A/N: i have made the decision that after this chapter there will be no more until new years apart from Christmas day where i will post two chapters as i have had major writing block and don't have many chapter left that have already been written thank you for understanding and as always keep an eye out on my page for any announcements or anything like that xx
S: Yeah of course she can, I can also sort it so she can come to games with us and if she's well trained enough, she can sit with me on the sidelines when you're playing if that's alright.

Today was a big day for the team. The North London Derby. We are playing at the Emirates today in front of 47,000 people. I woke up this morning in a good mood, if I'm lucky Jonas said I might be able to play in this game. He was a bit hesitant at first, as was the rest of the team, as London derbies can get a bit physical, but once I told him I was ready for it he said he might sub me on at half time.
Getting into the zone I get ready into my tracksuit which we are asked to wear on game days. Downstairs I find Leah, Beth and Viv all standing in the kitchen talking, Katie stood by the toaster probably making her breakfast. I walk over to the cupboard and look for my porridge, when I see that it has been put on the top shelf, I huff and start to climb on the side to get it.
Once I retrieve my breakfast I turn to see all of the girls looking at me confused.
"What?" I say hopping off the counter top
"You do know there's some in the bottom cupboard, right?" Beth says
"No" I said with a shocked look on my face "why did none of you stop me?"
"Cause it was funny, plus I got a picture" Katie says turning her phone round showing me her instagram story
We've all eaten our breakfast after laughing at the picture of me climbing on the side, and now we're ready to get in the car. Well I am, the rest of them are still getting their shoes on, so I take it upon myself and grab the car keys and unlock the car for myself, throwing the keys back onto the shoe rack and going to take my seat in the car after saying goodbye to Coco who was being looked after by a friend of Leah's who isn't going to the game.
I decided that I would sit in the front today as I am the first person ready, plus I want to put my music on. I think Leah offered to drive today. Once everyone was in the car I connected my phone to the car and started playing my pre-match playlist, which consisted of everything from country to pop.
Driving towards the Emirates we were all screaming the lyrics as loud as we could. Arriving in the car park, Does your mother know ABBA, had just finished playing. As we pulled up into the players carpark the rest of the team were congregated by the doors waiting to go in together. They all cheered as we got out of the car,
"BEAUTIFUL SINGING"
"GREAT SONG CHOICE"
"RO WAS THE BEST SINGER"
Were the only sentences I heard, whilst grabbing my bag off Viv and making my way across the car park to the rest of the team. We were the last ones to get to the stadium as we lived the furthest away. Once we had all made it across to the group, we walked into the stadium and put our bags in the changing room before going to the meeting room where Jonas wanted us to go.
"Right girls today we are going to have a slight change in the formation of the starting lineup as well as a few player changes. So, in goal in Manu, then the back four are Katie, Jen, Leah and Noelle then our three midfielders are Frida, Lia and Kim then the front three is going to be Beth and Viv as our wingers then as our striker Rosie" As soon as I hear this my head whips to look in his direction
"What!" I say my eyes widening
"Yes, Rosie you will be our striker today" I jump up from where I'm sitting and run into his arms giving him the biggest hug you could ever imagine, all the girls laughing at us.
"Thank you" I whispered into his ear as I went to sit back down.
In the changing room leading up to the game I managed to convince Jonas, Leah and Kim to do a tiktok with me as well as forcing Jen to film it for us

Going out to warm up knowing that I would be in the starting lineup is an amazing feeling, and in the Emirates as well. I know my dad would be so proud to see me playing in the stadium. The stadium roared as they heard my name in the starting line up.
Standing in the tunnel, I was trying to regulate myself, or stimming as people would call it, rocking back and forth on my feet. I stood between Beth and Viv, not wanting to be the last one to walk out.
"My god can you not just stay still" I hear someone say from next to me. Ash Neville, the Spurs midfielder
"Sorry" I say in a quiet voice trying to stop myself from moving, about 30 seconds later I feel Beth grab onto my shoulder and lean to whisper in my ear
"It's ok Ro, you just carry on don't listen to her" After she says this I turn around to see her giving Ash Neville the dirtiest glare ever, daring her to say something this time. I know the rest of the team heard what she said to me as they all looked at her when she said it.
It was finally time as the teams started to walk out, Kim leading our team out and the Spurs captain, Zadorsky, leading the opposition out. We walk to get our team picture taken, like before any match then we go to our places. Kim is going to flip the coin, she decides that we will stay on the same side we are on now, the home side, and then we will kick it off, that means it's all up to me to start this game.
