After the whole ordeal with the girls sharing Gotuce, He was finally fully recovered to go on missions again as we can to view Lanolin scouting Eggperial City.
Lanolin: No major defenses, no signs of traps.......
Whisper: 'No Patrol along the city limits. Though there is major damage within the city as if it was blown up.'
Lanolin: It's like Dr. Eggman wants us to invade?
Sonic: Then it'd be rude to refuse his invitation, right?
Both Sonic and Tangle run ahead.
Tangle: WOO-HOO! SURPRISE ATTACK!
Lanolin: Do they have to be so reckless?! This is serious business!
Whisper: 'Its how they are.'
Lanolin: Yeah? Well they need to understand they can't beat the odds forever.
Whisper: 'I know that better than anyone.'
Gotuce: Then it's best that I go too.....
Lanolin and Whisper jump up from the sudden voice of Gotuce.
Lanolin: Gotuce, are you sure?
Gotuce Yeah, plus someone needs to check up on Sonic and Tangle....
Whisper: 'Be careful, please...'
Gotuce: I know besides, I've got a score to settle against Eggman.....so I'll gladly destroy his city.
Gotuce bursts into Mastered Ultra Instinct as he flies off leaving a huge shockwave from the pressure.

Sonic and Tangle were within the city, fighting the badniks.....
Sonic: Looks like the badniks are spread a little thinner than the last time I was here!
Tangle punches a badnik with her tail.
Tangle: Hopefully not too thin, I wanna tustle!
Just then Tangle notices a Red Eye behind her as it slams its spikes platform but Tangle dodges.
Lanolin luckily appears as she reads her wisp, Maggie.
Lanolin: Get behind me!
Lanolin flickes her cowbell, activating it and immobilizing the Red Eye.
With this opportunity, Whisper gets height above it ready to shoot only for Gotuce to appear faster than the eye can see and kicking the machine completely obliterateing its surroundings from the sheer power of Ultra Instinct.
Sonic: Ha Ha! Nice One, Gotuce!
Lanolin: Um.....Not nice? Did you two forget why we're here?!

Earlier at the Restoration HQ......
Sonic ran into a room where he saw Jewel, Tangle, Whisper, Lanolin and Gotuce seated at a war table.
Sonic: Hey Jewel! You said that you needed a favor?
Jewel: Sonic! Thank you for arriving so promptly.
Tangle: Yo, Sonic!
Sonic: Hey, Hey is this a surprise party or something?
Jewel: Please allow me to explain. In the past, the Restoration focused on rebuilding humanitarian efforts. Lanolin has made a case on how we can expand.
Lanolin: We're building a rapid response team to both protect people and take the initiative against any threat we detect. It's an all-volunteer squad. So far there's Whisper, Tangle and Me...
Tangle: it's good to have you around, bestie, I missed ya!
Then Gotuce coughed to get there attention.
Lanolin: Hmm? What is it Gotuce?
Gotuce: I'm sure your forgetting someone else in the squad.
Lanolin: I am?
Gotuce: Yeah, me.....
Lanolin: Oh! Right! I forgot, we also included Gotuce as our powerhouse of the squad!
Sonic leans towards Whisper.
Sonic: You feeling alright after that business with Surge and Gotuce?
Whisper: 'I'm.....fine.'
Sonic: So what the favor then?
Lanolin: We heard about your time in Dr. Eggman's new base. I want to take our team in, find out why it recently had so much damage made to the base and prepare a way to bring it down.
Gotuce: Oh yeah I forgot mention but I was the one to do all that damage.
Everyone stopped and looked at Gotuce.
Lanolin: W-What do you mean, babe?
Gotuce: Might be best to show you instead.
Gotuce took out his scouter and showed the video of him destroying everything on sight in his rage against Starline.
Lanolin: Um......i-ill keep that in mind....
Gotuce beamingly smiles.
Sonic: Anyway, sounds like fun! Do you have a team name?
Gotuce smirked as Tangle put her fist up.
Tangle/Gotuce: The Diamond Cutters!
Lanolin: Nice! That sounds cool!
Whisper suddenly glares at Tangle and Gotuce as she sits there silently getting angry.
Sonic: I thought you were going to choose a different name, Gotuce?
Gotuce: Huh? Oh yeah, well I did have Z-Fighters which really wasn't a response team but one with the strongest fighters to band together against world ending threats.
Sonic: Really?!
Gotuce: Yeah....you would believe how many world ending enemies we had to face against.
Lanolin: Anyways, I've been looking forward to working with you for a long time, Sonic.
Sonic: Zero offence, but I don't think we've met.
Lanolin: It was breif, and you were busy.......You saved my town of Riverside from a badnik invasion a while back!
Sonic: Well, it wasn't really me but more so Amy with her hammer and Gotuce with a Super Saiyan boost.
Lanolin: Ah! So that's what it was called. I've also seen the recordings of Gotuce many fights! Seeing them inspired me to do more so I joined the Restoration. I soon was working with Director Jewel, but I won't admit this to Gotuce......
Lanolin said this with a blush.
Sonic: Awesome! Then it's a pleasure to meet you again-for the first time.
Lanolin: Ha Ha! The pleasures all mine.
Sonic: When do you plan to leave for the mission?
Lanolin: We're ready when you and Gotuce are.
Sonic: We were born ready! Right Gotuce!
Gotuce: Yep!

