Chapter 5
So a week has past. Me and Cordell have been hanging alot lately. It's Christmas eve now and I'm just finishing up wrapping my gifts. I grabbed a big garbage bag stuffing everything in it. I went downstairs and saw the twins sleeping on the couch. It's only about 10:30 pm. I put them under the big gorgeous tree. It was a fake tree but my dads sister hooked it up. After putting everything under the tree I gone back in my room and my phone was ringing.

I looked at it and it was Michelle.
Me: hey.
Michelle: symone
Me: yes Michelle
Michelle: what are you doing ?
Me: nothing, I'm babysitting. Well the twins and amari are sleeping.
Michelle: oh. What time is your Christmas party ?
Me: it's starts at 7pm. And you should spend the night.
Michelle: dang y'all must really have alot of money if y'all having a Christmas party and new years party.
Me: that's my parents.
Michelle: go on facebook.
Me: alright bye.
I hung up and gone on Facebook. I went in my news feed and cordell's status said:
Well , I haven't talked to her all day . . . I'll see her tomorrow but it's just weird how one day of not talking to her makes me feel like she's mad at me. Umm well thinking.
I smiled and realized I actually havent talked to him. I liked the wall post and made me a status:
Christmas is in the morning. The twins are downstairs sleeping and Amari is sleeping too . So I'm waiting for my parents to get back from Allen & marilyn's party. Well Byee :D
Post ! I checked my chat and some was online. Korrie was too and I just ignored it. My parents went to a Christmas party at korrie's house and I know that Korrie was wanting me to come but no. He picked a girlfriend over a friendship. Forget him. As I was just thinking about what Korrie did my phone rang. I looked at at caller I'd and it was Cordell ! I hurriedly picked it up .
Me: CORDELL !
Cordell: symone.
Me: hey I missed talking to you today.
Cordell: yea me too . How was your day ?
Me: good hold on.
I made another status:

Me: okay hey.
Cordell: oh, what time y'all be done opening gifts ?
Me: Pshhh , we start around 7 am so like at 9 or 10am.
Cordell: hmm alright.
Me: yea. Where's your sister.
Cordell: sleeping .
Me: I love her, Shes so adorable.
Cordell: hmm okay.
Me: Hush.
Cordell: guess what ?
Me: what ?
Cordell: jarsell came over today and he getting his license next month.
Me: oh yea. I get mines soon too. Have you been driving yet ?
Cordell: every now again. Have you ?
Me: yea. I'm getting marion's Infiniti.
Cordell: spoiled .
Me: oh no. I wanted a Mercedes. But my dad said make it out of highschool you can get whatever you want.
Cordell: you need to pick me up everyday.
Me: oh I will !
Cordell: k , I can't wait. But what kind of car is Marion gonna get ?
Me: idk. He's been looking at hummers or porsche.
Cordell: rich girl. But guess what !
Me: what ?
Cordell: I had put in an application to hollister and I can start working In January since I'll be 16.
Me: oh yea your birthday is in January .
Cordell: yea and yours is in February.
Me: duh , you better not forget !
Cordell: let me text you, my grandma just pulled in.
Me: k, bye (:
Hung up .
After hanging up, I went I'm my closet and found my sexy Christmas onzie pajama. It was red with reindeers on it ! Hehe. I went in the shower and washed my hair really good. The shower felt so good and I didn't want to come out but I did. I dried off, lotion my body with that Johnson Johnson lotion , and put my clothes on. As for my hair, I towel dried it and left it like that. I brushed my teeth then my phone was ringing.
Daddy
Me: hello ?
Daddy: everyone sleep ?
Me: yea.
Daddy: oh okay. Well be home in about an hour. Had to take some people home.
Me: alright, well the alarms are on cause the twins are sleeping downstairs so remember and put the code in and ill be sleeping.
Daddy: okay hun , goodnight sweety love you.
Me: you too bye .
I hung up and went downstairs and checked them. I double checked the alarm and then out all the lights and gone crawl into bed and fell asleep.
