Narrator: As our heroes continue their journey, the future looks sunny and bright.

Hayley: I wouldn't call it sunny. I would say that its more bright than ever.

Narrator: Right you are, Hayley. (Then sees clouds over the quartet) Uh-oh.

"Pika?" asked Pikachu, feeling a drop of rain on his head.

"Riolu?" asked Meeko, feeling one as well.

"Huh?" they asked.

"A storm?" asked Ash.

"Didn't we just deal with a storm last week?" asked Hayley.

"That was the last town we were in, Hayley." said Brock as the rain starts pouring down making them run for cover.

"Let's get out of this." said Ash.

"Where can we go?" asked Misty. "We're in the middle of nowhere."

"Huh?" said Ash and Hayley, looking up to see something in the distance.

"Whats that?" asked Brock.

"I don't like the looks of it." said Misty.

"It sort of looks run down." said Hayley.

"Well, this is no time to be picky." said Ash.

"Pika. Olu." said Pikachu and Meeko as they ran inside, groaning and gasping. "Pi. Rio."

"Hello! Sorry for barging in!" Ash called out.

"Is anybody here?" asked Misty.

"Hello!" Hayley called out.

"It looks like some kind of theater." said Brock as they stepped in further.

"But what kind of theater is it though?" asked Hayley.

"Yeah." said Misty.

"Hey, since nobody's around, we might as well stay until the rain stops." said Ash.

"Uh-huh." said Misty, Brock and Hayley.

"Pikachu." said Pikachu.

"Riolu." said Meeko, backing up to the others.

"Huh?" they said, turning around to see two Pikachus on the floor.

"Where'd that other Pikachu come from?" asked Ash.

"Pika. Pi, pi." said Pikachu and his Pikachu double.

"How cute." said Misty.

"I'm just saying, if that's a Pikachu, Pikachu would have said something to us about wanting a Pika-sibling this soon, don't you think?" asked Hayley.

"Exactly." said Brock as Misty runs up to Pikachu.

"Hi there." said Misty, picking up the Pikachu double and looks at its face. "Ooh. What is this? What's wrong with it?"

"Whats your problem?" asked Ash.

"Ri, Riolu, Rio." said Meeko, pointing to the Pikachu double.

"That Pikachu doesn't look right." said Misty.

"Huh?" said the boys, looking at the Pikachu double.

"Pikachu." said the Pikachu double.

"I agree with Misty and Meeko." said Hayley, hugging Misty around the waist. "That Pikachu doesn't look right at all and I know exactly what a normal Pikachu actually looks like."

"Could be a new kind of Pikachu." said Brock.

"A new kind?" asked Ash. "All right. Then I'll just have to capture it."

"No way. I like the one that we already have." said Hayley, picking up Pikachu. "This one is special and one of a kind. No new kind of Pikachu can ever beat this one."

"Pika?" asked Pikachu, confused.

"Not even Team Rocket can beat you." Hayley tells him.

"Riolu, Riolu." Meeko said in agreement.

"Pikachu." said Pikachu, smiling.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever Hayley." said Ash as she puts Pikachu back down. "Pikachu, thunder shock!"

"Pikachu!" shouted Pikachu, giving the new 'Pikachu' a thunder shock.

"Go, Pokéball!" shouted Ash, throwing a Pokéball when suddenly another Pokéball collided with his. "Hey! Huh?"

"Hey, Ash, that guy is dressed just like you." said Misty as they all looked at the person standing in the doorway.

"Hmm. Except it's a girl." said Brock.

"How can you tell?" asked Misty.

"Men's intuition." said Brock.

"It's creepy." said Hayley. "I tried doing that and it annoyed Ash....badly."

"That's because you wore it for a year." He tells her.

"Huh?" said Misty.

"Who are you?" Ash asked the girl in the doorway.

"Tell me who you are." said the girl.

"I'm Ash Ketchum from Pallet Town. And I have my sister, Hayley with me." said Ash.

"Duplica, from the house of Imitay." she said, imitating Ash's voice before dropping his voice.

"Imitay? Like imitate?" Ash asked Duplica. "Is that why you look just like me?"

"That's right." said Duplica.

"Please tell me you don't have a copy of my clothes." said Hayley. "Because this outfit is one of a kind."

