I was really busy with school!
But at least I'm keeping my grades good!

Also my phone died. It is a shame cause that phone worked so well. I have a new one that's kinda but not the same. Still getting used to it so that's also why i havent updated much!

Natsu's POV~
"I'm all fired up..." I mumbled to myself as a smirk was visible in my face. I walked towards Sting and Rogue and fist bumped them.
"This is gonna be so cool!!!" Sting exclaimed excitedly.
"You sound like that guy from the magazines" Rogue told him. 'Oh yeah. Jason I think. He was in my martial arts competition."
"So do I change?" I asked and their coach came up to me. Who was a woman.
"Yes you do. Here's the uniform." She said handing me a white and grey basketball uniform which I grabbed. "Don't let me down Dragneel." She said patting my back. I nodded with a grin.
I went to the changing room and put on the pants and shirt. I also grabbed some crimson sneakers which I brought.
I headed out and went to my 'team' who where huddled up around the coach.
"So when do I go in?" I asked the coach and she looked at me and started explaining.
"I'll leave you for the third quarter." She said. I was about to protest when she continued. "I know you want to play right now but I have an idea. If your as good as Sting and Rogue say you are, then as soon as your school's coach sees you playing he's gonna want you back so you'll only be able to play one whole quarter with us before he starts regretting his decision of not letting you play. Still, if your not satisfied I'll let you play on the first quarter a bit so you can warm up and show only a few of your skills. Got it?" She said and I nodded with a shrug.
"I'm cool with it"
"Excellent then. Everybody that I assigned to play in the first quarter start warming up on the court." The coach commanded and a few players went to the court except Sting and a few others.
"I'm not cool with this idea of yours Mistress! Am I gonna get to play with and against him?!" Sting asked the coach who had an annoyed expression on her face.
"You want to play against him fine. I'll switch you with Rufus so you can play with Natsu on the first and last quarter, now stop acting like a child!" She said making Sting pout but smile while Rogue shook his head at his childish best friend. 'So immature. Some people never know when to grow up.'
"Dragneel! To the court." The coach said and I grinned while jumping around.
"I get to play~! Yaaaaay~!" I yelled and Sting followed me doing the same thing while Rouge pretended not to know us.
I walked towards the court where Sabertooth was warming up. I grabbed a ball and was about to shoot.
"Hey Nerd!" I flinched at the loud voice and missed the basket. I turned around irritated as a guy from Fairy Tail that I didn't know much 'but a face I could remember as one of the person's who bothered me' came up to me with a smirk.
"Nani?" I asked annoyance and irritation spilling from my voice.
"Just wanted to wish you luck. I ain't going easy on you!" he said with a smile surprising me.
"Oh uh...Hai...arigatou." I said with a confused face. He nodded and went back to his team. I smiled and looked at FT's team.
I caught Ice princess's gaze and he smirked. I smirked back and walked to the middle of the court and he did the same.
"Good luck Ice Freak. Your gonna need it." I said offering a fist bump.
"Right back at you Flame Idiot." He smirked fist bumping me." Don't think I'll go easy on you." He said while walking back to his team.
"You better not. I won't go easy either."I said walking back to my team where Sting was looking at me.
"Are you sure your not best friends?" He asked pointing a finger at Gray. I smirked.
"Nope!" I said popping the p." We're best frenemies. Now let's go kick some butt!" I said pumping a fist in the air and he did the same and we went to our positions.
"Let the Fairy Tail vs Sabertooth game begin!" The guy in the middle yelled while holding the ball.
The whole court cheered and I smiled.
I looked at my friends who where looking over at us at grinned. They smiled and gave me a thumbs up.
Lucy mouthed 'Show them what you can do' and i nodded with a smile.
I averted my vision to the guy in the middle while a silence fell and everybody was staring at the ball.