(*commentating*)
KO- 'And there off, a change in Arsenal's starting line up putting young Rosie as their striker, it seems like Jonas Evidall has full trust in the teenager, earning her starting place in one of the biggest games they have faced this season.'
17th min- 'And it's and early change for Arsenal, Little off, Rafalle on, making Williamson move into the midfield, which she does effortlessly, also taking the armband'
39th min- 'And it's Mead with the ball, sending it to Miedema, who spots Rosie just outside of the box, sending the ball soaring across the pitch, what a ball from Miedema, and Rosie shoots, AND SHE SCORES, the first goal of the game, and it's for Arsenal scored by the young teen who Evidal had taken a chance on'
42nd min- 'It's a corner kick for Tottenham, and it's into the box, ooooh that looks painful, the successful teen has just been shoved by what looks like Ash Neville, play has stopped and the crowd has gone silent, we can all hear her screams from the box. It looks like the Spurs defender,Turner, has stepped on her ankle by mistake. Williamson straight by her side, closely followed by Mead and Miedema. McCabe being pushed away by her fellow teammates after punching opposing player Neville, resulting in a yellow card. As a result of what she has caused Neville is sent off with a straight red card along with Turner who is now on her second yellow, turning into a red.'
'A stretcher is now being taken onto the pitch, there is going to be a lot of injury time, we can just about see the team captain, Kim Little, who was earlier subbed off standing by the corner where the young girl will hopefully be taken off. The referee is now talking to Arsenal's number 5, Jen Beattie, it looks like Beattie is explaining what happened to the ref.'
'At last we can see the stretcher being lifted up and the young girl being taken off the pitch, we can see Williamson walking closely by her side, until Little stops her. As the crowd caught a glance of the teenager, a shocked gasp filled the stadium. It looks like she has had a nosebleed, as well as the gas and air tank taking her pain away from her obviously painful ankle. Walking down the side of the pitch Little holding onto her hand helping her with the gas and air.'
'We are not sure what just happened but the first half continues, Blackstineus now coming on in place of the young striker and also Katie McCabe coming off and Catley coming on'
Kim's POV
"Leah you stay on, I've got her" Rosie has just been stretchered off the pitch, Leah by her side not wanting to let go.
"Ok, please message me if you get any updates before I get there" She says, I can see her trying not to cry, she loves this girl loads, I don't know what I'd do if she was severely injured never mind Leah. I know she wants to be with her, but knowing that I was going to be there for her probably settled her mind enough to play the rest of the game.
Walking down the sideline of the pitch I could see Rosie struggling to hold the gas and air mouthpiece up to her mouth, when I took it out of her hand she sighs in relief and closes her eyes.
Once we are in the medical room, Rosie is moved onto the bed as they start asking her questions and looking at her ankle. As Rosie seems too out of it to even know where she is, the medical staff tell me that she will need to go to the hospital, they tell me that me, another person and one of the medical staff can go with her.
"Is she ok?" Katie says bursting into the room after they had all left, going to call for an ambulance.
"She's OK at the minute but they are taking her to hospital to have scans done" I say
"I'm coming with you" She says not even wanting to hear if she could or not
Rosie's POV
I can hear slight chatter around me although I'm not sure who it is. I had fallen asleep after I'd had my scans done. Apparently it would take a few hours for the scans to come back. When I fell asleep I think the doctor was telling Kim that I had a concussion.
I think I'm still a bit high on the gas and air I was given on the pitch, because when I open my eyes the room is spinning. I can feel someone holding my hand when I turn to look around the room, I see the whole team in here whispering quietly as if to try and not wake me up.
I squeeze Leah's hand, which makes her break from her conversation with Jen and look in my direction.
"Hey how you feeling Ro?" She says as I turn my body more to her.
"Tired" I say weakly smiling, closing my eyes for a few more minutes.
I hear the door open so I open my eyes to see a nurse there,
"I'm so sorry but visiting time is finished now i'm going to have to ask you all to leave, one of you can stay with her and visiting time starts tomorrow at 9"
"I'll stay with her, you guys can go home" Leah says from next to me, as the rest of them stand up and one by one give me a hug saying goodbye, leaving in groups which I'm guessing they came in instead of separate cars. As I said bye to the last of the girls leaving I scooted up in the bed for Leah to climb in with me, wanting to be close to someone.
"Did we win?" I whisper to Leah
"Yeah, Beth and Viv both scored" She whispers back
"That's good" I say yawning at the end of my sentence
"Get some sleep Ro, you sound exhausted"
"Ok" I whispered back and soon enough I was asleep with my favourite person in the world.