"You're right, Brock. She is a girl." said Misty.

"Hmm, but she may be a little young for me." said Brock.

"You're sad." Misty tells him.

"Really sad." said Hayley.

"Aw. It still hasn't gotten over that habit." said Duplica, walking over to her Pokémon as it glows.

"Ditto." said the lavender Pokémon as the quartet exclaims.

"Ditto. A transform Pokémon." said Dexter. "It is able to rearrange the cells of its body and assume any form. Its only attack is transform."

"Squishy." said Misty, giggling as she pokes Ditto.

"And Ditto can make itself look just like anything." said Ash.

"Suddenly I'm scared that it will transform into Meeko next." said Hayley.

"Ri, Riolu." said Meeko, nodding.

"Hmm. Yeah, but its face stayed the same." said Brock, then turns to Duplica. "When it transforms, shouldn't it be able to change completely?"

"Yeah, it still can't change its face." said Duplica.

"But it's the only Pokémon that can transform like that, right? Or are there others?" asked Ash.

"Nope. Ditto's one of a kind." replied Duplica.

"A transforming Pokémon." said Brock. "It's only attack is to copy other Pokémon. That's all it does."

"That's all it does." said Misty.

"I've heard of Ditto, but I never seen one up close in person before." said Hayley, taking a closer look at Ditto.

"Riolu." said Meeko, taking a closer look as well.

"Ditto." Ditto said, looking closely at Meeko.

"Yeah, but you can't have the fun of teaching it different attacks." said Ash, ignoring Hayley and Meeko. "That is kind of boring."

"You think that's boring? Ha!" Duplica said to Ash, glaring at him. "Well, that's what everyone says who doesn't understand Ditto's real power."

"It's real power?" asked Ash.

"Let's have a little match." Duplica suggested. "Then you'll understand, Ashy-boy."

"Ashy-boy?" questioned Ash.

"That sounds like Gary." said Hayley. Theater lights were turned on as Duplica and Ash took the stage while Hayley, Meeko, Misty and Brock sat in the audience.

"Ditto's power. Let's just see." said Brock as Misty, Hayley and Meeko had popcorn in their laps.

"Mm-hm." said the girls, chomping on their popcorn.

"I chose to use my Ditto, of course." said Duplica.

"You choose what you want." said Ash. "Bulbasaur, I choose you!"

"Bulbasaur."

"Go, little Ditto. Transform!" said Duplica.

"Ditto!" squealed Ditto as it transformed into Bulbasaur.

"Oh my god. She even did his classic hat turning." said Hayley, her eyes bugging out.

"Riolu." said Meeko.

"Bulbasaur." said Bulbasaur, confused by what it just seen.

"Bulba." said Ditto.

"You'll have to be better than that." said Ash.

"Uh-uh-uh." said Duplica, wagging her finger at him. "You haven't seen the best part yet."

"And that would be.....what exactly?" Hayley muttered, feeling bored.

"I'll show her." said Ash. "Bulbasaur, Razor Leaf."

"Bulbasaur. Bulbasaur." said Bulbasaur, sending out its Razor Leaf at Ditto.

"Ditto, Vine Whip." said Duplica.

"Bulbasaur." said Ditto, sending out Vine Whip, cutting through Razor Leaf. "Bulbasaur."

"You've got to be kidding me." said Hayley as Ash and Misty gasps.

"Riolu." said Meeko.

"It can imitate attacks too?" asked Brock.

"All right. Ditto, restrain Bulbasaur." said Duplica.

"Ah!" groaned Bulbasaur.

"No!" shouted Ash.

"Have you had enough yet, Ashy-boy?" asked Duplica.

"Bulbasaur." said Ash, watching Bulbasaur struggle in the air.

"Oh!" said Bulbasaur.

"All right, I understand. I give up." said Ash.

"Ah!" shouted Bulbasaur as it was dropped to the ground and Ditto returned to its original form.

"Ditto."

"Ah." said Misty, Hayley and Brock, staring at Ditto in awe.

"But how...how could the real thing lose?" Ash asked himself.

"Wow." said Misty as Duplica took them to see the costumes. "What are all these clothes for?"

"That's way more than what mom has." said Hayley as Duplica did a costume change, changing into Nurse Joy.

