It was a cloudy day, just the way Juviel liked it. He was currently playing games with Fu Hua. She had gotten a lot better and nearly beat him once.
Keyword is nearly. He's still the winner of all the matches. The two had gotten much closer then before and didn't mind shoulders touching, although Fu Hua tends to blush a bit whenever it happened.
Good news was that her Trust had reached 99% a few months ago. Bad news was that he had no clue as to how to increase it beyond that. He did everything he could have done without making her uncomfortable but still failed. He decided to let it be. Let fate take it's course.
The status quo of their relationship was killing him, so he had enough of it and started planning how to confess to the extremely shy Fu Hua in a way she would remember for a long period of time.
He thought long and hard before finally deciding to use his well earned profit from his organisation and renovate the West Park in Senzou. Why tgat park specifically? It was due to that park being the bigger one of the 4 parks in Senzou, making it easier to renovate.
But how can one renovate a place one doesn't own without illegal measures? Basically, it's not possible, so he bought the park. It was quite expensive, cost more than 25% of his profit and renovation took another 25%. In short.. It costed around 1.2m Silver Coins.

A few days ago, Fu Hua had received an invitation from Chiba Academy in Nagazora, one of the most prestigious schools in the city.
He decided to cover up his confession plan with a "Let's go to the park to celebrate you getting invited to Chiba academy!". Fu Hua wasn't aware of him buying the park either, it sounded perfect, but he had gotten distracted and actually lost against Fu Hua.
Fu Hua nearly jumped from her seat, no wait, she did. He couldn't bring himself to tell her that he had gotten distracted when she was that happy. She looked all giddy and smiles, she giggled and pointed her finger at Juviel.
"Aha! I did it!"
He chuckled softly at how cute she was being. He couldn't help but tease her when he saw her reaction.
"If I knew you would be this happy when I lost, I wouldn't have minded losing more~."
She blushed and buried her face into her hands to avoid him seeing her red face. Unfortunately for her, her ears were still visible and those were red too. He chuckled once more and decided to bring up the matter of going to the park.
"Hua, let us go to the West Park to celebrate you getting an invitation to such a nice school~."
She lifted her head up and locked eyes with him, something she rarely could not do. From the way she looked, she wasn't that happy for some reason. He thought for a bit and had a suspicion as to why.
"What's wrong? Why do you not look happy? Is it because me and Uncle won't be there in Nagazora with you?"
She looked surprised that she had gotten found out so soon but still felt happy to know that he understood her troubles without her needing to tell him. She nodded her head as she sighed and spoke up.
"Of course, I'm going to such a big city on my own. I would feel quite nervous... And I can't meet you as easily.."
The last part was a whisper but he heard it quite clearly due to gaining abilities of an assassin. If he hadn't heard, he should step down as a pro assassin. He smiled and patted her head.
"Hua, I had a talk with Uncle and he was fine with me going with you. I can support our finance, my organisation has been quite profitable."
Her eyes lit up with joy as she heard the news of him accompanying her to Nagazora. Then she became curious when she heard the second sentence.
"How profitable?"
She didn't care about money, but Nagazora is a city afterall. Her father had decided to give her half of his dojo's savings to make sure she wouldn't be the poorest in her school. The other half was needed to make sure there wasn't a hit to the dojo's liquidity.
The currency in this world was quite peculiar and interesting for him. It was split into 3 types of coins mainly. Silver, gold and platinum coins, there wasn't any sort of notes being used. There are ATMs, which made things a bit more funny.
Afterall, due to some reason, people don't use paper notes to exchange stuff, instead they use coins. But carrying a few million silver coins would be a hassle and impossible for normal people to do. So most people are dependant on online banking.
Overall, 1,000 Silver Coins was around the value of 67.74 USD. Yeah, it's cheap as heck. Her father had given her 15k Silver Coins. Which would be around 101.616 USD. So.. Yeah, it's actually not enough at all to get by if she were in the US.
Yep, if she were in the US. Like, that sandwich he had previously gotten for free? That sht costed 2 silver coins.. Which isn't quite much, but if we think about it, it 15k silver coins is in essence, around 7k sandwiches.
If we do more maths and consider eating 3 sandwiches per day, it would mean she can eat for around 2400 days. If we were to include Juviel, it would become 1200 days. That is excluding water bills, electricity bills and also travelling expenses.
In short, it would last the two of them around 2 or 3 years. Which is also unknown, afterall something may occur during the process and may need them to expend more.
Which may result in them being able to depend on 15k Silver for 1 year. Yes, 100k USD should be enough to last more then that in US, but it's 1000 USD, not 100k. So here, you can last 2+ years with only a thousand bucks. For further information,

