Atlanta GA 📍
Saturday May 18th
10am

"Ugh... yes right there, please don't stop!-"

A loud moan escaped from Asians lips as she closed her eyes, burying her face into a pillow. She was currently face down ass up, naked in her room.

"You like that shit?"

Meech said, gripping onto her hips from behind. He had his dick pretty much inside of her, moving in and out as she continued to moan like crazy. He grunted slightly, using his hand to smack her ass causing her to flinch.

"Yes Meech! Oh goshhhh yesss..."

She yelled, feeling him going deeper. It wasn't long before he did his business, releasing himself in her before pulling out. Asian just frowned, not really getting an orgasm out of that at all.

"Um... did you just nut in me?"

She questioned, lifting her face up. Meech let out a deep and relaxing sigh, collapsing onto the bed before shrugging.

"Ion know Asian. Maybe I did.. maybe I didn't."

Asian quickly scrunched her face up, frowning before sitting up on the bed. Meech didn't even bother to make sure she was good since he already got his nut off. She just watched him as he laid comfortably against her pillows, pulling the blanket over his body and closing his eyes shut.

"Meech, I don't know how many times I have to tell yo stupid ass not to do that."

She pointed, smacking him against his forehead. He just shoved her hand away from his face, instead turning his back toward her.

"Mannn you trippin' Asian. Just get a plan b like you did last time."

Asian couldn't help but glare at Meech, resisting the urge to smack him once more. Instead, she just sucked her teeth while hopping off the bed. She made sure to grab her phone from the dresser before exiting the room.

Asian headed to the bathroom right across the hall, keeping her eyes on her phone as she unlocked it. She instantly went to her messages, hoping to see if Von had replied to any of her texts or missed calls. She just frowned, noticing that he left her on read since last night.

Asian knew that Von had been in Chicago for work yesterday, but the last time she actually heard from him was the previous morning before he left. She hated not hearing from him, especially when he would go out of town.

Knowing Von, his ass was probably out cheating on me per usual.

Asian just scoffed to herself, rolling her eyes. She strolled toward the shower, turning it on before making sure the water was set onto a hot temperature. While she waited for the water to heat up, she decided to send Von yet another text message, asking him when he would be coming back into town. She missed him a lot, and was tired of hanging with Meech.

Asian had been basically cheating on Von ever since she found out he was cheating on her first. She definitely didn't do it as often as Von did, but she surely took advantage whenever he would go out of town. Deep down, Asian knew that this whole situation was fucked up, yet she just couldn't help herself.

Her relationship with Von wasn't perfect at all. In fact, it was extremely toxic; but Asian knew that she was deeply in love and obsessed with Dayvon and she simply refused to let him go.

Sending him another text, Asian finally placed her phone down onto the counter before opening the cabinet to grab a shower cap. She put the pink cap over her fresh lace front, tucking in any loose strands of hair neatly. Her phone began to vibrate, catching her attention once more as she quickly grabbed it.

A small smile formed onto her lips, expecting to see Dayvon finally calling her back. Instead, it was Bella, one of Asian's homegirls back in Chicago. She just frowned, not really expecting for Bella to even be calling her since they hadn't talked in months.

"Um.. hello?"

Asian spoke, placing the phone to her ear.

"Asian, girl heyyy! It's me Bella. Long time no see."

Bella responded. Asian just leaned up against the counter.

"Yeah hoe, it's been a minute. What's up though?"

"Girl I've just been so busy out here busting my ass at the club. You already know how that goes."

Bella snickered. Asian couldn't help but to smirk.

"Can't relate. Von pretty much pays for everything I need, so I don't really have to work like that."

She said with a smirk.

"Girlll, I wish I had a man to pay for my lifestyle. You lucky as hell."

Bella chuckled.

"But speaking of your man, I actually called to talk to you about Von."

Bella went on. Asian just scrunched her eyebrows together.

"What do you mean?"

She questioned curiously.

"Well... I don't know if you knew he was in Chicago last night."

"Yeah I knew that. Von flew out there yesterday morning. What's the problem?"

Asian curiously spoke.

"Ohhh nothing is wrong... well, at least I don't think. I just saw him here at the club last night talking with some girl."

Asian could slowly feel herself getting irritated now as she paused for a second, trying to calm her nerves.

