Raden was sitting peacefully on his chair, he just got done with another case. Then he got an unexpected phone call from the chief of the department.
"Hey chief what do you need?" asked Raden
"There is a new case that I need you to get on" The Chief said.
"Ok what is the case details" Raden asked
"Well apparently there is some duo burning down villages. They have been doing this for a while, but this is our first-time hearing of it. Because the people who saw them was killed later that day." said the chief.
"Well damn okay chief I will get right on that" Raden said.
"Okay call me when you update on the case," said the chief.
Raden then hung up the phone, then looked to the side and grabbed his suitcase. Raiden then walked outside to get some fresh air, but suddenly a scream broke his train of thought, he rushed towards where he heard the scream. To Raiden surprise, he saw a bloody body on the floor.
Raden then summons his griffin to scan the area from above. While the griffin was scanning the area, Raiden was checking on the person on the ground, he checked the person's pulse, but they were already dead. The griffin comes down from the air, and Raiden asked, "Did you find anything."
"No" the griffin said.
Raden then sticks his fingers in the blood of the body and draws this weird looking symbol on the ground.
Raden then sits in the middle of the symbol; he then chants something. Suddenly a portal opened, and a giant red and bloody hand grab the body and drag into the portal. The griffin was a bit startled by the giant hand, Raiden went to calm the griffin down. After calming down the griffin, he started to make his way to the far water village. Meanwhile Malachi and Rose just got done with burning down a village.
"Well time for the next village" Malachi said.
"Yea it's time for the far water village," said Rose.
The two started to make their way to the village, but Malachi suddenly turned around, he had this weird feel of been followed.
"Malachi what's wrong" Rose said.
"Nothing" said Malachi
Malachi was certain they were being followed, but he decided to brush it off. As Rose and Malachi arrived at the gate of the Far Water Village, they spotted Aiden there. Suddenly, Rose used her fire manipulation to create two fire blades. She threw one at Aiden. Aiden, expecting the attack, blocked it using his water manipulation.
"What are y'all doing here?" Aiden asked.
Malachi suddenly rushed towards Aiden, catching him off guard, though Aiden smiled. That's when Cyra shot a giant fireball at Aiden, but he found himself unable to move for some reason. Every attempt to move felt futile; it was as if he were trapped in his own body. It turned out that Malachi had cast an Immobility spell on Aiden. Malachi then jumped back and watched as the fireball struck Aiden. Rose followed up by trapping Aiden in a box made of rocks.
That's when Cale descended from the air and sliced the rock open with water. Then Cale employed a technique called Torrential Rain. Torrential Rain involves summoning heavy rainfall or creating localized downpours, which can obscure vision, flood area, or provide hydration in arid environments. Cale summoned it to cover Malachi, and Rose then Aiden followed it up by freezing them with a technique called Frost Nova. Frost Nova: Unleashing a powerful burst of icy energy that freezes everything in its vicinity, immobilizing opponents and creating a chilling shockwave.
Cyra was poised to shoot a fireball, but that's when Cale used his water manipulation to form a sword. Aiden swiftly followed by freezing the sword with his ice manipulation. Just as Cyra landed on the ground, Cale teleported behind her and cleanly severed her head. Aiden was taken aback by Cale's decisive action. Cyra then crumbled into ashes.
That's when Cale unexpectedly turned around and stabbed Aiden in the chest. Aiden was shocked; he looked into Cale's eyes and saw nothing but darkness. Cale pulled the sword out of Aiden's chest, watching as Aiden fell to the ground.
"Well, look what we have here," the mysterious lady said.
Aiden looked to see who it was, and that's when he saw her: The God of Air, Destiny. He was shocked to see her here.
"What... are you... doing here?" Aiden said between coughs.
"Oh, Aiden, you're not as bright as I thought you were. You see, Aiden, I want to be the only god in this realm, and the way to do that is to kill everyone who stands in my way, just like the god of darkness, the god of poison, and the god of electricity," said Destiny.
Aiden was shocked by what Destiny said.
"So... IT WAS... YOU WHO KILLED... THEM?" Aiden said.
"Oh no I am too pretty to get my hands dirtily" Destiny said.
As the three were distracted, Cyra burst through the ashes, melting the ice from Malachi and Rose. Destiny then pulled out her scythe and teleported behind Rose. Rose managed to block Destiny's attack, but Destiny predicted this and used her Air manipulation to stab Rose. Destiny didn't stop there; she continued by employing a technique called Aerial Illusion, trapping Rose within an illusion. Aerial Illusion involves manipulating air currents to create convincing illusions or mirages that can deceive opponents, obscure vision, or provide cover for stealthy movement.
