"Ah, Saiki?" The voice belonging to a certain female called out. Saiki dreaded the two options he had right now. He could either A, book it, or B, face the one person who he'd rather give up five coffee jellies than to see. It's not like his club members would let him out of sight anyways, and they were blocking the door. So the psychic's only option was to face her.

"...Teruhashi." He nodded. They stared at each other for a minute. Saiki could her her mind racing. 'He looks so much cuter without his glasses! His cuteness multiplied one hundred times! Is this really Saiki?!' The blue haired girl stared slightly shocked at the handsome boys standing behind the pink haired boy.

"Hi, boys! Are you Saiki's friends?" She smiled, making sure to up her charm. The boys smiled and nodded. 'They didn't say oh wow?!' Saiki noticed the way her eyebrow slightly twitched. 'I see, it must be because they're so stunned by my beauty that they won't even allow themselves to gasp! That's right!' Good grief, just accept the fact they didn't gasp at you.

"Yeah! This guy here is part of the-" Kaoru was cut off by a hand slapped over his mouth by none other than Saiki. Don't tell her. Who knows what lengths she might go through to try to make it into our school.

"He's actually part of the Host Club." Kyoya cut in, taking out his notepad to write shit down again. How does someone even write that much? Also, curse you. "So, you know Saiki?" Saiki grimaced and pulled his hand away when Kaoru ran his tongue across his palm. Ewww, gross...! I guess I should've expected that.

"I do! We used to be classmates before he transferred to Ouran!" Teruhashi smiled, stepping closer in hopes they would gasp. Having to be near people for them to recognize her beauty was insanely rare.

"Is that so? And I see you're quite the beauty." Kyoya smiled. 'Yes! He recognized my beauty! Now gasp!'

"Ah, really? Thank you so much!" She watched the dark haired man turn back to his notepad. 'Well don't just continue writing!' The Hitachiin's stepped up to the blue haired beauty.

"We are the Host Club," Kaoru began.

"And we entertain beautiful young girls such as yourself." Hikaru said with a dazzling smile. 'That won't work on me, boys.' Teruhashi mentally smirked.

"Oh, yes! I've heard about it!" 'I actually did my own research on the school, but to think Saiki is in the Host Club! Poor boy, I'm sure he's struggling to fit in! No matter, this beautiful angel will swoop in and save you from these-' Saiki huffed before sneaking away to Mori. Good grief, I almost forgot how ridiculous her thoughts were.

"Wow, you really are beautiful." Kaoru smirked. Sly. Teruhashi now had a small blush on her face.

"You really think so? Thank you!" 'Of course you think so! I'm the perfect pretty girl standing right before you, so how come you're not gasping?!' Her eyes wandered over to Saiki, who was getting his hair stroked by a tall dark haired man who looked just as stoic as the psychic.

'Saiki...? Is he... gay?'

How did you even get to that conclusion? Teruhashi, stunned, accidentally walked backwards into someone. She turned around and bowed.

"I'm so sorry!" She looks up when she feels a hand slide under her chin.

"There's no need to apologize, princess." Tamaki gave a charming smile. 'Oh... Oh wow! Wait! Oh wow? I never say oh wow! Only guys say oh wow! And to me! The perfect pretty girl doesn't say oh wow to other people! Get a grip, Kokomi!' She mentally slapped herself. Her blush was visible on her face as he gently held a finger up to her cheek. "Oh dear, you're red. That color is so pretty on your face." Stop, you're going to send her into a coma. Her heart rate just sped up. The blue haired girl snapped herself out of it and brushed a few strands of hair behind her ear before looking up at the blonde man with sparkly eyes.

"Ah... Thank you." 'Angel Charm!' Angel what? Tamaki stared at the girl for a moment before taking her hand into his own, leaning down to place a kiss on it.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, angel." He smiled at the girl. 'Ahhhhh! He's so handsome! If he keeps this up, I might just swoon! But why didn't my charm work on him?! Why didn't he say oh wow?! But he's speaking to me so delicately! Like I'm the only girl in his eyes! Is it possible that he wants to date me? Ah, too bad you don't have a chance with me. But he is extremely rich... and incredibly handsome...' Saiki was already fed up, wanting to leave. The psychic's mood was slightly spoiled now. Can we go now? Mori caught the small pout on his lips.