"The fuck you mean he was talking to some hoe?"

She said through gritted teeth. Bella just cleared her throat a little.

"Well, the girl he was talking to is a stripper that I work with. I peeped her and Von chatting it up with each other for a while-"

"Who is this bitch?"

Asian snapped lightly.

"Her name is Kaliyah."

Asian squinted her eyes, completely surprised to hear Kaliyah's name come up at all. She couldn't help but instantly think about her own cousin Kaliyah.

There's just no way that this is the same Kaliyah....right? Asian thought quietly to herself. She hadn't talked to Kaliyah in years due to the built up animosity that she had towards her.

"Interesting....What she look like?"

Asian began to press.

"She's darkskin, 5'6. She has these locs that reach all the way down to her butt-"

"She has locs huh... funny."

Asian rolled her eyes.

"You know her? Kaliyah Ross?"

Bella questioned. Asian just nodded her head.

"Yeah... I know exactly who you talking about. She's my cousin... unfortunately."

"Cousin? Oh wow... that's crazy. Are you guys like close with each other? Because she definitely was all in Von's face last night."

Bella instigated. Asian could feel herself getting angry as her jaw began to clench.

"Which is weird because I know she messes with Duke. Maybe her and Von were just having an innocent conversation. Who knows. But I just wanted to let you know."

Bella added. Asian huffed lightly, shaking her head with annoyance.

"Yeah well.. thanks for telling me."

She said with a flat tone.

"Girl no problem. If I see or hear anything else, I'll be sure to run it by you."

"Thanks Bella."

The two exchanged goodbyes before Asian hung up the phone. She immediately went to instagram, typing in Kaliyah's username before going onto her page. She noticed that Kali had posted a few photos on her story, which Asian did not hesitate to watch.

Ever since she saw both Von and Kali kiss each other back when they were kids on new year's eve, Asian definitely hated Kaliyah from that point on.

"Aye Asian, I'm finna head out. Don't forget to take that Plan B."

Meech shouted right outside the bathroom door. Asian just ignored him, continuing to stalk Kaliyah's page. She couldn't stop thinking about what Bella said earlier. It just started to make her upset just thinking about Kaliyah being in Von's face like that.

"So she's the reason why Von never picked up any of my calls last night huh..."

She grumbled.

She just exited off her page before placing her phone down. Asian couldn't help but wonder if Von had been cheating on her with Kaliyah. She knew that Von was a serial cheater.

She also knew how other women would act around Von, which is why Asian was always so territorial whenever it came to him. So the thought of both Kaliyah and Von getting together in Chicago was definitely not a good sign for her.

Asian could feel herself becoming extremely livid as she let out a frustrated groan.

"Ok bitch, I want all the details on what you and Von did last night; and don't leave anything out!"

Kaliyah found herself leaning up against the counter in the kitchen, a small bowl of grapes in her hand. Both Leilani and Shay stood a few feet away from her, grinning as they waited for her to speak. Kaliyah just couldn't help but giggle at the both of them.

"What are y'all talking about? Nothing even happened-"

"Girl... you even didn't come home until like 2am last night; and I saw his fancy ass rolls royce dropping you off."

Leilani continued to snicker. Kaliyah playfully rolled her eyes.

"2am? Ooouuu did yall fuck?"

Shay questioned.

"No! We did not do any of that."

Kaliyah gasped. She popped a few grapes into her mouth before placing the bowl down.

"Kali, this is like the second time you hung out with Von. Ain't no way yall didn't do anything."

Leilani went on.

"Well we didn't. We just talked literally all night long. He took me to see his new house somewhere in a nice neighborhood-"

"You went to his crib and didn't get dick? Crazy..."

Leilani shook her head. Both Shay and Kaliyah just laughed.

"Nope; but his house is super nice though. It's huge like a mansion. He has this built in studio that he was showing me which was cool."

Kaliyah went on.

"What else did y'all do after that?"

Shay questioned.

"Well, we went to eat at some wing spot downtown. We were probably there for like an hour, and then somehow we ended up going to one of the buildings I was interested in buying."

Kaliyah could feel the butterflies in her stomach as she began to reminisce about last night. She couldn't stop thinking about Dayvon, and how they just enjoyed each other's company.