"Don't worry. I'll take good care of it." she said, pretending to be Nurse Joy, then did a costume change.

"Oh boy." said Hayley.

"Riolu..." said Meeko.

"My name is Jenny. You're under arrest for Pokémon Poaching." said Duplica, doing a good Officer Jenny impression as Pikachu and Ditto giggled.

"Great imitations." said Misty, clapping.

"Very good, but she doesn't capture the more adult charm of the real Joy and Jenny." said Brock, making Misty groan.

"You know, I can't wait to see what Ash and Pikachu do when I'm a teenager." said Hayley.

"Rio, Riolu." Meeko said, nodding.

"With all these costumes, I can imitate just about anybody. Watch." said Duplica, changing her outfit to imitate Misty, giggling.

"She's me." said Misty. Duplica then goes back into her costumes and comes out with a different outfit.

"And now she's me." said Hayley, seeing a 10-year-old version of herself.

"Riolu!" shouted Meeko, jumping into her trainer's arms. Brock looks over at Ash who was looking out a window as the rain falls.

"Don't be so down, Ash." said Brock. "That Ditto's powers are unbeatable."

"Pika, Pika!" said Pikachu.

"Yeah. Riol." said Hayley and Meeko.

"Better than the real Pokémon." said Misty.

"I just can't believe that I lost the match to a great big fake." said Ash.

"Oh, Ash, don't think of it as a fake." said Misty, thoughtfully. "Ditto was battling you as a real Bulbasaur."

"I'm surprised that she has a copy of my outfit." said Hayley.

"I'm even more impressed by how much knowledge Duplica has." said Brock.

"Knowledge?" asked Ash.

"Well, think about it." said Brock.

[Flashback]

"Bulbasaur." said Ditto.

"Why do you think Duplica had Ditto use Vine Whip instead of Razor Leaf against your Bulbasaur?" Brock asked.

Ditto used Vine Whip against Bulbasaur's Razor Leaf.

[Flashback ends]

"Duplica must know all Bulbasaur's potential attacks." said Brock as Misty nodded. "She could order Ditto to use the strongest attack possible, according to whatever Pokémon form it takes."

"That's right." said Misty as Duplica and Ditto walk up. "I guess that means Duplica must know every attack of every Pokémon there is."

"You must have studied a lot, Duplica, to be able to battle in any situation like that." said Brock.

"Oh, stop it, Brock. You're making me blush." said Duplica, feeling embarrassed.

"Pika."

"Olu."

"(Giggles) Ditto."

"I get it. It's more than just imitation." said Ash.

"It looks like you've got another rival, Ash." said Misty.

"Yeah, and in girl form too." said Hayley, giggling.

"Duplica would make a great Pokémon master." Misty said.

"No way." said Duplica.

"Huh?" asked Misty.

"I just want to become the greatest Ditto master." Duplica tells them.

"A Ditto master?" the quartet asked.

"You got it. And I want to be a great star." added Duplica.

"Well, that answers my next question." said Hayley, impressed by her.

[Flashback]

"Thank you. Thank you." said Duplica as she and Ditto went on stage. "I'm the amazing Duplica, and this is my assistant, Ditto."

"Ditto!" Ditto said to the audience as they clapped and cheered.

"And now for my first imitation, my impression of....a Gloom." Duplica said to the audience as she got out her Gloom hat.

The audience laughs at her imitation. "Now that we have your attention, I'd like to do some of my favorites." said Duplica, getting out a Metapod costume and quickly changes into it on stage, making the audience laugh even more.

"You see, I started this Imitay House because I like to imitate Pokémon." Duplica explained as she told them the story. "This place is so flat and boring, but people pass by here all the time. I thought maybe when they stop here for a rest, I could entertain them."

"Now it's time for my assistant, Ditto." Duplica said to the audience, introducing Ditto. "Will the Machoke in the front row please come up into the stage?"

"Machoke." said Machoke, walking up on stage.

"Okay, Ditto, transform." said Duplica.

"Ditto." said Ditto, nodding as it transforms into the Machoke that was on stage. "Machoke."

"Hey." said a man in the audience.

"That face." said a woman in the audience.

"It's all wrong." said another woman.

