ooo. this chapter also might be a bit rushed
ooo. it was the next day and sometime in the morning; i dont really know since theirs so clocks on this ship... but it was pretty okay weather today, I was currently writing in a small journal that i was planning on using to record the pirate life and journey of luffy obtaining the one piece and becoming the 'king of the pirates' well... luffy wouldn't stop bugging me this morning during breakfast about it... so i finially caved- but i suppose it's better than nothing, and i am a writer so i guess its not all that bad.
Anyhow- i was out on the deck on a lawn chair that sanji so greatfully got me from out of the storage compartment. "Looks like we lost the wind again" i hear nami say, "if this keeps up; just getting to little garden will take forever." Nami says; making me remember how during yesterday's girl time, nami told me about that ms.all sunday, and how this baroque work company is after us all because now apparently we've discovered the identity of one of the warlords named crocodile.
"That means we won't be moving for a while." Nami finishes, "Time is running out as we speak..." Vivi says; disheartened and worried. I put my notebook down as i look up at her after putting my sunglasses up onto my hair. "Don't worry vivi, i'm sure we'll get there soon, but we can't just rush things." I tell vivi, who nods at my reasurence, that seems to work a little bit- not compeletly, but mostly.
"I know... but i cant help but worry about my country." She says, i nod. "That makes sence." I respond, "momoko's right, the wind will pick up; i'm sure of it" Nami adds as she puts a hand on Vivi's shoulder. "Fish! Time to fish!" Luffy says, i frown and shiver at the sound of fish, 'of course... fish' I think as i frown in distaste. Vivi's duck named karoo appearing as well.
"Hey guys, do any of you know where the bait is?" Sanji asks- holding a bucket that has a left over sent of the nasty fishing bait. "Bait? Oh, the stuff that was in there? I ate it." Luffy says, i look at luffy with a deep frown and a look of disgust, 'is luffy for real? THAT WAS BUGS!!' I look at luffy with disgust. "YOU ATE IT?! Those were bugs, ya' know!" Sanji shouts as a irk mark forms, at the sound of luffy eating bugs, usopp's eyes nearly pop out.
"Really? It was yummy" At this i have to cover my mouth, 'i think i'm gonna get sick' I move my head to the side, "DONT EAT STUFF LIKE THAT!!" Usopp shouts, "Now what?! We cant fish mow that you've eaten our bait!" Sanji shouts, i pause, 'no tait... means no fish... no fish... means i won't have to feel disgusted about the smell of it... but the others need fish... *sigh* guess its not all that good that there's no more bait'
"Try using this." Luffy offers a... actually i don't know what it is... but it smells gross. "What the hell is that luffy? It smells nasty!! It smells almost as nasty as you smell" i say, getting up from my spot and leaning over the top decks railing while looking down at the people on the bottom deck. "Well, We cant fish with that you idiot!" Sanji shouts at luffy as well. "Those are some picky fish." Luffy says, "how bout' him?" Luffy says, pointing to the duck. "Oh. That sounds okay." Sanji says.
"I guess that could work" i say as i walk down to the bottom deck where i stand a bit behind the duck. This makes the duck freak out and start running around the mast, this causes sanji, and luffy to also run after the duck in circles; I laugh harshly at their chase. Then- sanji and luffy step over zoro's feet; "ARGH!! DAMNIT, YOU GUYS!! KNOCK IT OFF!!" Zoro shouts as he has veins popping, i feel my lips quiver- before i immediately burst into more laughs.
This makes zoro grit his teeth as he radiates angryness. "Is it too much to ask... FOR YOU GUYS TO BE WORRIED!" Nami shouts- hitting the railing; this makes everyone stop im like me. "what should we be worried about?" Luffy asks, i dumbfound at luffy's question. "Your such a moron luffy" i mumble, "Nami-san is so beautiful when she's angry, too!" Sanji says as his eyes are in the shape of heart's, he was also blushing.
"Come on!" Nami says with a bit of annoyance, "its weird that your captian having 30 million berri bounty on his head, he doesn't particularly come off as terrifying." Vivi says in a bit of disbelief- wait, did vivi just say that luffy has 30 million bounty?... luffy? Him? How'd he get that? Is that even possible?? "Well, it might be hard to imagine, but he's beaten some pirates with a big name. Like arlong, a fishman who was bent on rulling over the east blue, then there was don krieg, also captian kuro, an unknown pirate notorious for his cunning methods." Nami informs- i blink in surprise.