"All we did was just have great conversation, that's all. It was nothing serious."

She finally shrugged.

"Oouuu, I see that look on yo face. You is crushing on that man."

Shay pointed.

"What?! No, never that..."

Kaliyah frowned.

"He's just cool I swear. We're both cool. Nobody is crushing on anybody."

She dismissively waved her hands, but the girls just simply couldn't believe her at all. They could see it all over Kaliyah's face that she definitely had a little crush on Von.

"Yeah ok. Keep lying to yourself."

Leilani chuckled.

"Yeah girl. He's fine as fuck, and he keeps coming to the club looking for you."

Shay added in.

"Yeah well... I don't know why he does that. He's crazy."

Kaliyah pointed. Her cheeks were warm though, thinking about how Dayvon definitely had been popping up at the club just to see her. She lowkey wondered if she would ever see him again.

Chewing at the inside of her cheek, Kaliyah just grabbed her phone off the counter, glancing at the screen.

A small smile just curled onto her lips as she read the text message she received.

Kaliyah had ended up finally caving in and giving Dayvon her phone number before he left last night. Since then, the two had been texting non stop. She began typing away, texting him back before locking her phone.

"Sooooo, what's the moves for tonight? It's Saturday and we all are off from work-"

Leilani spoke up, changing the subject.

"I got an idea, we should all go out to dinner. Maybe Nobu?"

Shay suggested.

"Umm I actually have plans tonight."

Kaliyah muttered.

"Plans? With Dayvon?"

Leilani smirked. Kaliyah just gave her a flat look.

"I can't stand you Lani."

She snickered.

"But Duke is pissed with me. He said he wants to talk later tonight so... I guess I kinda have no choice but to go."

"I hope that means you are cutting him off for good this time. Don't nobody like his aggressive ass anyway."

Shay muttered.

"Yeah Kaliyah, it's time you tell him straight up how you really feel. I'm tired of him thinking yall are gonna get back together."

Kaliyah just silently pressed her lips together, knowing that both her friends were right. Duke sort of was under the impression that they would eventually get back together; and that might've been true for Kaliyah at first, but not anymore. Them breaking up just made her realize that she no longer wanted any parts with Duke what so ever.

Plus, with the way he has been acting so far, it was clear to Kaliyah that Duke had a lot of soul searching to do within himself. His actions towards her were very concerning, and she no longer wanted to deal with any of it.

"Do you need us to come with you tonight? Just in case Duke thinks he's Ike and your Tina-"

"Leilani!!"

Kaliyah gasped, just as Shay began to burst out into laughter. The girls all hollered in the kitchen, Kaliyah playfully throwing a grape in Leilani's direction.

"Bitch I can't stand you!"

She chuckled.

"Girl I'm just saying. Duke gives domestic vibes."

Leilani shrugged.

"Look, Duke is a lot of things, but never did he ever put his hands on me. I've known him for years. That's just not in his character."

Both Shay and Leilani gave her a look before rolling their eyes.

"People change Kaliyah. Just be careful."

Shay said.

"Yeah, maybe we should go with you tonight. He won't know that we're there."

Leilani continued insisting. Kaliyah just thought for a moment, thinking how ridiculous this all was.

"Seriously guys, y'all are overreacting. I don't need anybody coming with me at all. I can handle it."

"Ugh... you so stubborn."

Shay sucked her teeth.

*A few hours later*

Chicago IL 📍
Saturday, May 18th
8:30pm

"Ma'am.. would you like another glass of wine while you wait?"

Looking up from the menu in front of her, Kaliyah's eyes landed on the waiter who was in the midst of approaching the table she was currently seated at. The waiter just smiled politely, waiting on Kaliyah's response as she frowned her face.

"Umm..."

She muttered, quickly picking up her phone to glance at the time. Duke was supposed to meet up with her at 8pm just like he said tonight, yet it was now 8:30 and he wasn't in sight at all. She began scrolling through her notifications, noticing that she hadn't received any text messages from him at all saying that he was running late or canceling.

A small sigh just escaped her lips.

"No thank you."

She huffed lightly, placing her phone back down.

"Actually, I think I'm gonna order me a pasta to go, if that's okay?"

"Of course!"

