Mila walked into the kitchen with madi and Meredith. They saw izzie as she stood at the sink downing a glass of water
"Someone's a little rough" mila said as Madi chuckled
"Wow, you and George were really going at it last night." Meredith said as she stood with Cristina
"What?" Izzie said
"The laughing, the drinking, the music. Nobody, I mean me, needs to hear George's rendition of "Sexy Back" at three in the morning." Cristina said
"Yeah I second that" madi said
"Yeah, yeah. You should have said something or you know, banged on the wall." Izzie said
"It's like living in a youth hostel." Cristina said
"Well, the important thing is that she and George made up. You did right?" Meredith said as Alex walks in
"I need to use your bathroom."
"Why?"
"Cause O'Malley's puking in mine." Alex said
"Ok, youth hostel." Cristina said
"George is still here?" Meredith asked
"Yes. Yes. But only because he was too drunk to drive home. You know, just totally impaired. Like no heavy machinery drunk." Izzie said
"What's her problem?" Alex asked
"Still drunk." Cristina said
"Shes nuts that's what her problem is" madi said
"What's she doing here?" Alex said looking to Cristina
"She's afraid she's ruining her engagement to Burke, so she's hiding from him." Meredith said
"I'm not anymore. I have a plan. Burke doesn't want me to marry him just to appease him..." cristina said
"Which you are." Meredith said
"So...we don't get married. Simple, we go back to the way it was. Be kind, rewind. My plan has a name." Cristina said
"I gotta go. I gotta get to work. See you guys later." Izzie said walking off of the room
"Is that George? You said he was upstairs, puking." Meredith asked
"So, now he's downstairs puking. Everyone has problems" Alex said
"You can say that. She's cold hearted. Mer can't commit I try to drown myself and mila wants to sleep with sloan" madi said
"I don't want to sleep with sloan" mila said as madi smirked
"Hmm whatever you say" madi said as mia rolled her eyes

Mila got to work and walked down the hallway as she saw mark. She knew that this deal of there's was getting harder and she hated it
"How long until you fold or shall I say until he folds you over" madi teased as mila looked to her and sighed
"Can we not talk over sex with mark sloan you have no idea of the skills he can do and it isn't helping when a girl hasn't had sex in so long" mila said as madi smirked
"You want to do him baldy don't you"
"You have no idea" mila said

Mila stood in the room with Jane doe and mark. She couldn't keep her eyes off of him and it was getting so hard
"This is a computer approximation of your original facial structure. Based on the 3D CT scans we did, it's what you could look like after reconstructive surgery. Or you could look like this...or this. You don't like them?" Mark said
"It's not that...How does this work exactly?" Ava asked as she looked to Alex
"He'll make an incision along your hairline and then..." alex started to explain as he stopped
"It's ok, I can take it."
"He'll literally pull your face off. "
"It sounds a lot worse than it is. Your face is extremely elastic and pulling it down will allow me to correct the bone fractures underneath without any scarring. And once you've healed, no one will ever know you had the surgery. I'm that good." Mark said
"He is! It's annoying. " addison said. Mark looked to her as mila frowned as she saw the look between them. She knew it was hard. Mark and mila made eye contact he nodded at her as if he was reading her mind
"The surgery won't affect my baby?"
"I'll be monitoring the baby throughout, ok?" Addison said
" Ok. So...then I just have to pick one. Do I have to pick one now? "
"Take a couple hours and think about it." Mark said
"Couple hours, yeah."
Bailey and the interns walk into the hall and up to Richard
"Dr. Bailey. " Richard said
"Chief, Jane Doe's getting a new face today" bailey said
"Well, that's exciting. How are you doing,. You didn't take to much time off after..." he asked as he looked to madi
"I'm fine, sir. Really. I think working's the best thing I can do" madi said
"Like mother, like daughter, huh?" Richard said. Madi tensed at the comment as mila placed a hand on her arm knowing how uncomfortable that she was
"Dr. Shepherd , what can you tell me about reconstructive neuro floor?" Mark asked as he looked to mila
"Uh, you can create a new base from the eye socket by harvesting bone from the skull"
"Dr. Bailey, Dr shepherd will be scrubbing in on the Jane Doe case. Come on, I'll show you how to do it without breaking the bone graft into a million pieces." Mark said
"Congratulations, Dr. Shepherd" mark said as mila walked off with him

Mila stood in the room with Alex as Jane doe sat looking through the photos
"Did you choose a face?" Mila asked
"Not yet. I was hoping I'd see one of them and I don't know, recognize myself. I don't recognize any of these women. What if I choose the wrong one? What if my husband or boyfriend or whose ever baby this is, shows up tomorrow with a picture of what I'm supposed to look like but it's too late, and I'm stuck with the wrong face for the rest of my life?" James doe said
"Ok, that would suck but if you don't pick one......this is gonna be your face the rest of your life." Alex said as he held ip a mirror. Mila looked tp them worried over how close they were getting