Malachi tried to help Rose, but his efforts were thwarted by Cale. Malachi then drew his spear and swung at Cale, who responded by using his water manipulation to create a shield around himself. Cale then expands his shield, then Destiny looks at Cale and he looks back at her they both nod at each other.
As Destiny summoned the cyclone, Cale seamlessly integrated his water manipulation with her technique, enhancing its power and reach. The cyclone grew in intensity, swirling with a combination of air and water, creating a formidable force that threatened to engulf everything in its path.
Malachi, caught off guard by this unexpected collaboration, braced himself against the winds, struggling to support his footing as he faced the onslaught. He knew he had to act quickly to counter their combined attack.
Gritting his teeth, Malachi focused his energy, channeling it into his spear. With a swift motion, he thrust the spear forward, aiming to disrupt the cyclone's energy and create an opening to break through Cale and Destiny's defense.
The clash of elements filled the air, the sound of roaring wind and crashing waves echoing around them. Malachi's determination burned bright as he fought against the overwhelming force before him, refusing to back down in the face of adversity. Aiden then got off the ground, but he was not the same as before. His eyes glowed with an otherworldly intensity, and his movements were fluid and precise, unlike anything Cale had seen of him before. With a flick of his wrist, Aiden sent a shockwave rippling through the air, knocking both Cale and Destiny back.
Malachi watched in awe as Aiden seemed to harness the power of the white aura surrounding him. It was as if he had tapped into some ancient, elemental force. But Malachi also sensed a hint of darkness lurking within that brightness.
Cale recovered quickly; his determination unyielding. He lunged forward, his blade poised to strike. But Aiden was ready. With a graceful sidestep, he avoided Cale's attack and countered with a swift kick that sent Cale sprawling to the ground.
Destiny, meanwhile, gathered her strength and unleashed a barrage of energy bolts at Aiden. But the white aura seemed to shield him, deflecting the attacks effortlessly.
Malachi knew he had to do something. He couldn't just stand by and watch them fight each other. But as he stepped forward, he hesitated. Aiden's transformation was both mesmerizing and terrifying, and Malachi wasn't sure if he could trust him anymore.
"Snap out of it, Aiden!" Malachi called out; his voice filled with desperation. "This isn't you!"
For a moment, the white aura flickered, and Malachi saw a glimpse of recognition in Aiden's eyes. But it was quickly overshadowed by the intense power that consumed him.
With a heavy heart, Malachi prepared himself for the inevitable confrontation, hoping that he could somehow reach Aiden before it was too late.
Finally, Raden arrived at the village gate, only to find the village halfway destroyed. As Raden walked through the wreckage, he met four individuals.
"That's it, time to end this game. Secret art wolf transformation," Destiny declared.
When Cale saw this, he realized she harbored secrets. Destiny swiftly advanced towards Aiden. Aiden tried to use his light manipulation to blind Destiny, but it proved ineffective. Destiny then kicked Aiden into the air, following up with a technique known as Air Blade—a method of forming sharp, compressed air blades capable of slicing through obstacles and opponents with precision. In response, Aiden employed his Darkness manipulation.
Surrounding the whole area in darkness, he then uses his darkness manipulation again to create these dark figures. Destiny then uses her air manipulation to cut them apart, but every time she cuts them, the dark figures just regrow. The dark figures made their way to Destiny. Cale then jumped in front of Destiny; he used his water manipulation to create a giant whirlpool sucking all the dark figures in. Aiden accepted this, so he used it to make a sword, but the white aura around him faded.
Cale saw the white aura around Aiden starting to fade, and he knew what would happen next.
"Before my time ends, I'm taking you with me, Destiny," Aiden said.
Before Aiden could act, Rose suddenly appeared behind him and stabbed him in the back, through his heart. In that moment, the white aura finally disappeared. Cale was taken aback by this, then caught Aiden in his arms. He started to cry, but Destiny interrupted with, "Oh, get over it."
Cale looked at her with anger in his eyes, angry at Destiny and himself. He then used his water manipulation to create chains. The chains grabbed Rose's arm, and she tried to remove them, but couldn't. They dragged Rose into a water bubble, and when she was fully enclosed, Cale froze the bubble.