The waiter nodded his head. He whipped out his notepad as Kaliyah began to put her order in.

"I'll just have the fettuccine alfredo with a side of fresh parmesan."

Kaliyah pointed before closing the menu shut. She figured since she waited this long for Duke to show up, she might as well get some food out of it.

"Alrighty. I can have that packed up and ready for you shortly."

The waiter grabbed the menu before walking off. Kaliyah rolled her eyes inwardly, leaning back in her seat and crossing her arms firmly against her chest. She was slightly annoyed at Duke for even wasting her time tonight, but a small part of her did feel some sort of relief.

She had been so nervous about talking with him anyway. She spent the whole night practicing on what she was going to say to him, and Kaliyah just knew that he wasn't going to like it at all-

The sound of her phone vibrating against the table just caught her attention as she glanced down at it. She expected to see Duke's contact name on the screen, but instead it was Dayvon. He was FaceTiming her surprisingly, which she was not expecting.

Kali hesitated a bit, picking up the phone and staring at it.

"Shit..."

She muttered, suddenly feeling nervous. She wasn't sure why Von always made her feel this way.

Me and him are just friends. I shouldn't be feeling nervous at all!!!

She thought quietly to herself. Kaliyah ran her fingers through her locs, making sure that they were positioned perfectly. She also fixed the straps to her dress, pulling them up neatly before clicking on the screen to pick up his call. The screen loaded briefly before Dayvon's face finally popped up.

"Damn Kaliyah, fuck it took you so long ta pick up my call lil girl?"

He questioned, a small yet handsome smirk forming onto his lips. His diamonds just sparkled through the camera as she could feel her heart begin to race.

"I'm a little bit busy Dayvon."

She scoffed playfully, rolling her eyes. He just frowned a little, noticing how dressed up she looked. They both just stared at each other for a moment, Von secretly admiring how beautiful Kaliyah looked tonight. Her lashes were long as she gazed at him through the camera. Her stare did nothing but turn him on.

"Well if you so damn busy, why'd you pick up my call then huh?"

He snickered.

"Oh my goshhhh Von. I can hang up on you right now."

She pointed.

"Swea on king David if you hang up on me, Im goin beat yo ass on my mama Kaliyah."

His thick Chicago accent oozed off each word as he spoke. She just giggled as he watched her, enjoying the sound of her laugh.

"You stay saying that Von, yet you never follow through with beating my ass. It's giving scary."

She teased, smirking. Dayvon had a sinister look on his face now as she continued to smirk in the camera.

"You really wanna go there Kaliyah? Cus ion think you understand what you jus' said."

Kaliyah continued to giggle, standing the phone up against one of the fixtures on the table before shrugging.

"Oh I understand Von. You not on shit."

She continued to boost. The looks he kept giving her made the butterflies in her stomach go crazy. She wasn't sure if they were still talking about actually beating each other's ass... or something else.

He just chuckled slightly, licking his lips real slow.

"Aiight. Just wait till I see yo ass again lil folks. Im all about that action, not words."

"Yeah ok. Ain't nobody scared of you Von."

She chuckled.

"Where you at right now?"

He questioned, noticing the waiters walking by behind her. Kaliyah could feel her smile slowly fading once she realized she was still at this restaurant where Duke stood her up.

"Im out right now. I just ordered me some food."

"You onna date? Lemme see tha goofy fuck nigga you wit right now."

He joked. Kaliyah just gasped lightly.

"Ummm... I am actually out by myself, thank you very much."

She rolled her eyes.

"By yoself? Ohhh so you one of dem people that like to go out to restaurants alone."

She watched as he leaned back in whatever seat he was sitting in, his eyes never leaving hers. She could tell that he was in the studio as she examined his background a bit.

"No not really. I like eating out with people. I hate being by myself actually. It's weird."

She admitted.

"Mannn, ain't nun wrong wit bein' by yoself. You just enjoyin' yo own company."

He pointed.

Kaliyah just couldn't keep her eyes off him as she watched him talk. His face was so clean and handsome to her. His eyes looked a little low, which signaled that he was probably high right now. His locs which always looked freshly done just sat neatly against his shoulders. He actually had a hat on this time as he lifted it up, messing with his locs a bit before placing it back onto his head.

"I was actually supposed to be meeting someone here tonight, but they stood me up."

