Bio: Born alongside his two brothers, Kowalski and Rico, the three penguin chicks, along with the newly hatched Private that they saved as an egg, would be sent adrift at sea when a chunk of iceberg floated away with them on it, the Penguins would have a global journey that would eventually result in them winding up as zoo animals in New York City. Despite initially wanting to escape, the Penguins would ultimately stay and become the protectors of the zoo animals, even saving the world as a whole from the likes of Doctor Blowhole on several occasions.

Playstyle: Skipper is a small, nimble target, quick on his feet, plenty of movement options, and a decent amount of projectiles to keep foes at bay. However, his durability is extremely lacking, so if he gets pinned, he'll go down pretty quickly.

Crouching Heavy Kick: Leaps towards the opponent feet first while spinning like a top
Special Attacks:
-Fish Bazooka: Skipper pulls out a large bazooka and fires a fish across the screen. Fairly standard projectile.
-Stink Fish Bomb: Skipper hurls a dead fish in an arc. Once it hits them ground, it emits a green stink cloud that causes the foe to crumple to the ground if they touch it.
-Sic 'Em, Boys!: Skipper calls upon one of the other penguins to assist him with an attack.
--Private: Private runs onscreen and looks up at the foe with puppy dog eyes, his weaponized cuteness briefly stunning them if they touch the pink, heart shaped aura around him
--Kowalski: Kowalski runs onscreen and fires a thin beam of green energy from a Plasma Blaster at the foe's current location
--Rico: Rico coughs up a bundle of TNT onto the stage that explodes on impact with the ground or foe
-Cork Screw: Skipper leaps into the air and dives back down at an angle, spinning like a corkscrew to deliver a kick that bounces him off the foe and into the air
-Penguin Slide: Skipper slides across the stage on his belly, allowing him to quickly navigate the stage and get beneath blocks, damaging foes on contact. Light variation will have him slide backwards away from the foe as a retreat, and if the attack button is pressed mid-slide, he will use his flippers to push himself up into a flying karate kick.
Throws:
Forward: Skipper climbs on top of the foe, slaps them across the face repeatedly with his flipper, then delivers a backhanded slap that floors them
Backward: Skipper maneuvers behind the foe, jumps up and chops the back of their neck, causing them to crumple
Super Moves:
-Biplane Barrage: Skipper pulls out a walkie-talkie and says "Kowalski, aerial maneuvers!" as he jumps into the air. On cue, four toy biplanes, all piloted by the four penguins, will fly onto the stage and begin swooping down through the foe, firing with machine guns and bazookas, ending it with Skipper firing a single rocket that causes a massive explosion on impact with the ground as Skipper flips back onto the battlefield.
-Sword of Shingen: Skipper pulls out the Sword of Shingen and delivers a series of slashes on the foe from all possible angles, striking poses and smirking all the while, before tossing it aside when the move is complete.
-Cute and Cuddly, Boys!: Skipper runs forward to deliver a drop kick to the foe. If it hits, he'll call out "Go all out, boys!", prompting Private, Kowalski and Rico to join him. As the foe stands up, the Penguins all begin to barrage them with attacks. Private clambers onto their front and repeatedly slaps them across the face, causing them to stumble back as Kowalski lays some barb wire in their path, causing them to trip as Rico coughs up a crowbar and cackles maniacally as he proceeds to beat them with it, the combo ending when Skipper swoops down and slams his feet down onto the foe's stomach.
Fatalities:
-Slow Cruise: Skipper chops the foe's shin, causing them to fall over, then smirks. "Tie 'em down, boys!" He commands, prompting the Penguins to help him tie and gag the foe. They then proceed to carry them over to a conveniently placed dock, throwing them onto a rubber life raft. Skipper takes a moment to speak to the foe, saying "Enjoy a nice, slow cruise to china, friend." before kicking the life raft to send it drifting out to see, the tied up opponent protesting, muffling and struggling to break free as it slowly drifts off into the distance, the penguins exchanging a series of high fives to celebrate their victory as 'Eventual Fatality' flashes onto the screen.
-Rico Unleashed: Skipper whistles into his flipper, and Rico rushes onto the stage. Skipper gives him a smirk and an approving nod, and Rico cackles and rubs his flippers together before rushing the foe. First, he pulls out a chainsaw and begins cutting into them, first cutting at the foe's shin to cause them to fall over so he can saw the rest of the leg off, as well as the other one, and their arms. The now limbless opponent screams and writhes on the floor as Rico approaches, coughing up multiple sticks of TNT that he forcibly crams into their mouth, forcing it wide open. Cackling, he lights a match and uses it to ignite the dynamite, running away as it explodes, sending bits and chunks of the foe's body flying all over the place.
Friendship: I Like to Move It
Skipper heaves out a deep breath, proud of a job well done, when he notices music playing in the background. He only has time to blink, before being pushed to the side when King Julian rushes into the scene and knocks him over, Skipper looking up at the lemur in annoyance for overshadowing his moment as Julian dances energetically, a disco ball coming down from the ceiling and illuminating the stage.
Intro: The penguins flip onto the stage, Skipper taking the lead, each striking a pose upon landing, before Skipper dismisses them with a wave of his flipper and takes a fighting stance
Outro: Skipper smirks and waves at the foe, backing up a bit as the other penguins join him to do the same