"It's nice to meet you too!" She turned to the pink haired boy, taking her chance. "Do you mind if I join you guys? I was hoping to catch up with Saiki!" Go home!

~~~
Saiki purposefully walked at a slower pace behind the Host Club and Teruhashi. And yet, she was still making conversation with him. Even slowing down at some point to keep the same pace. It was then that he sped up between Haruhi and Kyoya, not leaving the girl any room to butt in. 'Ugh! Why'd he speed up? Maybe he got nervous being so close to me! It's okay, Saiki. It happens more than you think!' Saiki stopped in his tracks when they walked past a shop that caught his eye. Wow. How much is that coffee jelly? He put his face close to the glass. The strawberry... That definitely tops it off. I wonder if it tastes better with cream... Maybe some chocolate drizzle. I can already imagine the taste. He felt his mouth salivating and his heartbeat quickening. He swallowed and pulled away from the glass. Next time, I already had sweets-
"Buddy!" Saiki didn't even get to turn around before he was pushed to the ground with an incredible force. Kill me. He blinked his eyes open, the blurriness fading away as he focused his eyes on the assailant above him. Nendou? "Oh wow! My buddy looks different. Did you get a haircut?" The man questioned dumbly. He's an idiot.
"Hey! What is it that you're doing to Saiki?!" Hikaru asked, standing in a defensive position. The Host's were confused as to why the pink haired boy was pinned to the ground by some large man. Did they know each other? Is this an assault? Kyoya pulled his phone out, ready to have his police force take action if necessary.
"Nendou! Get off of Saiki!" A light blue haired boy called as he ran up to the two. An orange haired girl and a man with dark purple hair followed behind. More nuisances, great.
"Ah, sorry!" The man finally pulled off the shorter boy and held his hand out for him. Saiki took his hand and was pulled into a sitting position. Nendou scratched his head, confused. "Why do I feel like I haven't seen you in a while?" The psychic blanked. He's really an idiot! "Oh, well!" The pink haired boy was pulled into a crushing hug. This would hurt if I didn't have powers.
"Oh wow, Kokomi! What a coincidence!" Chiyo smiled to her friend. The blue haired girl walked up to them.
"Yeah, I know! It's such a surprise that Saiki is visiting Hidariwakibara, right?" The girls giggled. It was a good thing Haruhi didn't wear women's clothing today. It would've been hard to explain why there was a certain exception in the Host Club.
"Nendou, if you're gonna hug him get off the floor!" Kaido scolded.
"Fine, Chibi!" The man rubbed his neck before standing up and pulling Saiki up with him. The twins started cackling.
"...C-Chibi! That's so funny!" Kaoru cried, slapping his brothers arm.
"Ah, we have to use that on Saiki!" Hikaru doubled over in laughter. Saiki sent a glare their way. I'll kill you. They shivered and shut up. "W-We won't...!"
"I'm sorry about him... I'm Kaido! That's Yumehara, Aren, and that big oaf is Nendou. He's stupid if you couldn't already tell!" Kaido glared at the said man who was currently staring at the sky.
"H-Hi!" Yumehara gave a nervous wave.
"Hello, princess." Tamaki smiled, taking hold of her hand. "Your delicate hands need to be protected. Allow me to shield you with my undying love." He whispered, stealing her heart.
"Yes, of course!" 'I want to marry him!' You just met.
"Oh, so you're not Chibi?" Hikaru smirked, trying to suppress his giggles.
"No, I'm not! I'm the Jet Black- I mean, I'm Kaido! I'm not Chibi!" The light blue haired boy defended, causing the twins to break out in laughter. The hosts observed the new people as the twins decided to torment one of them.
"Ohh, the Jet what now?" Kaoru leered. You devil. Stop bullying him.
"T-T-The J-Jet-" Kaido stuttered. Saiki walked up and dragged the twins away by their collars.
"Let's just go." He quietly fumed. He didn't usually mind hanging out with his friends, but both groups together is the recipe for disaster, and Saiki knew that all too well. But he would end up getting roped into their shenanigans either way.
~~~

"So, Saiki! How have you been?!" Kaido asked with a beaming smile.

"I'm fine." Saiki replied as he slurped noodles into his mouth.

"Saiki, you ate all those sweets and you still have room for food?" Hikaru questioned with a playful smile. 'That's absolutely cute.' Saiki simply nodded.

"Pal, you seem different. Did you seriously get a haircut?" Nendou stared at the pink haired boy with a hand on his chin.

"You idiot, obviously he switched to contacts!" Kaido pointed. The two began to bicker.

"You guys are Ku-chan's friends?" Honey asked. Chiyo clutched her heart. 'He's so cute!'