"Whats going on?" asked a woman in the crowd.

"It shouldn't look like that." said another man.

"The only trouble is Ditto hasn't been able to fix this weird problem that keeps its face from transforming the right way." said Duplica.

"Thank you very much, Machoke, for being a good sport." Duplica said as Machoke walked off stage. "Now, how about this Voltorb? Would you mind coming up to the stage?"

"Voltorb." said Voltorb.

"Okay, Ditto." said Duplica. "Transform!"

"Voltorb." said Ditto, transforming into Voltorb, still keeping its face.

"It's still got that dumb face." said a man in the audience who was sitting next to an Electrode.

"That's so....You can tell them apart!" said Duplica, feeling guilty as she laughed nervously on stage.

"What a fake!" a man shouted from the crowd. "It can't transform at all."

Just then, Ditto used one of Voltorb's attacks. "Ditto!" squealed Ditto, exploding on stage, causing the audience and Duplica to cough in the smoke.

[Flashback ends]

"And that's what happens." said Duplica and jumps down from the stage. "When people watch Ditto, they don't want to see an imperfect transformation. This little one is trying its hardest to master transform perfectly, but its face still stays the same."

"Ditto." said Ditto, flattening itself to the floor.

"Riolu." said Meeko.

"I guess being a Ditto trainer's tough." Ash said, as Duplica looked sadly at Ditto.

"Huh?" they asked as the lights went out and stage lights were moving.

"That was a touching story." said Meowth.

"What? Who are you?" asked Duplica.

"Prepare for trouble."

"Make it double."

"To protect the world from devastation..."

"To untie all peoples within our nation...."

"To denounce the evils of truth and love..."

"To extend our reach to the stars above..."

"Jessie."

"James."

"Team Rocket, blast off at the speed of light." said Jessie.

"Surrender now or prepare to fight." said James.

"Meowth! That's right!" said Meowth. "Let's give them a hand."

"Hayley, how many does this come to for Team Rocket?" asked Misty.

"Let's see....including this one, 33." said Hayley.

"Huh, I thought it would be more than that." said Ash.

"I thought so too." said Brock.

"Eh." said Hayley, shrugging her shoulders as they all lamely clapped for Team Rocket.

"Okay. Show's over. Time to go back home." said Ash.

"I bet the three of them don't have a home to go to." Hayley whispered to Meeko.

"Quiet young twerp." said Jessie. "You'll be happy to know we're not interested in your Pikachu or your sister's Riolu today."

"We're here for...." said James, not hearing what Meeko said.

"The Ditto." said Meowth.

"Olu, Riol." said Meeko.

"Ditto!" Ditto squealed in fear as it turns away, but Meowth catches it from behind.

"Stop!" shouted Duplica.

"Time for action, Weezing." said James.

"Weezing." said Weezing, releasing its smog attack in the theater. Duplica and the other coughed as Weezing's Smog surrounds them. Soon as it cleared up, Team Rocket was gone with Ditto.

"Oh, no, my Ditto's gone." said Duplica.

"Team Rocket. What are they up to this time?" Ash quietly asked himself.

"I'm hoping they'll get a kick in their butts but who's counting on that ever happening." said Hayley.

"Olu." said Meeko, daydreaming of a huge imaginary boot kicking Team Rocket's butts and starts giggling.

"Pikachu." Pikachu said to Meeko, breaking her out of her daydream.

Somewhere far from the Imitay house, Team Rocket had Ditto in their grasps. "Cute little Ditto. Our little Ditto." said Jessie as Ditto looked at her with sadness. "Why didn't we think of this before? Now we're unstoppable."

"Right. Now we can take our names off the loser list and put them in the winning column." said James.

"And the boss will make me top cat again." said Meowth.

"All right, little Ditto, we have a little favor to ask you." Jessie said to Ditto.

"Ditto?" it asked.

"Transform into this." said Jessie, pointing to a Dratini in the Kanto handbook. "Won't you, please? Please? Pretty please?"

"Become Dratini, the Pokémon we've never been able to capture." said James. "It would make a handsome gift for the boss." Out of nowhere, Jessie and Meowth were pretending to be Giovanni and Persian while James held up a sign of an unusual drawing of a Dratini. "Sir, we've finally captured Dratini, that legendary Pokémon."