*Whistle*
The whistle went off and the guy in the middle threw the ball in the air.
Fairy Tail caught it with Elfman who jumped to catch the ball and passed it to his team.
Gray caught it and dribble it a few times but was blocked by Rogue before passing it to a guy with sandy hair 'who I learned is called Max' since he was free.
He dribbled it and made it pass the center line.
I took this chance to sneak my way to him and steal the ball to pass it. I did as plan as I made my way to him undetected and stole the ball.
He looked around confused since he didn't see me coming. I smirked as I passed the ball to one of ST guys that was still behind the center line alone running to us.
He caught it confused but went directly to the basket and made a three shot point.
Everybody cheered while the players just stared at the ball as it bounced on the court.
"Eh?...H-how did it get over there?" One of FT's guy's 'Alzack I think' asked confused.
"I d-dont know...it just left my hands..." Max said looking confused also.
"You butter hands! They made the first point on our house! You're making us look bad!" Gajeel yelled from the benches. "Coach! Let me at 'em!" He said irritated.
I tried to hold in my laugh as he huffed when the coach said no.
I felt a tap on my shoulder and turned around to see Sting smirking.
"You did something didn't you? You used your skill."
"Un! But I'm not saying what." I said my smile never fading. He nodded and went back to his position.
"Let's get back to the game!" We started getting back to our position as well as we waited for FT to take the ball out.
'Three to zero. Only 9 minutes of ten left on the first quarter. Coach is only gonna let me play a few minutes so better make them count.' I thought looking at the clock.
One of FT's players was outside the line about to pass the ball on their side of the court. He passed it to Freed and they started jogging towards us.
As they got closer, a guy from ST who was closer to Freed started guarding him. Freed threw the ball behind himself surprising us and out of nowhere Elfman grabbed it before it went pass the center line.
He sprinted closer to the basket before he was guarded and then threw it to the basket. Gray who was running towards the ball dunked it in the basket.
"Kya~!!!GO GRAY-SAMA~!!!!"
Cheers where heard and we went back to position again. This time we had the ball.
Orga was behind the line and passed the ball to Sting.
Sting ran dribbling the ball and passed it to me when Alzack blocked his path.
I caught the ball and swiftly passed it to Rogue who was closer to the basket and was free. He caught It and made a shot.
"Nice! Rogue!" Sting said giving him a high five. I gave him a thumbs up and went to position.
A few more shoots from both teams happened. Elfman shoot a three pointer, a guy from ST who I don't know did a hook shot, Max missed because he was pushed by Orga which was a foul so he did two free points but only got the first one. Sting dunked. Rogue did a shoot. Gray and Freed also shoot. Also Alzack did a three pointer. And I just passed the ball to my team. Tho I did make a three pointer. No one noticed I think. They thought a guy from ST did it cause he was close to where the ball went off.
'Only five minutes left. Time sure goes fast. Highschool games are shoerter compared to NBA games. Guess I have to give it my all. I'm all fired u-!'
"Time out! Dragneel, your time's up!" My thoughts where interrupted by ST's coach calling me out.
"Ughhhhhhhh!!!!! Nande?!?!?" I groaned walking to the bleachers of the team.
"It's Rufus turn." She said turning to him. "Your up. Make us proud or die." She said and he nodded with a sly smile.
" I wont let you down mistress. I have memorized every players strategies." he said walking to the court while i sat down with a sigh. I pouted and looked at the coach.
" I barely got to play!!!" I whined and she looked at me with a irritated face like she did with Sting.
" You played in half of the quarter. Now STOP WHINING!!! I don't need another Sting to deal with..." She said mumbling the last part and pinching her nose bridge. I was about to say something but the whistle interrupted me.
I adverted my gaze back to the game and watched the rest of the quarter. I got a look at everyone's moves. They where all pretty good players. I watched ad they made shots, blocked their opponents shots, passed the ball, did free shots and ran from one side to the other. And before I knew it, the first quarter ended with ST ahead by one point.
25 to 26
*Whistle*
" Come here everyone!" Coach said and everyone including the ones that where playing gathered around her. " You guys are doing a great job. even if we're only ahead by one point its still something. Sting, Rogue and Orga take a break. You two and Dobengal are up for the second quarter. Got it?"
" Hai!" We yelled in unison.
The ones that where assigned for this quarter went to the court while the others sat down. Sting next to me and Rogue next to him.
" Nice game!" I said giving them a toothy grin.
" Arigatou!" They said grinning. Except Rogue. He just gave a small smile.
I watched FT's team and saw who was gonna play. They took Gray, Elfman, Freed and Alzack out and put in Laxus, Bickslow, Loke and the guy that talked to me before the game started. The only one they left was Max.
FT grabbed the ball with Laxus and he passed it to Bickslow who made he's way past the centerline. he then was guarded by Dobengal while the other players guarded the other players. He stood still before passing it to Loke who managed to get away from a guy from ST. He caught it and made the shot.
"Wah~!!! Go Loke-kun~!!!!!! KYA~~~" I rolled my eye as he started waving at the group of girls that where cheering for him.
The game continued and the ball just went back and forth until the whistle blew signaling the end of the second quarter.
46 to 43 with Fairy Tail ahead by three points which Laxus shot.
'My turn again!!!!' I got up and walked to the coach as well as the rest of the team.
" Okay, now you and Rufus take a break. Rogue and Natsu go in. And you and Dobengal stay in. Their defenses got better especially in the front o be careful when entering. Got it?"She said and we nodded." Excellent. Now go."
" I'm all fired up!!! Ikuso Rogue." I said turning to him and he nodded.
We went to the court and so did the others. I looked at Gajeel, Alzack, Freed, Bickslow and that guy and grinned while going to position.
" The game has just begun"
*Whistle*
