~Maggie's P.O.V~
After everything happened we lost people. I noticed Haley pacing around. I approached her to try to calm her down
"Haley"
She stopped walking and looked up at me "Maggie, hey"
"How are you doing?" I asked
I know she wasn't okay. She shrugged her shoulders
"I'm alright"
"It's okay, we're all here for you. I'm very sorry about Tyler"
She nodded almost tears in her eyes "Thanks"
I gave her a hug before walking off to find Glenn. I felt so bad for her. She just lose her brother, her only blood. But that's the life we live in now, we lose people. Important people, we lose part of our families
~Haley's P.O.V~
When Maggie walked away I walked around until I noticed someone digging. It was Daryl, he was digging the graves. I grinned before walking away and to my cell. I didn't feel like talking to anyone. A couple hours later I noticed Daryl walking in.
"Hey" I said standing up next to the bed
"Hey" He said softly
"Listen, after the meeting you stormed out. Why?" He asked
"I just didn't want to be there" I said looking down
"Were, you, jealous?"
I scoffed "Your kidding right"
He looked down then back at me "It kinda seemed like you were, storming out there like that"
I couldn't believe this "Jealous? Of you and Carol? Please"
He just stared at me "You didn't answer the question. You weren't sad, you were upset"
"You know what Daryl why don't you come up to me when you have your head out of your ass" I scolded before walking out of the cell hitting him on the shoulder with mine as I walked passed him
Why the hell would he say that? Or even think that? If I were jealous I would have acted a completely different way. Between all of this a lot happened. Someone killed two people. People were being put into quarantine. Anyone who were showing symptoms were being put into the cell block. Soon they called a meeting, it was Daryl, Hershel, Michonne, Glenn, and me
"It's spread. Everybody who survived the attack is in cell block D. Sasha, Caleb, and now others" Hershel said
"Oh, god" Carol said
"So what do we do?" Glenn asked
"Cell block A is in isolation. We keep the sick people there like Karen and David" Hershel said
Daryl was quiet. We still hadn't talked since our fight. I began to notice Glenn looking quesy. It got me curious. I kept staring at Glenn, I noticed also Daryl glancing at me
"What the hell are we gonna do about this?" Daryl finally spoke up
"I gotta go" I said quickly getting up and walking out.
I walked outside and began coughing myself. No way. Nu uh. I stayed outside for awhile until Michonne approached me
"Don't" I said holding my hand out for her to stop
She stopped in her tracks "Me, Daryl and some others are going on a run. We're going to get antibiotics"
"How far away?" I asked
I knew there wasn't one close, we've been to every pharmacy in and out and we wiped them clean
"50 miles. Haley what's wrong why-"
She began walking towards me when I stopped her
"Don't!" I shrieked, it made me cough even more. I bend down and put my hands on my knees
She took a step back. I gasped and breathed heavily as I looked up at her "I have it"
~Michonne's P.O.V~
No Haley was one of our good people who go on runs with us. I was going to help her into quarantine but she didn't let me. Hershel noticed and he helped her inside. I walked away and approached Daryl who opened the hood to the car. I put my things in the car before walking up to him
"Son of a bitch is about a quart low" He said talking about the gas
"You still keep it on the bottom of tower three?" I asked
"Yea"
"I'll go get one" I said turning around beginning to walk away
"Hey" He called out
I turned around
"I'm glad your here"
"Where else will I be" I said
"Running off"
I looked at him and took a couple steps foward "You know I'm not running off"
He nodded
I leaned against the car "So it's gonna be like me and you in the old days?"
He began cleaning something in the good "Yea and Bob. Still feels like we could use another person"
"Who else isn't sick"
"We don't ask Rick. He's gonna stay here. With Carl and Lil-ass kicker" He said "Keep them safe. Plus there's plenty of stuff he can do here" He said closing the hood
"So who else we got? Haley?" I asked
"She don't wanna talk to me. Must less she ain't gonna go"
"Why?" I asked curious what happened between them
"Cause she just ain't" He said walking to the back of the car
I was thinking about telling him Haley has the infection but I knew I shouldn't. Even though they were in a fight I knew I shouldn't. Because he was be worried the entire trip, and we needed to concentrate on getting those antibiotics.
~Haley's P.O.V~
After I got to the cell block I walked into a cell. I looked around. Hershel was inside checking on people. He noticed me in the cell and approached me "Haley"
I was beginning to breath heavily and I slightly chuckled "Hershel. I'm not to bad, I'm okay"
"Does Daryl know your sick?" He asked
I let out a laugh but it made me groan in pain "Like he gives a shit"
"What happened between you two?"
"I don't even know, but why tell him. He's leaving anyway"
"To bring back medicine. Just stay inside and rest. You need it"
I nodded before he left the cell
"Hershel" I called out
He turned
"Can you close the cell?"
He sighed
"Hershel please"
He nodded before closing the cell door and walking away. I looked around the cell and began coughing. I coughed so much blood came out. I laid on the bed breathing heavily. Well quarantine it is. I thought