From his organisation, he had managed to get a profit of around 800k+ Silver per month. It's been 3 months too. That was why he was confident in being able to provide for the two of them in Nagazora.
15k was enough for 2 years, then certainly 800k would be more then enough to last them around 50 years. It's a passive type of income too, so it only increases.. He has saved up around 1 million in addition to the other million that he spent along with the remaining profit.
Furthermore, due to his renovation, the park had gotten more visitors, thus allowing him to gain another source of income.
Fu Hua doesn't know any of it though, he plans on surprising her afterall.
"Very profitable, hehe~."
He laughed mysteriously and pinched her cheeks. She looked annoyed and slapped his hands away. Deep inside her heart, she still felt insecure about their relationship.
It was mainly because they hadn't confirmed anything, so she felt unsure of what to do. She feels extremely happy whenever she is near Juviel and her heart would start jumping around like a rabbit. At this point, her previous thought of falling in love with him was further cemented.
She was now 100% certain that she had fallen in love with him, yet she couldn't bring herself to confess. She was afraid he might reject her and cause distance between them, it was better for her to maintain this status quo than risk losing this wonderful happiness.
Fu Hua was uncertain, but she still agreed on going to the West Park with him. She was surprised to hear him choose West Park, it was actually the biggest Park in her town. It was also the most pretty and comfy now, for reasons she couldn't understand, the park had gotten renovated a month ago.
After the renovation, it simply became the most amazing park she had ever seen. Most importantly, everyone could visit it but she hadn't yet went.
She was about to continue over thinking but was interrupted by a flick to her forehead by Juviel. It wasn't too painful but she still yelped from the unexpected little jolt. She held her forehead and glared at him,
"What was that for?"
Juviel chuckled and replied,
"You were spacing out, isn't that rude? While I'm here you are spacing out."
Fu Hua blushed realising that she had gotten busted. She pouted and apologised, seeing that, Juviel smiled and decided to let it go.
"Well than.. How about we go to the park 2 hours from now?"
Fu Hua pondered for a bit before nodding. It wasn't like she had much to do when school wasn't there. Plus, she had been wanting to go check this West Park for quite some time.
"Okay, I'll go get ready!"
Juviel nodded and Fu Hua went back to her room. He also stood up and picked out a black long sleeved shirt and white jeans. Than he took out a cap and sunglasses because it was a bright day.
He didn't like the Sun at all. Okay maybe a bit, but it was a love-hate relationship.

He was now standing right outside the West Park, at the location they agreed. At first Fu Hua said they should go together, but he decided to make it more like a date and decide on a location to meet.
He got there 30 minutes earlier because he knew Fu Hua would get there 20 minutes earlier. Look, as he expected, it has been 10 minutes since he got there and he saw Fu Hua.
Fu Hua looked surprised when she saw him there, for sure she thought she had gotten there earlier. She looked at the time on her phone and found out that she had indeed arrived 20 minutes earlier, than that meant he arrived even earlier!
A few seconds later, she was infront of him. He chuckled and said in a smug tone,
"Hah, I got here earlier!"
She pouted, but still apologised for making him wait. He shook his head and reached his hand towards her. She understood what that meant and held his hand. She couldn't avoid blushing when she felt the warmth coming from his hand.
He chuckled and led the way, there was a guard at the front gate. The guard recognised him and was about to stand up as a way of showing respect but he quickly gestured him to calm down.
The guard did as told and Fu Hua successfully didn't notice anything weird. This in turn made him give a thumbsup to the guard and the guard also gave him a thumbsup in return.
There wasn't much to do in the West Park before, but now he had added a lot of stuff. Most importantly, he added a Ferris wheel. He couldn't add a roller-coaster ride to his confession plan because he knew Fu Hua wasn't a fan of those stuff, more like, she gets motion sick very easily.
Furthermore, there wasn't enough space for additional stuff despite the West Park being the 'biggest' of the 4 parks in Senzou.
So he didn't add any of that. He had added a theatre, a ferris-wheel and a haunted house. He looked towards Fu Hua and saw her glancing around everywhere with glittering eyes.
It seemed that she hadn't actually gone to an amusement park in her lifetime. He smiled a bit and let her be until they reached the theatre.
A few minutes later, they were standing infront of the reception and the receptionist had also successfully identified who this man was. But before she could stand up to greet him, he quickly gestured her to not make any rash moves and continue with her job.
She did as she was told and sold them two tickets. These were tickets to a horror movie, he was planning on making it even more fun by going to the haunted house right afterwards.. Of course, that is, if she is comfortable with it.
Fu Hua looked at the ticket in her free hand and also recalled how the receptionist was being. She looked intimidated by Juviel, that made Fu Hua a bit happy. That meant Juviel's daily training worked well and he had an aura.
She didn't know what this movie was about, but it had quite an ominous title, called "Abyssal Woods", she didn't really mind and decided to fully enjoy her first time at a theatre... Oh yes, it was also her first time at a theatre since she had no friends to go with.
Thus, the two went in with smiles on their faces, each having different intentions.