She huffed lightly, looking away from the screen. Kaliyah could actually see the waiter coming toward her table with the boxed food she had ordered.

"Stood you up? I bet it was Duke scary lookin' ass huh. Why all the niggas you fuck wit be pussy Kaliyah?"

Von snickered. Her eyes cut towards him again as she made a face.

"All the niggas Von? Really?"

She repeated. He just laughed.

"Here you are miss Kaliyah. Your pasta is in the bag along with that side of parmesan you requested."

The waiter said, placing the bag down in front of her. Kaliyah just rolled her eyes at Von once more before turning her attention to the waiter.

"Thank you so much."

She politely said before reaching for her Chanel purse. Von had finally stopped laughing now as he watched her unzip her bag, pulling out her card.

"Here.."

She said, handing her card to the waiter.

"Thank you miss. I will be right back."

The waiter said before walking off.

"How much was that food you just ordered?"

Kaliyah could hear Von randomly ask.

"Oh I don't know. The receipt is probably somewhere in the bag. Why?"

She questioned. She watched as Von immediately put her on pause now. She assumed he was probably receiving an incoming call, or maybe he was texting somebody. She just switched her attention back to her food, glancing in the bag and making sure that everything she ordered was there.

The sound of her phone vibrating, along with the Cash App money ringtone going off just instantly confused her.

"What..."

She muttered, looking at the notification she had just received. Her face frowned up as she noticed that Von had just sent her 3k directly to her cash app.

"Ummmm-"

"So what you bouta do after this? Go home?"

Dayvon casually spoke, his face popping back up on the screen once again.

"Why did you just send me $3000? And how did you even find me on cash app?"

She raised her eyebrows up. He just shrugged.

"You askin' all tha wrong questions right now Ma."

He spoke with a nonchalant tone. he was enjoying the look on her face as she eye'd him.

"My food didn't even cost that much. Also, what is your obsession with giving me money-"

"You be talkin' too damn much sometimes with that pretty lil mouth of yours. Anybody eva' told you that?"

He slickly spoke, a smirk plastered onto his lips. Kaliyah just paused, his words ringing in her ears as her cheeks began to warm up. Her heart just fluttered as he continued to grin at her.

"Just say thank you Kaliyah, damn. It's not that hard."

He kept going.

"Thank you, Von... even though I didn't need it-"

"I neva said you needed it beautiful. I just wanted ta give it ta you."

Kaliyah just chewed the inside of her cheek, feeling herself blushing real hard. Between the way he was looking at her, and his slick compliments, she just couldn't escape the fact that she was crushing hard on him.

"Here is your card back, miss."

The waiters voice could be heard, just as she looked up. He came towards her again, handing her the debit card as she took it.

"Thank you-"

Kaliyah began to speak but was cut off by the sight of Duke. He was standing all the way on the other side of the restaurant, speaking with one of the host.

"Oh wow just great..."

She mumbled, not expecting to see him at all.

"What's up? You good?"

Dayvon questioned, noticing the instant change in her mood. Kaliyah just couldn't keep her eyes off Duke as they instantly made eye contact. She scoffed lightly before looking away.

"Yeah Im fine. I just gotta go."

She said, looking back at Von once again. He just sucked his teeth.

"You not goin' nowhere Kaliyah."

He sternly spoke.

"You are not the boss of me Von."

She giggled. She couldn't believe how annoyed Von seemed with her having to end the call. It was cute.

"Why you gotta go for? I thought you said you was by yoself?"

He continued to frown. Kaliyah just looked up again, noticing Duke now heading right towards her direction.

"Yeah... I thought so too."

She mumbled. By the tone in her voice, Dayvon could tell that Duke was probably there. He could instantly see how not happy Kaliyah seemed, which made him wonder why she was even with him in the first place.

"Mannn on O' Ion give a fuck about yo boyfriend. You can tell him I said wassup."

"Goodbye Vonnnn. Im hanging up now."

She chuckled, watching as he seemed annoyed.

"Swea' if you hang up this phone Kaliyah, you ain't neva hearing from me again."

Von continued to press.

"Von please just stop it, I gotta gooooo!"