"Yes, well done." said Jessie, in a weird voice that sounded like her boss. "I will reward you lavishly for your hard work. From now on, you will take my place as head of Team Rocket."

"You wish is my command." chuckled James, bowing to Jessie's crazy impression of Giovanni. "Let's do it. Let's make it change right this second, Jessie."

"Whats the hurry?" she asked.

"Hmm?"

"Since Ditto is ours for the moment, let's have some fun before we hand it over to the boss." said Jessie.

"Some fun?" James asked.

"Ditto." said Jessie, holding up a picture in front of Ditto. "What would the person in this picture would look like if he were an adult?"

"Ditto?" asked Ditto.

"Transform and show me." pleaded Jessie.

"Whose picture is that? Let me see." James said to Jessie.

"No way. This is personal." said Jessie, keeping the picture away from him. "James, stop it."

"Let me see." said James.

"Let's see." said Meowth as he took a look at the picture in Jessie's hand. "Ha! It's a little boy."

"Ooh! Jessie has a boyfriend?" asked James, taken aback.

"He was my first true love." Jessie said blissfully.

"First love?" James questioned.

"Show me?" Jessie asked.

"Ditto." Ditto nodded and transformed into the picture Jessie had in her hand.

"Huh?" asked Jessie, opening her eyes as James and Meowth fell to the ground, laughing.

"Your first love sure has an interesting face." said James.

"Especially if you're interested in Ditto." said Meowth. Jessie growled at the boys, hitting them.

"That wasn't funny." said Jessie, then gets in Ditto's face. "Is that your idea of a transformation?"

"Ditto." said Ditto, licking Jessie's face.

"Huh?" said Jessie as James and Meowth laughed even more, causing her to slap them even harder. "Now do as I say! Transform into this!"

"Ditto." Ditto said, transforming into the book she was holding. Jessie groaned and fell to the floor.

"I'm beginning to see a flaw in this plan." said James.

"How dare you insult us like this!" Jessie screeched at Ditto. "I'm warning you; you'd better transform perfectly this time or I'll transform you into jelly."

"Ditto." whimpered Ditto, shaking on the pillow it was on.

"Don't worry, Duplica. Cheer up." said Misty. "We'll all find Ditto."

"We've already sent Pidgeotto and Zubat out on surveillance." said Brock.

"There you go. See?" said Misty.

"Yeah. Thanks, you guys." said Duplica.

"Hey, you two. Whats on your minds?" Brock asked the siblings.

"Well, it's Ditto's transform." said Ash. "You can't forget how important the trainer's ability too."

"Huh?" asked Brock.

"It's not the Pokémon but the trainer who decides which attack to use in battle, right?" asked Ash. "And that means that if you raise a Ditto, its progress and power are connected directly to your own."

"Yeah, I think you're definitely right about that Ash." said Brock.

"Sounds like you've been studying, Ash." said Misty.

"I'm wondering why Team Rocket would take Ditto because of its transform." said Hayley. "Why would Team Rocket want Ditto? What would they have it transform into?"

"Good questions, Hayley." said Brock.

"Knowing Team Rocket, they can have Ditto transform into anything they want." added Misty.

"Pidgeo!" squawked Pidgeotto as it and Zubat flew inside.

"Pika, Pika?" Pikachu asked.

"Pidgeo! Pidgeo!" Pidgeotto squawked, nodding its head.

"Rio, Olu?" asked Meeko.

"Pidgeo!" Pidgeotto said, shaking its head.

"Pikachu, Meeko, did they see Ditto anywhere?" asked Ash.

"Pika!" Pikachu said with a smile on his face.

"They didn't hurt Ditto, did they, Meeko?" asked Hayley.

"Riolu!" said Meeko, shaking her head.

"Let's go save Ditto." said Ash.

"Yeah." said Misty and Hayley.

"Wait." said Duplica.

"Huh?"

"I think I have an idea." she said.

"Whats wrong with you?" Jessie asked Ditto at their hideout, who was transformed into Meowth. "Why can't you get it right?"

"I don't have a goofy face like that." commented Meowth.

"Get it right this time, Ditto, or you'll regret it." threatened James.

"That's right." said Meowth, revealing his claws.