Derek is watching mila, who is at a computer
"Hey." Mila said as she looked to her brother
"Hey."
"Shouldn't you be preparing for your board interview?" Mila asked
"I am." Derek said
"Do I need to be worried over you and madi?"
"It's nothing" he said as she looked to him
"Hmm. I don't know what it is but today is a good day. You know why Calverian bone harvest I get to do on Sloan's Jane Doe later."
"Sloan's gonna let you do a harvest? By yourself?" Derek asked
" By myself. Which makes me very cool in the eyes of the shepherd wall of fame"
"Ok, then. I better let you study." Derek said
"Better stop distracting me. I will not be cool in the eyes of the wall of fame if I mame Jane Doe." Mila said as Derek frowned
He was worried mark was using his history with mila and he was worried mila wasn't ready

Addison is standing in front of a mirror. Removing and placing glasses on
"Good afternoon, board. No. Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen of the board...I'm so grateful for this opportunity." Addison said as mark entered
"Don't wear the glasses. You fiddle with them, it makes you look indecisive. And stop stressing, it will be like any other job interview. What do you consider your strengths? What do you consider your weaknesses? What do you consider your weaknesses?" Mark said
"I don't have any. I'm that good. What are yours? "
" I'm an easy mark for a girl named mila shepherd. The sun shines a bit brighter when she's around. My head slips a bit when I see her" mark said as addison looked to him
" Trust me, you have other weaknesses. Obviously, you are a man-whore."
" Correction, I was a man-whore. For mila im a changed man" mark said
"Yeah, well, while you're bragging about that to the board, Colin Marlow is pitching his ten-year plan." Addison said
" Ten-year plan? Is that a requirement?" Mark asked
"It is now." Addison said

Mark stood in the conference room and looked to Derek
"Burke is using PowerPoint. He's doing a PowerPoint presentation for the board, which is cool if it's like 1998. There's no swag is there? We're not allowed to give gifts?"
"Why did you ask mila to do a bone graft...on your Jane Doe?"
"Because I'm her teacher and that's my job." Mark said
"You're doing it to impress the chief. You're setting her up. And she can't fail right now."
" Why don't you let your sister decide what she can or can't do? You should have more faith in your sister" mark said
"I will hurt you if this goes wrong for her." Derek said as he walked off

Mila is practicing her bone harvest when Derek enters
"Hey, what do you think of a robotics lab as a goal for the hospital? Hmm?" Derek said
"Derek." Mila said as she looked to brother
"You're harvesting." Derek said
"I'm trying to be supportive but this graft, it's really tricky." Mila saod
"Mm-hmm. You don't have to do it, you know. I talked to Mark and uh..." derek said as mila looked to him
"You what?" Mia asked
"I talked to Mark. I mean, mila this is, uh, it's a complex procedure."
"You don't think I can do it? You think because you're the hot shot brain surgeon of the family that no one else can be as good as you. You think because of my history with mark that I can't do this" she said
"When has Mark Sloan allowed his interns to do anything? Let alone harvest a bone graft?" Derek asked
"He's in the race for chief. He's trying to prove he can teach." Mila said
"By teaching you. Mark is trying to gain points to play."
"Using me. How dare you" she said
"If it goes well, he gets the credit. But if it goes poorly, he gets the save." Derek said
"So, this is about you one upping Mark? Of course it is" she said
"He's using you. I'm just trying to protect you. I'm your brother"
"You don't need to. Close the door on your way out." Mila said as Derek leaves slamming the door on his way out.

Mila stood in the scrub room with mark getting ready to scrub on for Jane doe surgery
"You been practicing? You know the chief will be watching today. " mark asked
"The chief, right, of course." Mila said
"Of course what?"
"Derek was right about you. You're using me our history to win points with the chief. It's despicable. And I'm not gonna play." Mila said
"You should have more faith in yourself angel I do. Derek sees you after his baby sister still that needs protecting. He still sees me as the bad guy who deflowered you . You do this procedure and you do it well, he'll start looking at you like a surgeon again. But you wanna think of me as despicable, you wanna pass up this shot, that's up to you. But I believe in you angel" mark said as she looked to him
"You have no idea how much I want to kill you and jump you at the same time" she said as he edged closer
"The sooner this deal is up the sooner I get to do what I've been craving for months" he said as mila groaned knowing how hard it was

Mila sighed as she walked out of surgery and looked to mark "I don't like to be a pawn in your game with Derek, to be chief. For any of it" she said as he nodded
"I'm sorry angel. But you did do a beautiful job and you should have more faith in yourself derek should too. Dogs not his baby sister anymore. Your grown and a surgeon" he said as she smiled
"So I heard you had a ten year plan" she asked as he smiled
"No I had a right now plan but for us I have a ten year plan. We get through this thirty days. We have mind blowing sex for two days straight at least. Then we get back together and I treat you how I should have. You become a resident, I propose. We get married. I get you pregnant and we have a baby" he said as she smirked
"Just the one"
"Oh no angel. As you'll become an attending and then I'll get you pregnant again and maybe again after. I have a ten year plan for us. That's how committed I am" he said as mila smirked
"These thirty days couldn't be over soon enough" she said as he grabbed her waist. His lips lingered above hers
"We could test it. To see if it's worth it" he said as he went to lean in and kissed her as Madi approached
"Mila you ready" she asked as mila nodded. She placed her hand on marks chest and smirked
"Soon. Trust me it will be worth it" she said as she walked off as mark groaned.
He knew how hard it was and how much he wanted mila but he was prepared to prove just how serious he was over her