Kaliyah whined. Duke was getting closer to her now and she really didn't not want him to see her on FaceTime with Dayvon. Von though, simply did not care if Duke saw him or not. He just loved to get on Kaliyah's nerves. He couldn't help but smirk at her as she gave him a look.

"Aiight, Kali. Bye."

He finally said, waving her off.

"Bye Von. And please don't play with me."

She warned him. They gave each other a look, the smirk never leaving his face before he nodded his head.

"I won't Kaliyah. I promise."

He finally said, earning a small smile from her again. He couldn't help but chuckle as she cheesed at him before hanging up the phone.

"Who were you on the phone with just now, cheesing like that?"

Duke's voice could be heard just as he finally approached the table. Kaliyah could instantly feel her mood shifting as her smile quickly faded away. She looked up at him as he just stood there, eyeing her suspiciously.

"You know what-"

She began, gathering up all her things. She grabbed her purse and bag of food before getting up out of her seat.

"You have a lot of nerve to question me right now, when you were the one that stood me up tonight."

Kaliyah snapped, glaring at him.

"Damn, ok Kaliyah hold on.."

Duke said, gently grabbing onto her arm.

"Please don't touch me, Duke."

She yanked her arm away from his grip before stepping back. He just sucked sucked teeth with annoyance.

"Look I'm sorry Im late. It was some shit I had to take care of, and I got into some trouble wit some niggas outwest, which took me forever to handle."

"Trouble? What trouble?"

She questioned. Duke just refrained from speaking, instead giving her a straight faced look. Kaliyah knew that he hated talking about anything street related with her. I mean, he still was the biggest drug dealer in Chicago, so he was always finding himself getting into trouble.

"Look, it don't even matter. You and I can still talk-"

"Duke there is nothing to really discuss. Im just tired of whatever this is we have going on. I don't want to do this anymore with you."

She pointed.

"You don't mean that shit Kali. You and I have been with each other for over 3 years-"

"Time means nothing to me anymore, because it clearly meant nothing to you."

She cut him off. He just frowned his face up.

"Look Duke... I know that I said I was going to think about us and try to see if you and I could find our way back to each other... but I literally just can't anymore-"

"You can't what?"

Duke said through gritted teeth. She could see the fire in his eyes as he glared down at her now.

"I can't stand to be around you anymore. You have become somebody completely different these last few weeks. I just feel like it's best if we just go our separate ways. I don't really want to be with you, or anyone right now."

"Is this because of Von? Huh?"

He blurted out, eyeing her with rage. Kaliyah just paused for a second, seeing how serious he was.

"I literally saw you yet again talking to him yesterday at the club. You know he has a girlfriend right? Yo stupid ass cousin Asian."

He snapped.

"So if you think you gon' leave me for him then you must be real stupid Kaliyah-"

"Goodbye Duke. I've had enough of this bullshit."

Kaliyah grumbled before moving right past him. Duke quickly snatched her arm, roughly pulling her back before making her face him directly. His face was filled with anger as he just glared down at her. She could feel people in the restaurant beginning to look in their direction as Duke had a tight grip on her arm.

"Duke, you're hurting me-"

"I swear you are so lucky it's people around Kaliyah."

He sneered. She could feel a lump in her throat forming as she saw nothing but pure hatred and disgust in his eyes. Thinking quickly, Kaliyah used her knee as she jerked it up, hitting him right in between his groin area. Duke instantly let go of her, letting out a low groan as he hunched over in pain.

"Ma'am, are you okay?"

One older man said, quickly approaching the two as Kaliyah watched Duke continue to wince in pain. She just stepped back, shaking her head before turning on her heel. She couldn't believe that he would grab her up like that, let alone threaten her in front of everyone at the restaurant.

His behavior was starting to scare her, which is something she never imagined to ever happen before. Duke never used to be like this at all. Back when they first started dating, he was always so sweet and caring toward her.

Maybe Shay was right. Maybe people do really change.

Kali thought to herself as she rushed out the restaurant. She could feel her heart racing as she was hoping and praying that Duke didn't follow her out. She made it through the parking lot all the way to her car before hopping in safely. Kaliyah wasted no time locking all the doors before starting up the engine.

Even though tonight ended badly, she hoped that this would be the very last time she ever saw Duke again. She said her peace with him, and now she was ready to just be done with once and for all.