"Ditto. Ditto." whimpered Ditto, then rearranged its face and finally matching Meowth's face.

"Oh!" squealed Jessie.

"Success." said James.

"You really can do it if you try. Good job, Ditto." said Jessie.

"Now how about a Dratini?" asked Meowth.

"Sorry, Meowth." Ash said behind Team Rocket.

"Huh?"

"Hey!" shouted Jessie.

"Huh?" they said as spotlights were turned on.

"Prepare for trouble." said Ash.

"And make it 'Double' double." said Brock.

"Quit imitating us." growled James.

"To protect the world from devastation...." said Misty.

"To ignite all peoples within our nation...." said Duplica.

"This is insulting." growled Jessie, glaring at them.

"To denounce the evils of truth and love...." said Ash.

"To extend our reach to the stars above...." said Misty.

"Ash."

"Misty."

"And Brock."

"Duplica. That's right."

"Don't forget me, Hayley."

"Team Rocket, blast off with the speed of light." said Brock.

"Surrender now or prepare to fight all of us." said Duplica.

"Pika, Pika." said Pikachu.

"Riol, Riol." said Meeko.

"That was great to do the whole thing." said Misty.

"Now I know why they like saying all that dumb stuff so much. It's fun." said Ash.

"Maybe we should make this an actual every week thing with them." said Hayley.

"Hey, I know, maybe we should all become actors." suggested Duplica.

"Pika, Pika. Olu, Olu." said Pikachu and Meeko as they all start laughing.

"Team Rocket is not something to be made fun of, but if you're going to imitate us, at least do it right." said Jessie.

"To unite all peoples within our nation. Not ignite." growled James.

"Okay, okay, don't have an Articuno." said Hayley, with her hands behind her head.

"We'll be taking back Ditto now." said Duplica.

"No way." said Ditto.

"No way." said Meowth as Jessie and James chuckled.

"Hey, I can't tell which one is which." said Brock.

"But I though Ditto couldn't imitate faces." said Ash.

"Yeah." said Hayley.

"That's true, but Ditto was finally perfected under the expert care and training of Team Rocket." said Jessie and starts laughing as James joined in.

"Oh, thank you." said Duplica.

"Huh?" said Jessie and James, confused.

"I've tried everything I could think of to get Ditto to imitate faces." said Duplica with tears in her eyes. "Now Ditto can finally become the kind of Pokémon I always knew it could be."

"Duplica." said Ash.

"That's beautiful." said Misty and Hayley.

"Yeah." said Brock.

"That's so beautiful I can't stand it." said Jessie, holding a tissue to her eyes as she wipes away her tears.

"Neither can I." said James, covering up his own tears with his arm.

"Hey, you guys, why don't we just solve this without a big battle?" Ash asked.

"It would actually give us a break from blasting you off every week." added Hayley.

"All right. We'll do it your way this time." said Jessie.

"We'll just give you Ditto." said James.

"Riolu." said Meeko, crossing her arms.

"Hey. What are you doing?" asked Meowth as he was handed to Duplica.

"We'll be on our way now." said James, waving to them as they take off. The fake house around them drops as they take off in their Meowth hot air balloon.

"Goodbye, everyone." said Jessie.

"Good luck with Ditto." said James.

"Hold it right there!" shouted Duplica with a screaming Meowth in her arms.

"Hey, Duplica, what are you doing?" asked Ash.

"This isn't Ditto." she said.

"Huh?"

"You knew that they gave her Meowth instead of Ditto, didn't you, Meeko?" Hayley asked her partner.

"Olu." said Meeko, nodding.

"Good job, Meeko. I'm proud of you." said Hayley, hugging her.

"Riolu." said Meeko, placing a hand behind her head.

"Hey, let me go, will you? Ah!" shouted Meowth as Duplica throws him into the air at the balloon.

"Impossible. How could you tell?" Jessie asked.

"It was a perfect transformation." said James.

"Dit...to." said Ditto, biting into Jessie's arm, resulting in her letting go of it and jumps from the basket.

"(Giggles) I wouldn't be much of a trainer if I couldn't see through that transformation, would I, Ditto?" Duplica asked as she catches Ditto.

"Dimwits!" Meowth shouted. "How'd you manage to mess this one up?"

