The summer passed really fast and after my small trip to Greece with my mother I was now sitting at the table in the dining room enjoying breakfast in my Slytherin robe. After breakfast, I had arranged to go with my mom and brother to Diagon Alley to buy everything that I needed from my seventh and final year
Lucius: The Weasleys saw a bit of money for once in their lives and decided to give it all for holidays, that is hilarious
He said looking at the newspaper, and I smiled innocently while looking at my father
Y/n: Well, I learned that they wanted to visit their eldest son who is working there
I said taking a bite from my pancakes and my father let out a small laugh
Lucy: Yeah, I don't care whatever your little Weasley friend says. Still can't believe that my own daughter is socializing with Mudbloods and blood traitors.
He said, standing up and slamming the newspaper on the table. I looked at my plate, not daring to say another thing that I knew would make him angrier. I mean, I didn't say anything bad to make him this upset! My mother put her hand on his shoulder and whispered something at him. He sighed and walked up to me
Lucius: I hope you won't disappoint me like you did last year and finally change your stupid friends and find friends more like your brother's
He said, wearing his coat and leaving the room. I felt tears in my eyes at the thought that I disappointed him. All I wanted was to make my father proud, and that is what I have been trying to do for my entire life, but it seems like that wasn't enough for him. But whatever he says I am not changing my friends
Narcissa: Don't listen to him, dear because we are both very proud of you
She said, handing me the newspaper before walking out of the room, following my father. Draco put his hand on my shoulder and squeezed it gently with a comforting smile. I smiled looking at the picture of Percy between his family members waving at the camera and I removed the page with the photo and put it in my pocket. Then I heard my mom calling for my brother and me, telling us that it was time to go. When I stepped outside my house, I immediately apparated to Diagon Alley
I was in a pet shop in Diagon Alley buying some food from Astra while having Atlas in my hands. I thanked the cashier and when I turned around to live, I was surprised to see the trio entering the shop
Y/n: Oh hi guys
I said with a polite smile, and they all turned to me. Hermione's face lit up when she saw me, while the other two gave me a friendly smile
Hermione: Y/n
She said, hugging me before she petted Atlas's head with a smile on her face. Atlas was excited to me new people and immediately started giving small kisses on her hands
Hermione: He is so cute
She said, and I thanked her before turning to the boys who were smiling at the small puppy
Y/n: Your rat looks awful, Ron, is he alright?
I asked with a concerned look, looking at how weak and tired his rat looked before he scoffed
Ron: No, of course, he is not! That bloody thing lives for twelve years
He said, pointing at his rat with a movement of his head, and I nodded at him with an apologetic look on my face
Y/n: Well, I hope he gets better! Is Percy here with you?
I asked with a smile and the three of them smirked at me
Ron: I was beginning to get concerned when you didn't ask, but he is here somewhere
He said, and I nodded with a smile on my face. I picked up the bag with Astra's food and headed towards the door
Y/n: Well, thanks, Ron! I will go find him
I said with a smile, leaving the room and going to the place where I knew I would definitely bump into ginger. I gave Atlas to my mom and told her that I needed to go somewhere before I went into the place that we both loved. That was the bookshop! I entered and started looking around for the well-known ginger hair, which I noticed sitting in a small chair reading a book behind a huge pile of others. I smiled to myself and went to hug him from behind.
Y/n: Hello there ginger
He jumped in fright but relaxed when he heard my voice. He looked up at me with a smile and a blush on his face. He grew up over the same. He got taller and his hair was messier than usual, which I loved, but he was looking at me with the same brown eyes that I had fallen for
Percy: You scared me
He said with a laugh leaving his mouth and I laughed too before I kissed his cheek which made him redder than his hair. I was still hugging him from behind and looking at the book he was reading before he closed it and put it on the table in front of him
Percy: You know you sound like an otter when you laugh
He said, looking at me with an adoring smile. I scoffed and playfully hit his shoulder
Y/n: Shove off
I said, pretending to walk away, but he pulled me by my wrist and made me sit on his lap with a giggle leaving my mouth before he wrapped his arms around my waist.
