Rose- [asleep]
Martha- [walks out the bathroom, towel wrapped around her] How is she STILL asleep?
Donna- [pokes Rose]
Sarah Jane- She's not dead, Donna
Donna- Better to be safe than sorry!
Sarah Jane- [pulls Donna away] Go have a shower before Rose wakes up and-
Rose- [runs into the bathroom and slams the door]
Sarah Jane- Does that....
Donna- Oi!
Rose- Sorry! [turns on the shower]
Donna- She's not sorry
Sarah Jane- [laughs]
Donna- But don't worry, I'll get my revenge...
Martha- Oo, can I help!
Donna- I-
Martha- please please please please!
Donna- Okay! Okay! Keep your towel on woman!
[They look at Sarah Jane]
Sarah Jane- You can count me out
[Not long later]
[Rose walks back into the room]
Rose- What's for brea-
[Creak]
[A bucket of soapy water falls onto her]
Rose- [screams]
Donna and Martha- [laugh]
Sarah Jane- [looks at Rose's hair, concerned] Donna...
Rose- Very funny guys
Donna- That's what happens when you-
Sarah Jane- Donna!
Donna- What?
Sarah Jane- Hand me the shampoo you put in that bucket-
Donna- Why?
Sarah Jane- Just do it!
Martha- [also notices Rose's hair and gasps]
Rose- what's going on? Why are you all looking at me like that?
Sarah Jane- It's....green...dye
Rose- [runs back Into the bathroom and looks in the mirror]
Donna- let me see [grabs the bottle] oh...
Rose- [screams] DONNA
[Room 106]
Ianto- wake up wake up wake up wake up
9- [opens one eye]
Ianto- he's awake [walks over to Jack] happy now?
Jack- we need an alarm clock...
Ianto- [annoyed that Jack isn't impressed]
9- [notices] Nahh, who needs an alarm clock when we've got Ianto!
Ianto- thank you. At least someone appreciates my efforts
[He pulls out a stopwatch]
Ianto- you have exactly 10 minutes and 42 seconds to have a shower
Jack- he wants to eat breakfast at exactly 8'oclock-
9- Ah
Ianto- you just wasted twelve seconds...
9- [grabs a towel and runs into the shower]
[They hear a high pitched scream come from the bathroom]
Mickey- [runs out] I could have been naked!
9- But you weren't!
Mickey- but I could have been!
Jack- [laughs]
[Not long later]
9- [walks out of the shower] So, Jack...what should we expect from your insane uncle today?
Ianto- robots?
Jack- Well-
Mickey- Dragons?
Jack- Well I-
9- clowns?
Jack- W- hang on... clowns? That's not even remotely supernatural-
9- Sorry, I thought we were naming freaky stuff
[He shivers, thinking about clowns]
Mickey- Clowns aren't freaky...
9- [laughs] you would know
Mickey- Oh HA HA...very funny...not
Ianto- [tugs on Jack's arm]
Jack- Is everyone ready? We need to leave
Mickey- I'm ready
Ianto- me too [pulls Jack over to the door] let's go
9- actually-
Ianto- [groans]
9- I'll meet you guys at breakfast later
Mickey- why?
Ianto- who cares why, we need to-
Jack- Doctor, is everything okay?
9- eye eye captian, I've just got some errands to run-
Mickey- errands? What errands?
9- none that concern you, bonehead!
[He nocks on Mickey's head]
Mickey- [brushes him off] bone head? That doesn't even make sense-
9- it makes perfect sense, now move-
[He shoves past Mickey and dances out of the room]
Jack- maybe he met a girl, or a boy or-
Ianto- a mannequin
Jack- a ma- [looks at Ianto and laughs] okay let's go
Ianto- finally!
[They hear Rose scream DONNA, from across the hall]
Jack- someone's in trouble...
[They all leave the room]
[The laundry room]
[9 walks into the room and places a white shirt and a red sock into the washing machine]
[He turns it on and waits, humming to himself happily]
[Suddenly, the door opens]
[A familiar face appears]
Rose- hello? Is someone in here?
9- only me!
Rose- [looks up] Doctor!
9- Rosey!
Rose- what are you doing in the laundry room?
9- [looks around] er..laundry
Rose- [laughs, embarrassed] right, yeah...of course
9- though it is a good place to get away from everyone
Rose- oh definitely, that lot can be-
9- worse than an untamed zoo?
Rose- yes [giggles] couldn't have put it better myself-
9- rose...
Rose- yeah?
9- your hair-
Rose- what about my hair?
9- It's...green
Rose- well aren't you a clever cloggs
[Laughs]
[She walks towards him]
Rose- thought I could do with a change...why? Do you not like it? [pouts]
9- you look like a-
Rose- like a lovely grass field? A sweet green apple?
9- I was gonna say a Brussel sprout
[She playfully hits him]
Rose- oi, watch it you-
9- you'll need to get Donna back for that-
Rose- What makes you think it was Donna?
9- my spider senses-
Rose- [rolls her eyes]
9- that and...we all heard you scream her name from across the hall
Rose- whoops
9- whoops!
[The washing machine stops]
Rose- Doctor, you put a red sock-
9- I know-
Rose- with a white t-shirt-
9- I Know
Rose- [confused] but that means it'll turn-
9- I know I know I know! [Jumps up and down] isn't that fantastic!
Rose- How is that fantastic? It'll shrink-
9- I hope so!
[He grabs The shirt]
9- otherwise it'll be too big on you-
[He hands the shirt to Rose, excitedly]
Rose- [unravels it, slowly] I don't understand-
9- you commented on my Gorrilaz t-shirt the other day, and then I remembered that I had a second one, almost identical but in white. So I-
Rose- [She looks at the shirt] so you dyed it pink....
9- I dyed it rose
[A large grin appears on her face]
9- a- are you going to try it on?
Rose- only if you turn around
9- [spins around and starts humming again]
Rose- [She starts changing] how come the shirts already dry?
9- Torchwood washing machines are a little advanced...
Rose- of course they are.. [laughs]
9- I'm getting nervous, does it fit? That shirt costs alot of money and I don't have a little sister to-
Rose- See for yourself
[She spins him around]
9- [looks at her] it's fan-
[She pulls him into a hug, unexpectedly]
9- [hugs her back]
Rose- thankyou
9- no problem, my little Brussels sprout [He buries his face in her hair]
Rose- [shoves him, laughing] any chance you've got a gorrilaz hat? Or just...a hat
9- nope, sorry, hats aren't really my Forte
Rose- really? Even for someone with such a small amount of hair-
9- hey!
[The bell rings]
Rose- shoot, that means we have half an hour before class-
[They hold hands and walk to the cafeteria]
9- Rose
Rose- Yeah?
9- One of these students is bound to have a hat you can borrow
Rose- I...I don't want to bother them
9- Do you really want to look like a br-
Rose- alright! I've heard it enough, thanks
9- I was going to say a sweet green apple!
Rose- sure you were...
9- honest! So...who do we ask first?
Rose- [glares at him] your just using this as an excuse to nosy around, aren't you?
9- [fake gasps]
Rose- [raises an eyebrow]
9- fine! I want to know who I'm going to school with, don't you?
Rose- I guess you have a point
9- [giggles proudly]
Rose- shut up [jokingly]
[Not long later]
[At a lunch table]
Clara- I don't have a hat, sorry. But...if it helps, green hair really suits you!
Missy- [throws down her spoon] said no one ever. Except maybe to the wicked witch of the west
Rose- thanks...
Missy, your welcome! Now leave before I throw water at you
Clara- M-
Missy- [throws water all over Clara's face]
Rose- [looks at 9]
9- [looks back, concerned] maybe we should leave...
[Clara and Missy start bickering in front of them]
Missy- there's so many other people you couldn't have chosen to sit with
Clara- but you were alone!
[She throws more water at her]
Missy- it was a choice!
Clara- would you please stop doing that!
Missy- no
Rose- yeah, let's go [drags 9 to another table]