The two of them came out with varying expressions but Juviel was certainly the one having the best time. He was laughing hard whilst being punched by a pouting Fu Hua, playful punches of course.
"That was a horror movie!!"
She yelled at him and he laughed even louder. She got angry and looked away, deciding not to talk to him. He saw this and decided to hit the nail in.
"How about we go to the haunted house next?"
Her eyes widened in shock as she looked at him incredulously. Quite obviously, she hadn't expected him to ask her for one more horror interaction after the previous one. She furrowed her eyebrows and replied with a huff,
"No!"
Juviel chuckled and decided to apologise.
"Sorry sorry.. I couldn't help myself, haha."
She sighed and let it go, the movie was fun either way, especially when he was with her. She smiled and spoke,
"Thank you, what are we doing next?"
Juviel pointed towards the biggest attraction in the West Park. She looked at that direction he was gesturing at and was surprised and happy. The Ferris Wheel, finally, a romantic one.. So she nodded whilst blushing, it seemed she had completely let go of what had happened previously.
He smiled and took a hold of her hand gently. She looked towards him, only to see him smiling at her. This made her blush and lower her gaze but didn't let go of his hand.
They made their way to the Ferris wheel without any interruptions. Why none? Obviously, he had to make sure troublemakers can't stay for long. For this, he had even employed his assassins here. Yes.. All for the sake of confessing to Fu Hua.
After paying for the tickets, the two of them got on the Ferris wheel. It was a slow and steady ride, Fu Hua wasn't afraid of heights so she happily looked on as the distance between them and the ground grew.
It was already approaching 18:00, almost time for them to go back home. The movie alone took 2 hours, which was fun indeed. The Sun was setting and the view looked absolutely beautiful.
Juviel smiled at that, he felt proud that he could make her so happy. He recalled all the moments they spent together during these past 3 months and his gaze became even more determined as he spoke up softly.
"Hua."
This got her attention and she looked at him nervously. She had a suspicion as to what he was going to say, but it felt too good to be true so she gestured him to continue instead of speaking.
Juviel smiled and continued,
"The time we spent together has been short, but, Hua, the few months I spent with you felt amazing. However, I would like us to go even further than this. I love you, Fu Hua. Marry me."
Girlfriend? Nah, straight to marriage is better. Fu Hua's mouth was wide open as tears fell out of her eyes. She smiled subconsciously but still replied with a stuttering voice.
"W-Why me?"
She immediately regretted asking that, she wanted to hit herself. Why hadn't she just accepted first before asking that? What if he started disliking her due to that question?
Unlike her worries, Juviel didn't worry at all. In fact, he was prepared!
"Hua, I'll say it again. The time I have spent with you has been short, but these 3 months together with you have been a joy for me. Whenever you smile, I feel happy, whenever you feel sad, I feel sad.
Your happiness is contagious and you are a very determined girl.. You are hardworking, you don't make me feel stressed at all, your mood determines how I spend my day, Hua.
Haha, I have more reasons if you want~."
She flushed, but still smiled all while crying tears of happiness. It was the same case for her, seeing him happy would make her happy, seeing him sad would make her heart ache. There were rarely any moments where he looked sad, but she could occasionally see him spacing out with an expression of sadness on his face.
She learnt from her previous mistake, she didn't ask him why again. She looked determined and spoke with a soft voice,
"... I.. I love you too! Yes!"

Fu Hua closed her eyes and prepared herself for what was about to happen whilst trembling a bit from nervousness and excitement. Their faces approached each other and eventually, their lips made contact.
She felt a jolt of electricity, not the bad kind, but it made her excited and happy. It was official now, they were dating. It wasn't a lewd kiss so it ended quickly.
Fu Hua opened her eyes and couldn't help but say it again despite her heart feeling like it's on a treadmill at max speed.
"I love you, Juviel."
He smiled and replied with extreme satisfaction and happiness. It wasn't exactly his name before, but now he was used to it. One day, he would tell her(and any other loved one, duh, it's a harem fanfic) his real name.
