Later on at night I heard singing I walked to the voice to see Beth playing on a piano. She stopped and looked at me when I entered. I put the crossbow down and walked towards the open coffin "The only way in is through the front door" I said

I hopped on the coffin bed

"What are you doing?" She asked

"This is the comfiest bed I've had in years" I said laying down putting my hand over the back of my head

"Really?"

"I ain't kidding" I said

I sighed "Why don't you go ahead and play some more? Keep singing" I said

Haley is a singer, this would give me more comfort

"I thought my singing annoyed you"

True, but

"There ain't no jukebox so"

She flashed a smile before turning around. She begun to play the piano and began singing. She sung for awhile until she stopped

"Why'd you stop?" I asked looking up at her

"I miss Haley"

Shit and you don't think I do?

"She was the only person who would actually sing with me, like all the time" She said

I simply stayed quiet

"Do you ever get annoyed? I mean when I talked about her?"

I scoffed "I miss her way too much, talking about her gives me comfort, stops me from going completely crazy"

She nodded "Well we will find her, and Rick. Carl. Maggie. And Judith"

Little ass-kicker. I miss her too. And of course everyone else. There was a hint of silence when she turned around and continued to sing. I looked up to the ceiling and slowly closed my eyes. I drifted off from the smoothness of the song and from the comfy coffin.

I was so tired. But I knew I couldn't stop, we were walking on the railroad tracks, me next to Glenn. Tara and Eugene walking behind us. Followed by Abraham and Rosita. Eugene pretty must wouldn't stop talking.

"So why don't you like Abraham again?" He asked

"Cause he's a hell bent idiot who is determined to go one way when we obviously don't wanna go his way"

"What if Eugene really knows how to stop this thing?"

I scoffed "There's nothing that can stop this Glenn"

"But it started somehow, maybe there is a way we can stop this"

"It's like I said. There's no way. You have to get that this is our new world now. This is the deads world. And we're just living in it"

He just looked at me and we kept walking. Later that night we slept while Abraham and Tara kept watch. I slept next to Glenn

After I sang I noticed Daryl was sound asleep, even snoring a little. I slowly walked out of the room. I quietly limped as I walked to the kitchen and snacked on more food. I snacked until I heard some mumbling, it was coming from the room. I stood up, and quickly tip toed to the room. I poked my head in and noticed Daryl softly mumbling, he was having a nightmare. I tip toed over to him and nudged his shoulder but he wouldn't wake up

"No! Haley! No. Just stay with me. Haley!"

"Daryl wake up" I shook him harder this time and he gasp as he woke up

He looked around, his eyes were telling something. He was scared. I've never seen Daryl scared, ever.

"Daryl it's okay, your safe"

He sighed as he laid back down and covered his face

"Can you stay here with me? In case I have another nightmare?" He whispered softly

Wow. Never thought I would hear those words come out of Daryl's mouth. I simply nodded and sat on a chair next to the doorway. I stayed sitting down as I heard him slowly snooze off. And pretty soon I did too.

~Haley's P.O.V.~

The next morning we were at it again. We walked along the railroad tracks and walked and walked. We heard low snarls and noticed a large group of walkers come out of the woods and towards us. We fought them off best we could and Eugene did nothing of course, they were protecting him. I fought until I ended up walking into the woods fighting off as many as I could. After I did I looked around everywhere for Glenn and the rest but no luck. I put the bow back on my back and kept running around. I kept running for who knows how long when I found the road and began walking on it. I was panting because of how tired I was. I was looking down the entire time until I decided to look up. I saw a figure but I couldn't quite make it out. The figure just kept looking down. I walked closer and closer. I took out my bow and had my hand in the arrow. Just in case. I walked closer and closer until I began to notice who it was. Then the figure got completely clear. I stood still and dropped the bow which made noise. The figure looked up and my heart began to race, the person just looked at me and began running faster then I've ever seen. The person dropped the weapon and hugged me so tightly when we met. I was crying hysterically and so were they. I could believe my eyes. I just couldn't believe it. I hugged so tightly not letting go.