Owen- [laughs]
10- [stands up] sorry about them, what kind of hat are you looking for?
Rose- a-
10- a baseball cap? A wooly hat? A top hat, or a stetson, or a helmet. Does a helmet count as a hat? Surely-
Rose- Just something to cover my hair! anything will do, I'm not picky-
12- [watches]
10- there's a boy in our dorm who might be able to help
9- great! Where can we find him?
10- [points to 11, who's standing on a table singing something]
Master- quick, go before you turn into the hulk!
Owen- [spits out his water]
10- [smirks]
12- you lot are so unfunny
[They head over to the next table]

Amy- [looks at Rose] run while you still can
Rose- [confused]
11- [pulls out a fez]
River- oh no

River- And I thought his dress sense couldn't get anymore ridiculous
Rory- I quite like it actually
Rose- Matt, is it?
11- At your service!
Rose- I don't think a...fez...is going to cover...this [holds up her hair]
11- why would it need to cover that?
Rose- well..because it's green
9- [snorts]
11- Oh! Is that not your natural hair colour?
Rose- no. It's blonde. You saw me yesterday...
11- I saw ALOT of people yesterday
Rose- fair enough
River- sorry we couldn't help you
Rose- that's alright
[Someone taps her on the shoulder]
Bill- Hi, I heard you were looking for a hat. So I er...made you one
[She hands Rose a knitted bunny hat]
9- oh that's perfect
Rose- you made this? Blimey that was fast!
Bill- [laughs] I'm pretty good at that sort of stuff
Rose- thank you
[She puts it on]
9- [grins] give us a twirl!
Rose- [spins around]
Bill- I'm glad you like it!
[The bell rings]
9- [holds out his hand]
Rose- Had enough fun getting to know everyone?
9- Nobody's quite as exciting as you
Rose- [smiles and takes his hand]
[They walk to class]
(Hello! I'm back:) I've had covid so I struggled to upload but I should be back on track now with every other day uploads. Although I'll be uploading the next chapter tomorrow:)