Christmas morning (:
"WAKE UP SYMONE. WAKE UP !" I jumped and said "amari what , you always do this to me" she giggled and said "oh, I have to pee" I looked at the clock and it's 7 am. I smelt food all the way upstairs. I got up, picked up amari and took her to my bathroom. After her peeing I held her hand and we went downstairs. "MERRY CHRISTMAS" zaali and zaari yelled. Amari smiled and said "yay ! Merry Christmas." I rolled my eyes and said "woooo ! So guess what, merry Christmas to yall too" they laughed and amari said "where's nana and grampy" she ran to my parents room and I sat on the couch yawning. My parents came in the living room and I said "merry christmas" they laughed and said it back. I love Christmas time ! I sat at the kitchen table and my mom said "Awh, look at my baby. She has a boyfriend for Christmas . What you get him ?" I rolled my eyes ay te fact that my mom thinks me and Cordell go out. Never ! Well not just YET ! My daddy came in and said "and she says they don't go out" I started laughing and said "can we just continue with this breakfast and go on with christmas" they started laughing and I sighed. Marion came downstairs just looking Ughhh than ever. He kissed my cheek and said "merry Christmas" my daddy looked at him and said "Marion, it's almost 4 years. What are you doing with your life" I started laughing and said "yea Marion" my mom looked at me and said "Cordell go in the living room" I ughed and Marion said "mane daddy, look I'm gonna start singing, or rapping" my daddy looked disgusted and said "no. Your meant to be a business man. Singing can be your on the side thing" I started walking out then I heard Marion say "no I actually want to sing. Like become a professional r&b singer" my dad sighed and said "your moms cousin has a record deal. Right baby" my mom nodded then looked at me and said "easdropper" I rolled my eyes an said "no. I was just gonna ask Marion when he becomes famous if I can be on a track" he started laughing and said "of course" I smiled and walked up to my room. It was ringing , I picked it up without looking .
Me: hello ?
?: MERRY CHRISTMAS SYMONE !
Me: who is this ?
?: cayla.
Me: oh, merry Christmas to you too. Did you guys open presents yet ?
Cayla: no not yet. Everyone still sleep well just Cordell. I took his phone.
Me: oh haha. Wow. Whats my name under.
Cayla: it says my special girl , with a heart .
Me: hmmm. Alrighty. Well I'll talk to you guys later.
Cayla: okay Byee.
I hung up and went back downstairs and my dad said "okay let's eat." I smiled and we all sat at the table and ate as a family. After eating, zaali and zaari and amari was ready to open presents. I sat on the floor with amari in my lap. We opened presents and I mostly got clothes, which I was glad of. I also got some shoes and cute hats. Marion saved my present until last to give me. I opened it and screamed. It was this bracelet I been wanting but it was soooooooooo expensive. I hugged him and made him fall back on the floor. I kissed his cheek and said "I love you" my dad was laughing and said "mines is better." I opened his present and said "seriously dad ?" it was a stack of money. I hugged him and said "here take it back. Put it towards my sweet 16. Which is coming up." he smiled and said "or towards ya dream car" I nodded and said "true but thanks so much." we gone outside and my dad said "okay baby this for you" he was taking my mom towards the garage. He opened it and there was a brand new range rover, it was black. Black seats and red stitching in it and s.a.w on the two front seats. I smiled to myself and said "mom, when your tires of driving this. Let me have it cause that's my initials too !" she laughed and said "alright boo." Marion was a little mad cause he wanted a new car but dnt worry hes getting his soon. We gone back inside and my mom said "babe. So wheres my chrysler ?" he siged and said "i traded it." she nodded and Marion said "my next car is gonna be boom !" we started laughing and my mom said "okay"
2 hours later.
