It's been two days since I've seen or heard from Chris, we haven't talked since he just dipped out on me the other day. No explanation at all, he just left and stopped answering my calls.
I don't know what I did wrong, but I can't make it right if he won't talk to me.
After eating my food on my lunch break, I decided to go pass Third Eye and pay him a visit.
Soon as I entered the building, I saw him giving someone an ankle tat.
"Hi, can we talk?" I approached his station
He briefly stopped and look at me "Uh, yeah. Give me a few minutes. You can go in my office." He said
I nodded and went to the back where his office was. I sat down and waited, scrolling on TikTok to kill time. After about 10 minutes, he came into his office, closing the door behind him.
"Wassup?"
I locked my phone, putting it in my purse "That's what I'd like to know. You been giving me cold shoulder."
"I been busy." He shrugged, leaning against his desk
"Too busy to send a text or call?" I stood up
"You was too busy to text or call the other day."
"Wha-Nigga I told you my phone died"
"How I know you ain't lying?"
"Chris, are you hearing yourself right now? You saw me put the phone on the charger."
"Ok, why Derrick still contacting you?"
"Baby Derrick is remedial. I've blocked him at least 20 times, he just keeps calling" I explained "What is this all about?"
He sighed, sitting on the couch "So you remember I told you my ex came in here the other day, right?"
"Yeah. Are y'all back together or something? If that's the case you could've-"
"Hell no. Just listen, me and her broke up about 3 months ago. She used to cheat on me like a dog, I mean niggas galore. Seeing her just triggered something in me."
"Baby" I went and sat beside him "You could've talked to me about it."
"I know that now, I apologize for jumping to conclusions. I just needed some time to clear my head."
"Apology accepted." I turned his face toward me "Don't shut me out, ok? If this is gonna' work we have to communicate. I'm done with the toxic shit."
"I understand. I'll work on my communication." He nodded, pecking my lips. "I missed yo' kisses."
"Mhm." I pursed my lips and stubbornly pecked back
His pecks turned into a full blown kiss, which led to him laying me back on the couch. His hand slid underneath my shirt, caressing my bare skin. I moaned into his mouth, spreading my legs so he could put his body between them. Just as things started getting heated, someone knocked at the office door.
He pulled away, sighing deeply "Yeah?"
I continued kissing along his jawline, wrapping a leg around his waist.
"You got another client." one of his coworkers said
"A'ight. I'm coming give me a few minutes."

"See that ain't right, you giving me cold shoulder now." He said, following me out of his office

I adjusted the belt on my trench coat before knocking at the door.

"Nah, I'm finna bring yo niece and nephews pass in like a hour. Me and Mel finna' have date night."
"Shit I'm finna have date night too." Chris chuckled
"Please bro, the babysitter canceled last minute."
I untied the belt from my coat as I stood facing him. I slowly slid it down my shoulders as he watched.
"Fine bring they lil bad-" he stared at me with his mouth slightly agape
I held the coat open revealing my naked body as I seductively stared at him. Chris lustfully gazed at me, placing the phone down.
"Hello?" Mario asked
"Give me a hour." He said before ending the call
I let the coat completely fall off me and onto the floor. I walked over to him and straddled his lap. We kissed passionately as I felt his erection brush against my bare center. Our tongues intertwined and by now I'm sure his sweats had a wet spot from my juices.
We pulled away from the kiss and my mouth went to his neck, licking and kissing a trail to the back of his ear.

"My bad man, I was busy."
"Busy in some pu-" Melanie nudged him as she walked in holding Mario's son, Armon

"Hey, where's Erin?"
"Shower. Upstairs to your right." I directed "You can lay lil' man in the guest room which is right next to it."
"Ok, babe I'm gonna' go say hey, I'll be right back." She said to Mario who was helping his daughter, Nia, fix her tablet
"Ok." He replied
"Nice house by the way, Chris." She complimented
"Thanks."
She walked upstairs and I spoke to Chase, Mario's first son. He has three kids, Chase who's 5, his little girl Nia who is 5, and Armon who just turned 3.
Chase and Nia are not twins, my brother was just being a hoe at the time and got project twins.
"Hey uncle Chris." He smiled
"Wassup man. You ready to play some madden?"
"Ok, but I gotta' warn you, I'm too nice." He grinned
"Yeah, 'cus I taught you."
"And I taught you, so technically greatness just in my son blood." Mario interjected
"Nigga, we all share some of the same blood."
I squinted
"Yeah but you ain't the fruit of my loins so it's different."
"What about loins?" Melanie came back downstairs
Mario chuckled "Nothing baby, you ready to go?"
"Yeah." She hugged all the kids "We'll be back to pick y'all up later. Ok?"
They replied with an okay as they hugged her back. Mel the first girl I ever seen that get along with his kids, I hope they actually stay together this time.
"Y'all have fun now." I waved and smiled as they walked out the door "Don't do nothing I wouldn't do."
"Tuh, bye nigga." Mario opened the car door for her
I closed the front door and locked it.
"Oue, she's pretty." I heard Nia say
I turned around and Erin was coming downstairs with my sweats and shirt on.
"Thank you, cutie." She smiled at Nia
"Uncle Chris, that's yo girlfriend?" Chase asked, smirking
"Yeah, Chase." I chuckled
"She bad." He nodded, winking at Erin
"Boy, sit down." I laughed
"And you're so handsome." Erin chuckled
Chase blushed as he sat on the couch beside Nia. He became invested in what she was playing on her tablet, so they both sat and watched it.
"What about me?" I pulled her to me
"You a'ight." She shrugged
I sucked my teeth "Judging by the way you I just had you hollerin' I'm more than a'ight." I whispered in her ear
"Nah I just got a thing for ugly guys. They more humble." She joked
Just then, Armon started crying from upstairs.
"See, you woke the baby up." I pulled away from her
"Boy" she sucked her teeth, going to sit beside Nia and Chase
I went upstairs to get Armon but not before glancing at how good she looked entertaining the kids. Some females don't like kids, but it's like it came natural to her. I fuck with that because I love these kids like they my own.
Erin does and says all the right things, shit have a nigga weak in the knees.