"Yeah, me and pal have been best buds since the beginning of the year!" Nendou pointed a thumb to his chest. We were never friends. The twins stood up with a notepad and pen, pulling Kaido and Aren to the side.

"...Tell us how Saiki was in school. Don't forget to include all his embarrassing and cute moments too!" Kaoru whispered. Kuboyasu and Kaido shared a look before nodding. I can hear you.

"S-So... You guys are the Host Club, right?" Yumehara asked, pushing her hair out of her face.

"That's right. We, the handsome boys of the Host Club-" Don't include me in that. "-entertain the young beautiful ladies of Ouran High!" Tamaki did a dramatic pose.

"C-Can I pay for your services?" The desperate girl held out a stack of cash with sparkles in her eyes. She was panting. Weird. Tamaki blinked before smiling.

"Of course. We'd be delighted to have you as our guest. Just for today, we will bring forth joy to your very satisfactory needs!" The blonde exclaimed. That's one way to word it. Saiki took more noodles into his mouth. 'These boys haven't gasped! Nendou and Kaido did, so why haven't they?' Oh, I actually found out why. They're super handsome, pretty much on par with your own beauty. At least I think so. I can't see them well due to x-ray vision. You especially won't get a gasp out of Tamaki since he's the most narcissistic idiot I've ever met. The pink haired boy exhaled through his nose.

"You're in the Host Club, Saiki?" Kaido questioned. Unfortunately. Saiki reluctantly nodded. 'Wow, really? I never expected it! I always knew he had good looks, but I didn't think he'd join a club that would draw attention to him.' The light blue haired boy smiled at the thought.

"Wow, I definitely didn't expect that from you. Good for you though." Aren gave a genuine smile. 'I could totally imagine Saiki being pissed off about having to do that unless he has dessert in his mouth.' That is actually very true... Hmm, but now that you put the idea in my head, I could use a sweet treat right now. Why did they have to trap me in this booth? Move so I can reach the menu. Saiki leaned over the table to reach the menu.

"Oh, Saiki. Ordering dessert?" Kaoru smirked, grabbing the menu before the psychic could reach it. Hey. He sat down with his arms crossed. 'He's so fun to tease.' Saiki rolled his eyes and went back to his food. He had his chopsticks halfway in his mouth before something moved across his field of vision.

Snap!

Everyone turned their head to the sound, seeing Saiki shakily holding broken chopsticks. He was staring at the wall with wide eyes before dropping the broken chopsticks. Nendou snatched the bug from it's place on the wall before grinning towards the Host's.

"Buddy here is afraid of bugs!" Nendou held up the wriggling cockroach in his hand. It took everything in Saiki to not blow up the room, so he grabbed onto the closest thing to him and hid his face. Hell, he almost passed out from how much it took for him to contain the explosion. "I'll go throw it away!" The man stated as he stood up and walked to the trash can. The psychic finally released his grip and focused on slowing down his incredibly fast heart rate. Saiki turned his head when he heard something hit the table.

"...Kaoru, why are you laying your head on the table?"

"B-Because... You were so cute just now... I thought my heart would explode..." The orange haired boy choked out. Saiki sweat dropped.

"S-Shut up... The bug scared me." He mumbled, slightly embarrassed at his own reaction. 'Woah, does Saiki have a boyfriend?'

You're wrong!

~~~
Everyone finished their lunches and they were having a good time. Haruhi and the girls quickly became friends, despite not knowing her true gender. She accidentally charmed them with her backstory and sweet smile.
"Now... Who wants pictures of Kusuo?" Tamaki clapped his hands together. Saiki glared at the blonde man. What. A shiver shot down Tamaki's spine, but he decided to ignore it and continue. "A-And, there's photos of him cosplaying too...!" Saiki blinked. Oh god, that one time Renge actually got me into an outfit.
"Oh, my buddy dressed up? I wanna see it!" Nendou said unhelpfully. Saiki mentally face palmed at his friend's stupidity.
"Okay! We're going to play "Who Knows Saiki Best?" game!" Tamaki exclaims, holding the prize in the air. "Winner gets to keep all of these photos!" Everyone seemed to be up for the game, besides Saiki. Saiki debated on whether should burn the photos in Tamaki's hand or allow himself the humiliation. Or, he could curse Tamaki so he would never lay a hand on another photo again.
"Round one: Who is Saiki's favorite?" If it makes you feel better, I hate you all equally.
~~~

Saiki was more than grateful to be going home, especially after spending his entire day with idiots. His social battery was completely drained, and he was due for a nap. The group split and now Saiki was walking home with the hosts. It was already dark out and the stars were beginning to shine through the clouds. Saiki felt a sense of security seeing the sparkling night.