"come on symone" My mom said. I was just putting on my shirt. I was wearing my new skinny jeans with a long sleeve shirt and a matching vest and boots. I grabbed my scarf and Jacket and gone outside. My mom was driving her new car. I sat in the front and the twins in the back. We drove to Cordell's. I jumped out and knocked on the door, his little sister cayla opened the door. I hugged her and said "where's ya mom" she pointed to the kitchen and my mom and the twins came in. I hugged her and handed her a card. She hugged me and said "thanks" I smiled and gone upstairs. I went in cordell's room and he was still sleep. I jumped on the bed beside him and he groaned and said "cayla get out" I tried not to laugh but I did. He jumped up and said "you freaking fool" he screwed me and gone in the bathroom. Like 3 minutes ge came out. He jumped on top of me and said "merry Christmas" I smiled and moved from under him and grabbed his present. He opened it and said "Awh thanks." he hugged me and I hugged him back. He went shuffling somewhere and gave my a bag. I smiled and opened it. "OMG. Cordell. I jumped on him and said "thanks" he got me a pretty necklace. It was a key hanging and I loved it ! He put it on and said "it's pretty on you" I nodded and said "yes it is thanks much" I put the box in my bag and I seen a peice of paper. I took it out and cordell said "oh no, shoot dnt read it." I put behind my back and said "why ?" he tried getting it and said "pass it foreal" I shook my head and put it up and opened it. He snatched it and said "whew." I looked sad and said "what was it" he shook his head and said "something." I nodded and said "okay" I got up and sat on his swivel chair. He came over and said "Awh symone is mad" I rolled my eyes and said "no" he started laughing and I said "well I'm going downstairs. Y'all havent even opened presents yet ?" he nodded and said "yea i jus had fell back asleep. " I nodded and said "well I'm gonna see if they ready to leave." he nodded and we went downstairs. My mom was sitting on the couch laughing with his mom. I sighed and said "I'm going back upstairs" he followed again and I sat on his bed, he went in the bathroom to take a shower. I was watching tv. Like an hour later he came out with the aqua hollister shirt I got him and skinny jeans and aqua vans. He had his seashell necklace on, diamond earrings and he looked sexy ! I was just starring I guess cause he said "i know I'm fine" I chuckled and said "whatever." he got his laptop out and said "let's take pictures. I sat up on his bed crisscross applesauce and we took a bunch of silly pictures. After that, I got my phone out and we went in his mirror and took a cute picture. I got his laptop and he wasn't logged out so I updated his status:

Post. Hehe. I'm so evil. He got one comment from jarsell saying;
Yes bruh, I been telling you that. Hurry up for you loose the chance.
I laughed and then I think his cousin comment on it saying:
Is this that same girl that you said you like ? Cause if so then YES .
I looked him and he was taking pictures on his iPod. Aneisha comment on it and said:
NOOOO. you shouldn't cause she's not even cute. She has no body and plus she won't know how to treat you.
I really laughed at that one then I comment on it saying:
Aneisha stay off my status she is WAYYY better than you. And HELL YAA she got a body. Not that she showed me you can just see it !
Post. Cordell now was in his closet doing something. But then someone else comment. It was Korrie ! Yikes. He put:
I love how you stole my best friend , and no I dont think you should. She doesn't like your type.
I didn't even laugh I comment back:
Lol, Korrie ? Wow last time I check she wasnt stuntin you. You hurt her by picking a girl over her. Like who does that. And get over yourself. She does go for my type. Get to know a boy before judging them son. Now take ya rich mixed a** off my status. Go f*ck adel !
Post. I laughed again and then I logged off. I'll go see if anybody else comment. I logged on to mines and I made a status:
Merry Christmas ! I had a great Christmas
Post. Cordell came and said "hurry up I need to log on. I nodded and logged out and gave him the laptop. He logged on and saw all these comments. I didn't laugh and I bit down on my cheek. He sighed and looked at me and said "your evil you know, ha wow Bernard said yea I think you should yall say y'all best friends but you like her nigga and she like you !" I rolled my eyes and said "I just wanted to do that !" he nodded and said "I'm about to post these pictures" I nodded and got my phone out and my ain't text me.
Where are my beautiful neices ? Your dad said y'all went to drop gifts off ! Hurry home.
I laughed and replied:
We leaving soon. Mom is talking ! And we will be back soon !
Cordell post the pictures and tagged me in them. My mom called me saying "symone time to go" I got up and said "bye Cordell I'm leaving." he nodded and said "ight bye." I stood there waiting on my jug and finally he got up and hugged me. I gone downstairs and said bye and we left.