"You are in no position to complain." said James.

"It's time for plan B." said Jessie, pressing a button to release a cannon from the bottom of the basket.

"Stop! You can't do this!" shouted Ash.

"Quiet all of you!" screamed Jessie. "We're going to win after all of this."

"Highly doubt it. They never win anyway." said Hayley.

"What was that?" screeched Jessie.

"Nothing, you didn't hear a thing." said Hayley, smiling innocently.

"Ditto, transform now!" said Duplica.

"Ditto!" shouted Ditto, jumping into the air as it transforms from being Meowth to being a cannon.

"That's great." said Ash. "I didn't know that Ditto could transform into things like that."

"Awesome!" said Hayley. "Neither could I."

"Pikachu." said Ash.

"Pikachu!" said Pikachu, running towards Ditto tumbles into the cannon.

"Pikachu, aim!" shouted Ash.

"Ditto, fire!" shouted Duplica and Ditto fires Pikachu at Team Rocket.

"Fire!" shouted Jessie, firing back with a net.

"Chu!" shouted Pikachu, releasing a Thunderbolt, shocking a screaming Team Rocket through the net. Meowth pierces the balloon with his claws, puncturing a hole as it sends them flying in a circle.

"Jessie, we lose everything." said James.

"Even all our hot air." she said.

"Looks like Team Rocket's blasting off again!" shouted Team Rocket as they spiraled away into the sky.

"Ditto." said Ditto, transforming back to itself and hopping into Duplica's arms.

"That was great." said Duplica. "You've learned how to completely transform. Ditto, would you please transform into a Pikachu or a Riolu?"

"Ditto." said Ditto, looking at both Pokémon first then transformed into Meeko first. "Riolu."

"Cool." said Hayley as Ditto then transformed into Pikachu soon afterwards.

"Pikachu." said Ditto.

"Pi?" asked Pikachu, getting closer to Ditto.

"Pika." said Ditto.

"Pika." Pikachu said to Ditto.

"That's amazing." said Misty as they ran up. "Ditto transforms perfectly."

"Ha. I can hardly believe it." said Ash. "Team Rocket was actually good for something."

"Yeah, and the way Ditto transforms into objects is great." said Brock.

"I'll give Team Rocket credit on this one." said Hayley.

"You're just as real as the real thing." Misty said to Ditto.

"Hey, Ditto, great job." said Ash, going down to their level.

"Pika?" asked Pikachu.

"Pika." said Ditto.

"But now I can't tell which one's, my Pikachu." said Ash.

"Then I guess you need to keep training, Ashy-boy." said Duplica as Ash groans and she picks up Ditto. "Right, Ditto?"

"Ditto." said Ditto, transforming back into itself.

"Ah." Ash said and started chuckling.

"Pikachu." said Pikachu.

"Ditto. Ditto." said Ditto, giggling as Duplica hugs it.

"There." said Duplica as she finishes hammering in the last nail. "The Imitay house is reopened."

"Congratulations." said Ash.

"You did it, Duplica!" said Misty.

"Thanks for everything." said Duplica. "Come back and see us anytime, okay?"

"Good luck! And take care of yourself, Ditto Master." said Ash as he and the others take off. "Imagine, the strength of all the Pokémon in one. Maybe I'll capture a Ditto someday."

"Yeah right, Ash. I don't think that day will ever come." said Hayley.

"Yes, it will. You'll see, baby sister." said Ash.

Hayley: I'm hoping for a new Pokémon to bring into the family.

Narrator: Maybe that will happen.

"Hey! What are you doing?" asked Meowth.

"Hold still." said Jessie as she and James struggle to put a Dratini costume on him.

"Stop it! Let me go!" shouted Meowth. "Cut it out, will you? Ow! Quit it!"

"Will you stop it, Meowth?" asked James.

"The only way we can get out of this mess is to dress you up like a Dratini and present you to the boss." said Jessie.

"Pea brains. This won't work." said Meowth and his nails begin to glow, scratching Jessie and James' faces. "Take that! And that!" Jessie and James whimpered for a moment and growled at the feline Pokémon. "How dare you touch my face?!" screamed Jessie.

"Let go of me!" shouted Meowth as all three members of Team Rocket fight for the attention of their boss.