Back at the City.......
Sonic: Yeah slow n' sneaky isnt really my thing.
Tangle: And I'm still getting to used to the whole team dynamic.
Gotuce: If it were me, I'd already blown up this City to smithereens.
Lanolin: Honestly, how do you handle her and our boyfriend?
Whisper: 'I don't and a leave Griuce to his own.'
Whisper began to walk ahead past Tangle who seems concerned.
Tangle: Whisper.....is there something we need to talk about?
Whisper: 'No.'
Whisper still walks ahead as Tangle looks with a sad face but is comforted by Gotuce who she leans into though Lanolin is jealous of this she still looks on with a disgruntled look.
Sonic: So......we should keep heading into the city, or.......
Lanolin: I'd like to assess our surroundings first. Whisper, can you send this up with your hover wisp?
Whisper was about to summon her hover wisp until Gotuce spoke up.
Gotuce: Actually, I can take it up if you want!
Lanolin: Oh, T-Thats won't be necessary, Gotuce!
Gotuce: No-No I insistent!
Gotuce takes the scanner from Lanolins hand and flies up to a top view of the city which surprised Lanolin.
Sonic: So...... Whatcha find out?
Lanolin: Comparing this date to your previous escape this data to your previous escape efforts. I can confirm that the city has gotten bigger.
Gotuce: What!? It has! That should be impossible! But I didn't see any construction equipment anywhere!
Lanolin: Thats true. I am working on limited data points. Maybe if we survey from another point in the city?
Sonic: I've got an idea-
Gotuce: No......I.......can feel something is wrong..........
Lanolin: What do you mean, baby?
Gotuce: It's just that I've been taking in the considerable amount of energy gathering in the city and flowing through it's grounds......as if it's.......
Gotuce then got wide eyed.
Gotuce: Ah! I got it! The city is healing itself!
Lanolin: How is that even possible?
Gotuce: From just the reading of it, it's using the resources in the ground to sustain it self as if it were parasitic relationship!
Lanolin: How can you be sure?
Gotuce: I actually heard that Belle said theres a whole network of tunnels under the city. If that's an indication, then we need to check those out!
Lanolin: That......sounds like a good plan, Good Job Gotuce!
Lanolin plants a kiss on his cheek.
Lanolin: Mwah~
Gotuce: Heh Heh!
Lanolin: Alright then, Diamond Cutters Move out.
Sonic and Tangle had grins which Lanolin noticed.
Lanolin: Cautiously.
Sonic/Tangle: Awwwww.
They all head down through an elevator platform which had two badniks waiting for them which Gotuce destroyed in a single punch.
They all head down through the huge tunnel until they end up at an wall.
Lanolin: This seems like the lowest point. Whisper, can you clear-
Gotuce: HYAH!
Gotuce punches the floor with great force making a hole to fit someone through.
Tangle used her tail to lower Lanolin through the hole as she activated her wisp on lighting the area around.
Then she was pulled back up.
Sonic: Find anything?
Lanolin: Virtually nothing, which means Gotuce was right.
Gotuce: Always am!
Lanolin: It's strip mining everything underneath! It's all being hallowed out! All the minerals, nutrients, plant life gone!
Sonic: I get it. The city will keep expanding. It won't stop until Eggman's paved over the entire planet. Not too shabby, Eggman. This makes the death egg look bush league.
Lanolin: We have to get back to Restoration HQ, rally all the support we can, and march on this place, pronto!
Sonic: Or—and hear me out—we can do it now. We've got the team. We're in the city, and I know Eggman is I that big ugly tower at the center of it all.
Gotuce: I am kinda agreeing with Sonic here. I just want this to be done already.
Lanolin: Well Honey, that's far too dangerous. This team is untested, and you barley escaped last time, we need to Marshal more forces first!
Gotuce: Aw! What!
Sonic: and how big is this city going to get while your a' marshalin.
Lanolin: It'll grow unopposed if we get taken out today!
Tangle: Those are good points, um.....
Whisper: 'You all fall back. I will stay and scout.'
Gotuce: Oh no your not! I ain't risking you getting injured without my side!
Whisper got spooked from Gotuce yell.
Then the wall started to form a portal.
Tangle: That's......that's the same kind of portal thingy Eggman had back st his tower!!!
Sonic: Your right, we do not want to go pass through it. RUN!!!!
They all ran up the way they all came through.
Sonic had grabbed Tangle as he boosted to the elevator while Tangle wrapped her tail along Lanolin and Whisper while Gotuce was flying just above them putting two fingers to his forehead.
Gotuce: Dawmit! There's no natural ki signature to lock on!
Sonic notices that badniks has decommissioned the elevator.
Sonic: Elevators out of service, hang on. This is going to be a bumpy ride!
Sonic used the badniks as leverage while Gotuce flew past them at top speed but as they were almost at the top, a Hummingbot broke Tangle's grip which led to the team falling to the portal.
Gotuce: NO!!!!!!
Gotuce burst into Super Saiyan God as he dives down at break necking speed which he caught up to Tangle in no time but inadvertently flew too fast into the portal bringing them all into the other side while Sonic was left alone at the surface.
