there she is in all her beauty
where upon i could not find sanctity
is the dying star in her eyes
this world is terrifying
a beast unraveled from its cloth
a wire shut jaw
crushing me beneath its weight
but i cannot succumb to it
the filtered rage of angels
upon the marble is god
upon the throne in her only
