Crouching over the toilet , I emptied all the food I just ate out of my body.
Standing up I flushed the toilet . After , I walked to the sink and brushed my teeth.
"You okay baby? I heard you all the way in my room." My mom said leaning on the bathroom doorway.
"I've been sick all week. I'll be fine sooner or later." I said wiping my face.
"You need to go to the doctors."
"I hope you're not pregnant." She continued.
I looked at her through the mirror.
"Mom."
"Oh no Kayla, You think you are huh?"
"I dont know. I didnt think about it that far." I turned around leaning on the bathroom sink
"Mom, What if I am? Im not ready , neither is Chr-."
"Okay , Okay. Dont stress yourself. We dont even know yet. Lets just go to the doctors and see whats up."
"Oh god. What am I going to do?" I said to myself out loud.
"Kayla, What did I just say?"
"I know ma'. I just dont even know what to think."
"Do you want to get a home pregnancy test first? Or just go to the doctors to know for sure?"
"The doctor's."
"Okay , I'll make the appointment right now." She said turning on her heels and leaving my room.
I turned around and looked at myself in the mirror.
"Holy shit." I stressed.
Im not even ready for a kid. Chris? Hell no . He isnt either.
Im just not going to think about it intill I know for sure.
My phone interupted my thoughts, thankfully.
I answerd it , and a groggy Chris responded back.

"Baby." Chris said in a raspy voice.
"Yes love?"
"What are you doing?"
"I just woke up. You feeling good?"
"Hell nah."
I laughed . "I knew you were going to have a bad hangover."
"Im not feeling to hot either." I explained
"I thought you didnt drink last night?" He asked
"I didnt."
"You're still not feeling good babe?"
"Nope."
"But ill take care of my sick baby. Want me to come get you?" I asked
"Yes please , They not helping the kidd." He sighed
"Okay , I'll be on my way. Love you."
"Bet. Love you too."

Hanging up , I dressed in some sweats in a hoodie. Since it was chilly outside. Grabbing my Wolfgray foams , I slipped those on and was on my way downstairs.
"Ma' , Ill be back . Im going to get Chris."
"Okay , Oh and your appointment is on Tuesday."
"Alright , and please dont say nothing around him."
"I know that Kayla. Now go." She said waving her hand off to me.
"Love you." I yelled out walking out the front door.
Walking over to my moms charger, I hooped in and was on my way to Augusts' house.

Parking in the driveway, I got out and walked up the porch steps.
I rung the doorbell and Nia answerd soon after.
"Hey babe." She said letting me in
"Hi mama." I walked in and hugged her.
"Be thankful you didnt drink lastnight. I feel like shit." She laughed.
I laughed too. But she has no idea, Ive been throwing up all damn night.
"Wheres everybody?"
"Ty left earlier, Aug slumped upstairs, and Chris is upstairs too."
"Figures." I said walking up the stairs into the guest room Chris is in.
"Hey love."
"Kayyyy." He dragged out.
I walked over to him , He was laid out on the bed , eyes were still closed but his arms were reached out for me.
"Aww, My baby." I cooed.
Going into his arms. I hugged him and then kissed his forehead.
"You ready?" I asked still hugging him with his head rested against my chest.
"Mhm."
"My head is pounding." He continued
"Come on. Lets go take a well needed nap." I said pulling him by his arm.
"Okay , Get my shoes over there for me please."
I grabbed his shoes and gave them to him.
When he was finished grabbing his things , We were on our way to his house for he can shower.

"You all done?" I asked from his couch.
"Yeah , Lets go." He said tucking his phone into his pocket.
Turning off the Tv, I got up and walked out the front door with Chris following suit.
Both of us hopping into the car , We were on our way to my house.
"Did you have a good time yesterday at least?" I asked putting the car into drive.
"Yeah , It was lit." He said resting his head on the door.
"I hope you got food at ya crib. Im starvin'." He continued.
"Yeah , We do." The thought of food made me nauseous.
"Ahh shit." I whisperd to myself , I started to breath through my nose and out my mouth for I wont throw up.
"I got to pull over." I said quickly , I pulled the car over and opened the car door and puked.
"Oh my god." I said dry heaving.
"Are you okay babe?"
Still crouched over , I shooked my head 'no'.
"Here, Let me drive." Chris said unbuckiling his seat belt.
"Okay." I coughed.
I got out the drivers seat and walked to the passenger side.
"Damn , Kay. You're more sick then I am." Chris said taking the car out of park.
"I know." I said to myself. I need to get to the doctors asap.

"Here." Chris said handing me a gingerale to calm my stomach.
"Thanks." I smiled a little and took a sip.
He got in bed and cuddled up with me.
"Heres some kisses to make you feel better." He said kissing all over my face which made me laugh.
"Aww thanks. Im feeling better all ready." I said kissing his cheek.
"Alright , lets get some sleep."

2 days later
Me and moms were on our way to my doctors appointment to see if my moms theory was correct.
Nervousness was an understandment.
"You ready?" My mom asked
We were in the parking lot for 5 minutes for I can get my mind right.
"Yeah , Lets go."
We got out the car and walked into the doctors office.
"Kayla Greene." I said to the person at the front desk.
"Ok Ms.Greene, Take a seat over there. And wait till they call you back." She smiled
"Okay, Thanks." I said walking off to were my mom was sitting.
We waited for about 20 minutes intill I was called back. The nurse checked my weight and blood pressure. After , She told me to pee in a cup to see if I was pregnant or not.
"Okay , Dr.Walkins would be right with you for your results." The nurse smiled.
"Thank you." And with that she was out the door.
"Im so nervous." I said
"Its okay Kayla. Im here for you baby. Dont ever forget that."
"Thanks ma'." I said feeling a little bit better about the situatuion.

9:30 am
Me: Doctors appointment
9:32 am
Locking my phone , I placed my phone into my pocket.
"Goodmorning ladies." My doctor said walking into the room.
"Morning."
"Okay . Your results came out positive."
"You're 4 weeks pregnant. Congratulations." She said looking over the papers in her hand.
Holy shit . Im having a baby. Me and Chris are having a baby. How am I going to tell him without him freaking out? Oh my gosh.
"Kayla?" The doctor said.
"Are you okay?" She continued.
"Yeah , Im fine."
"Your first ultra sound would be 2 weeks from now. And we will discuss your prenatal vitamins and all that."
"Okay." I said nodding my head.
I looked over to my mom and she had a few tears running down her face.
"No drinking and smoking." She told me.
"Of course." I agreed.
"That would be all for now. Congrats again on your new bundle of joy." She smiled.
"Ill see you guys in 2 weeks." She continued
"Okay , Thanks again."
She smiled once more and walked out the room.
"I hope your not mad ma'. I didnt-"
"Its okay. Things happen for a reason." She said cutting me off.
"How am I going to tell Chris?"
"Soon. But wheb your ready. C'mon lets go get some ice cream." She smiled.
A baby? Wow , Who would ever thought?
