Gotuce was still staring down Surge for what she did to Whisper.
Just then a voice was heard above them.
Tails: Gotuce! We're here to help!
Sonic: Yeah! Man!
Surge: Grrrr!
Surge sends lightning to Tails who tries his hardest to dodge and also not drop Sonic.
Tails: I'm not sure we can keep this up!
Sonic: As long as we can keep her attention on me and not the rest of the city, we've gotta.
Surge: Fine! If you're too chicken, I'll come to you!
Surge spin dashes off a ramp and was about to hit them before Gotuce blitz in front and punched the attack to the ground.
Surge: Grah!!!!
This also sent a shockwave that knocked Sonic and Tails out of the air which the latter was unconscious while Sonic was holding his injured leg.
Surge gets up into a rage as she charges Sonic before Gotuce blitz behind her with an arm out to the side.......
Surge: Huh? Was that supposed to be a pun-?!
Suddenly Surge was hit by all directions in an instant before being pushed to the side.
Surge: GAH!!!!!!!!!
Gotuce still kept this up with another punch that also sent her flying which also followed up with a blast from behind and dived towards her with a heavy punch.
Sonic: Yeah! Keep at it Gotuce!
Just then a whistle was heard.
Surge and Gotuce stop fighting as they both look to Whisper who is glaring at Surge before sending out crystals as her Cyan wisp uses them to clink towards Sonic.
Sonic: Ooh, okay!
With that, the cyan wisp and Sonic merge together to make Laser!
Sonic: I've worked with wisps a time 'r two. I gotta say, your fancy hat's pretty neat, but......this is how it's really done!
Sonic looks at Gotuce before nodding and Gotuce does too as they both unleash an all out attack against Surge.
Tails: All right, Sonic and Gotuce!
While Surge was being attacked by Laser Sonic, She pulled up cubes as a shield to think of a plan but they weren't holding up as with each punch Gotuce gave, the cubes would soon start to form cracks.
Surge: Nghhh! There!
Surge reaches out and holds back Sonic before taking the cyan wisp out.
Sonic: Ah!
Whisper: 'Cyan!'
Tails held Whisper back.
Tails: No, you can't! As soon as you get close, she'll fry you! Unless we can drain her power, there's no stopping her.
Whisper: 'I'm not giving up and neither am I giving up on my boyfriend.'
Tails: Neither am I! Actually.......wait here, I've got an idea!

Surge absorbed Cyan as her speed was exponentially increased.
Sonic: The wisps-they're thinking, feeling creatures!
Surge: You think I care? I'm sick of your hoiler-than-thou grandstanding. Where do you get off telling me how to be?
Sonic notices Tails waving to follow him.
Sonic: Hold that thought.
Sonic speed off to Tail's direction.
Surge: Hey!
Sonic made it to what was a hardware store.
Sonic: You better have a plan, buddy cause I sure don't.
Tails: Hold her off here for a minute, then meet me in the tools and appliances section downstairs.
Sonic sneaks through the alleys while Surge made her way inside.
Surge: I'm talking to you Hedgehog!
Sonic: Hold her off? Sure easy, no problemo, luckily she didn't absorbed power from Gotuce and that would have been very bad.
Surge blasted the front entrance while shooting lasers out of her eyes.
Surge: DON'T YOU DARE RUN AWAY FROM ME!
The lasers knocked down the covers which exposed Sonics hiding place.
Sonic: GAH!
Surge: Not so brave, now! Where's the swagger you had back in Eggman City! You gonna forgive me, no—Aaah!
Surge slips on some screws, faceplanting on to the ground while Sonic makes his escape down the basement.
Surge: That's it! You're gonna fry!
Sonic grabs a bucket and slams onto Surges head.
Sonic: No thanks!
Surge: Nyagh!
Sonic: I may not be in top shape, but it's gonna take more than that to catch me!
Sonic slides down as he see Tails setting up appliances to multiple generators.
Sonic: Dang, you've been busy.
Tails: Thanks! Quick, stand over there!
Sonic: She is really ticked off, all set for whatever you've got!
Surge then stomps down welding pink buzz saws on her hands.
Tails appears behind her with pliers.
Surge: What the?!
Tails: Sorry in advance, cause this is going to hurt.
Then all of the generators send power to Surge who absorbs it, overloading her more.
Surge: AAAH!!!!!
Sonic: It's working! Powering everything in here will surely drain her power in no time!
Surge: You can't......stop me......I'LL SHOW YOU POWER!!!!
Tails: Uh-Oh, Get back!
Surge discharges all of her power before slumping back as Gotuce teleports in front and gets ready to punch her.
Tails: Gotuce, Wait!
Tails then sense Kit was behind as he was distraught at what Gotuce was about to do.....
Kit: Wha!!!!
Surge was scared and ready for the punch but it didn't came, I stead she opened her eyes only to see the fist inches from her face.
Gotuce had stopped and was shaking before his fur turned back to black as purple lightning consumed his body before screaming in excruciating pain.
Gotuce: GRAHHHHHHH!?!??!?!
This goes for a while before it stops as Gotuce falls towards before fainting.
Sonic: Gotuce!
Tails and Sonic rush to his side before checking for vitals.
Surge: W-What?
They both get Gotuce up to his feet and they start to leave.....but as they were leaving, Sonic turns to Surge and Kit.
Sonic: The next time we meet, Im going to give you the punishment you deserve......