Percy: I found you a new nickname
He said, and I wrapped my arms around his neck with a small laugh
Y/n: Are you seriously going to call me "Otter" from now on?
I asked with a smile and he nodded
Percy: I think Ottie is better, and you call me ginger all the time, so now we are even
He said with a smile and I laugh
Y/n:Finee
I said with a smile, secretly loving the nickname with my whole heart. No, it is seriously the cutest thing in the whole world! He put his hand on my cheek before rubbing it slowly, which made me blush like crazy
Percy: I missed you so much, Ottie
He said before he kissed me after two months of not seeing each other. I kissed him back while our lips moved perfectly against each other. I rested my hands on the back of his neck, pulling him deeper into the kiss while exploring his mouth with my tongue, and he did the same. I smiled into the kiss before we heard someone clearing his throat, and we both pulled away, looking at a smirking Hermione. She was carrying a bunch of books in her hands and then she smiled
Hermione: Your mother and your parents are looking for both of you
She said, and we nodded before standing up. I took Percy's hand and exited the bookshop and immediately let go when we saw our parents talking together outside Ollivanders
Molly: I told you they will be somewhere together hanging out
She said with a smile, pulling me into a motheringly hug, which I returned before my mom shook hands with Percy. Draco was nowhere to be found, probably somewhere with his friends he found earlier.
Narcissa: It is time for me to go home, Y/n! Have you seen your brother anywhere?
She said, and I nodded negatively before she gave me Atlas who made himself comfortable in my arms
Narcissa: Well I am going to look for him, please apparate back home when you finish your shopping
She said winking at me and giving me a smile waving goodbye at the Weasleys and I nodded while watching her walk away. Percy's parents left to find their younger children before a familiar face walked up to me and gave me their hand
?: Charlie Weasley
He said, and I shook his hand with a smile on my face. I remember him from my first years at Hogwarts because he was a very famous headboy and Quidditch player. I still remember Ruby waking me up every morning when the Gryffindor team had practice, so she could watch not only Oliver but also Charlie Weasley practice. We were hiding behind some equipment and watched their entire practice. I mean Ruby did because I mostly fall asleep on the grass
Y/n: Y/n Malfoy
I said shaking his hand and he nodded knowingly
Charlie: I remember you from school, and you are also the girl that the tosser here can't stop talking about
He said with a smile and I looked at the red from embarrassment Percy giving glares at his older brother
Charlie: Don't worry, I won't tell anyone about it
He said winking at me and I smiled
Y/n: Yeah, it is fine with me
I said that to reassure Percy that it was fine that his brother knew about our relationship, and he smiled at me with a sigh of relief. He put his hand around my waist, but Atlas gently pushed it away with his small feet and made Percy take his arm away
Charlie: Looks like you have competition brother
He said with a laugh before walking away, then Percy looked down at the small sleepy puppy in my arms
Percy: She is my girlfriend buddy
He said to him, but Atlas just showed him his small tongue before he made himself even more comfortable in my arms, completely ignoring that Percy was here. I let out a small laugh before petting Atlas's head gently with a smile on my face. Percy glared at the small dog, which made me laugh even harder
Y/n: Don't tell me you are jealous of my little baby here
I said looking at almost sleepy Atlas and Percy scoffed before he coursed his arms annoyed
Percy: Of course not, but I am here too
He said looking around annoyed while I was petting Atlas's head making him fall asleep, and I smiled taking his hand in mine, but also trying to find something and change the subject. Then I smiled before remembering something that he mentioned in one of his last letters. He told me that Hermes and Astra had become a couple, which made me really emotional knowing that my little owl was growing up
Y/n: Can you believe that our owls are in a relationship?
I said with a smile, and he laughed before putting his hand around my waist now that Atlas had fallen asleep and couldn't make him take his arm away
Percy: Looks like they were influenced by their parents
He said, kissing my forehead and I smiled looking around at the unknown wizards who were walking around us with smiles on their faces.