"They're an interesting bunch." Kyoya spoke, breaking the comfortable silence. Saiki lowered his gaze from the sky towards Kyoya.

"Yeah. They seemed really fond of you, Kusuo." Hikaru said.

"Yeah. I don't know why." Saiki recalled all the times they would follow him and drag him everywhere, despite his lack of enthusiasm and attempted protests. He would never understand those guys. Hell, he didn't understand the hosts either.

"Well, because you're easy to like!" The twins exclaimed as if it were the most obvious thing in the world. Saiki stopped walking, making everyone turn to him.

"You... can't just say things like that..." He crossed his arms and looked away.

"Aww, but we totally mean it!" Saiki stepped out of the way when the twins tried hugging him. He bumped into Mori.

"Sorry."

"It's fine. Here." Saiki looked down at Mori's hand, seeing the photos he had won. The psychic looked away with a small blush.

"I don't... You can keep them. Actually, throw them out. Better yet, burn it." I'm too embarrassed to look at it.

******

Saiki had everything set up. He put his germanium ring on his finger and went to his parents.

"Ahh, you're going home already, Ku-chan! The week flew by! Come visit us more!" His mother cried as she pulled her son into a warm hug. He wrapped his arms around her, melting in her comfortable embrace.

"Sorry, I will. Next weekend?" He pulled back, giving a small and unsure smile. His mother stared lovingly at him.

"Next week would be perfect, Ku." She smiled, cupping his face. He felt like a kid around her. "And Big Ku can come and we can have a family dinner!" No.

"Me too, Kusuo! You know, your father missed you very much! It has been so difficult getting to work!" Kuniharu whined. Saiki scoffed.

"Shut up, dad."

"Come here, son." His dad held his arms out for a hug. Saiki turned away.

"Ah, actually. I think my ride's here."

"Aw, come on!"

"Just kidding. I'll see you next week anyway." The psychic let himself get pat on his head. The doorbell rang and Kurumi ran to answer the door.

"Hello, Ma'am. We're here for Kusuo. Is he ready?" Kyoya smiled at the dark haired woman.

"Oh, yes! My Ku-chan is ready to go. Ku-chan!" She called for her son. He quickly came to the door and slid his shoes on. Saiki nodded at Kyoya. His friend took his luggage.

"I'm just so glad... That my Ku-chan made such great friends." She smiled softly, holding a hand on her cheek.

"Yes, he's a good boy. We'll take good care of him." Kyoya smirked, pushing up his glasses. "And here's a few photos of him participating in his club activities. Have a wonderful day!"

"Hey, what?" Kyoya grabbed Saiki before he could do anything and pulled him out the door. "Wait. Which photos?" Kyoya smiled down at Saiki. You're dead.

"Saiki!" The pink haired boy looked up to see his friends standing outside his gate. What are you...? Saiki opened the gate and walked out. There, stood Kuboyasu, Nendou, and Kaido.

"We're here to see you before you leave." Kuboyasu threw an arm around Saiki's shoulder. These guys always manage to surprise me.

"Yeah, we're gonna miss you!" Kaido beamed.

"I'll miss you too, pal." Nendou said with a creepy face which Saiki believed to be an attempted smile.

"You're our friend no matter what, you know? Even if you're a couple hundred miles away." Kuboyasu smiled and pulled back. His friends watched the pink haired boy shift, fingers intertwining together.

"...Good grief," Saiki tried to hide his blush. "You guys... worry too much."

Everyone swooned. 'Oh wow...'

They bid their farewells and Saiki got in the car. His friends watched the car drive off.

"Aw, man. I'm really gonna miss him." Kuboyasu smiled sadly. He turned to his sniffling friend.

"Y-Yeah, it's okay, we'll communicate through the... Dark... Reunion...!" Kaido sniffled, wiping his tears.

"Ah, don't be sad little buddy. Saiki will be back and we'll eat ramen again." Nendou grinned, playfully slapping chuunibyou's back. He shrieked in pain before yelling.

"Is food all you think about?!"

~~~
The host's boarded the jet and soon took off. Saiki was left with his thoughts and that unfamiliar warm bubbly feeling that had settled in his chest. He was not used to the weird feeling. He hated how it made his face heat up. He didn't think the people that followed him throughout his first months of high school had actually missed him. Although he'd rather crash the plane than admit it, he had somewhat missed them too. Saiki smiled and closed his eyes. Good grief, what a pain.
