. Please baby, I love you so much." He pleads for your forgiveness.
It takes you a while, but you being the forgiving person you are, forgive him because after all, he had been really stressed lately. "Fine, but that doesn't mean I'm not mad at you. I'm still mad. But if you like, considering how you look right now, you can give me a present?" You say winking, hoping he'll give in.
"That's what you want?" He asks, smirking while you nod.
He begins kissing you passionately, his hands roaming your body. "Let's take this up to the bedroom, shall we?" He asks, you nodding again.
He always made up for his mistakes.