'No way- i've heard of some of these people... well; except for that kuro guy who is he anyways?? but even then; these dont seem like any easy foes... was my feeling that i felt when i met luffy actually real?.' I ponder as my eyebrows furrow as i look at the goofy acting luffy. "You forgot one." I hear zoro say, i look over at zoro, "who is that?" I ask, i wonder what kind of foe luffy beat. "Huh?" I hear nami say, "it was that navy freak who weilds a huge axe-hand." Zoro says, I tilt my head as i try and think of who he's talking about.
"Oh yeah! Axe-hand morgan!" Nami says, I put my hands on my hips as i try and think of who zoro's talking about. "Axe-hand morgan? I've heard of him before.." i look at vivi to see her sweating a bit. "Hm? Who is he then vivi?" I ask, "Well... i heard he's a navy captian whose feared in the east blue." Vivi says; i nod as if i know who that guy might be. "Yeah... i totally know him." I say as i look away with sweat, "yeah thats a lie." I hear usopp and nami mumble.
"So... your saying that luffy actually beat this guy?" Vivi says, her sent had disbelief in it. I look at how usopp, sanii, and luffy; were now trying to tie a rope around the ducks mouth. "Oh! The old axe-hand guy! That reminds me, i wonder how that kid with his is up to now... wonder if he's stilll at the marine base?" luffy says, pausing in his attempt at tieing that duck down- which gives it the chance for the duck to escape the three's grasps.
Nami puts her hands on the railing, "whose he?" Nami asks, i nod with agreement. "Yeah! His names koby!" Luffy says, not really caring about capturing the duck anymore. "So he wanted to be in the marines then? Am i right?" I ask luffy who nods, "mmhm, sure did. He's my friend, i hope i see him again, maybe he's gotten better?" Luffy ponders, i smile at luffy's friendly care for not wanting to make this koby guy be something he isn't... i bite my lip to stop the feeling of the past... never mind... its not good to think of them...
ooo. seated at the kitchen table- nami, vivi, and i, sit at the table- and while vivi and nami were across from me and they were working on nami's map- i was working on the book that would be about the story of our crew- but since we don't have a official name so for now, the title will mostly be empty if not entirely... but you get what im trying to say... wait- what does that mean?... never mind.
As we were working, usopp was yelling and since the window was cracked open; it was easy to hear his yells, feeling my eye twitch- a irk mark appears on my cheek, "DONT YOU SEE WE'RE WORKING USOPP?! IF YOU DONT SHUT IT, ILL COME OUT THERE AND STICK MY FOOT UP YOUR ASS!!" I shout as a vein pops, and hey- i know most would think im being dramatic; and yeah, it is a bit overdramatic- but with usopp shouting, it makes it quite hard to focus and write, and i had my creative flow going, so excuse me for getting pissed.
Vivi sweatdrops at me, "for someone having a soft voice, you sure can be aggressive." Vivi sweats- i huff after yelling at the boy, i then shut the window and sit back down and go beck to writing, vivi sweatdrops again. Nami just shrugs, "yeah, i might only have known momoko for a about a week now, but now im kinda getting used to it." Nami says as she continues... doing whatever navigators do, when it comes to drawing maps.
Then my nose picks up on a delicious smell; probably something that sanji is cooking up- nami and vivi seem to pick up on the delicious smell as well. "Oh wow, whats that smell? It smells delicious." Vivi says, perking up. "Momoko? Do uou know what it is? I mean- you seem to have a excellent sense of smell." Nami asks, "hmm... it smells like... a type of tart." I answer after thinking for a bit.
Then- sanji comes, and he was holding a trey with three small treats and its just as my nose suspected; the treat was indeed a apple tart, and in sanji's other hand was some tea cups and a tea pot. "Ladies, for today's desert, i've made tarte aux poires, bon appétit." Sanji says; just like a gentleman that he is... well when it comes to first impressions to women that is... he's not so gentlemanly when it comes to men... as i look at the tarte's with amazement, usopp appears- also looking at the deserts with amazement.

ooo. this is actually the first time that momoko learned of luffy's bounty lol
ooo. momoko has a soft voice, but can be agressive sometimes, which is a bit surprising for people at first...
ooo. momoko hates bugs, she thinks their disgusting
