Third Person:
Kanao gets punched so hard, she breaks through two doors and lands in the room across. The girls trying to defend her earlier scream in fear.
Warabihime: How dare you lay a finger on me? Keep your hands to yourself, rotten little brat! Someone needs to discipline, you and harshly. I'm more than happy to volunteer.
A man in a purple kimono and a grey jacket talks.
Sir: Oiran Warabihime...
He gets down on his knees.
Sir: I beg of you, please, please find a way to forgive her. Customers will be arriving very soon, and we need you. I'll see that she's reprimanded harshly. You have my word. I'm begging you. I'll be humiliated tonight without you.
Warabihime turns to his direction and smiles sweetly.
Warabihime: I suppose I was just a bit too hard seeing as she's a newcomer. See that her wounds I looked at. And please, Master, raise your head and stand up. I am the one who should be apologizing right now. Lately, so many things have left me irritated, you see. I'm heading off to work, so get this place tidied up.
Lavender: Yes! Of course!
Sir: Call for some help and get this room order! Don't do anything that would get on Oiran Warabihime's nerves.
That little brat. Even though that girl is knocked out cold over there... Her injuries are only minor, which must be a result of the defensive fine technique. She's no civilian. I bet she's with a Demon Slayer Corps. That said, she doesn't have the skill of a Hashira.
Warabihime fixes her lipstick and smiles happily.
Warabihime: it might have taken a bit longer than I expected, but it seems they've finally taken the bait. Let's see what you got, swordsmen. I'd be more than happy to devour everyone of you.
Nezuko was walking around holding stuff in her hands.
What an unsettling feeling. At night, in this city... there's a murky presence in the air.
Girl: Zenko!
Girls: Zenko!
Kanao opened her eyes. She gasped as she sat up. They all smiled, relieved.
Brown: Thank goodness.
Lavender: Are you all right, Zenko?
Kanao: ... What just happened?
Camo: After you got punched, you blacked out, Zenko! We were worried sick!
Kanao: Oh... That's right. I'm just a bit dizzy as all. I had the weirdest dream I had become a man.
Camo: we brought you some food, Zenko, so eat up!
Brown: And use this to keep the swelling down.
Kanao: Ow ow ow!
Camo: You gonna be OK?
Kanao: Yeah. It's not as bad as it looks... I think.
Lavender: Thank you for earlier. This only happened because you defended me.
Kanao: Well, of course I did. Anyone would rescue a person in need. Isn't that right? Especially if you're an elder child, like I am! That's why I can't just stand by while a younger girl is crying!

Brown: And get lots of rest, okay?
Kanao: Right. Thank you so much.
Kanao waved as the girls closed the door and left. She looked at her cloth, and then the door. That's when her smile sweetened. Suddenly there were purple ropes around her. They wrapped around her.
Nge: Oiran! Oiran! Come on. Let's play! Let's play!
Koinatsu: All right, then.
Ora: Oiran! Can you read me a story?
Koinatsu: Well, certainly. Which should I read?
Ora: Let's see. How about...
Nge: This one! can you read me the story?
Koinatsu: When I finish reading hers, are right? I promise I'll get to yours after.
Ora: You can just read mine later.
Nge: Read mine later!
Ora: Why are you always copying me?
Nge: Well... uh...
Koinatsu: Now, now, you two. That reminds me. Come see. I have something to give you two.
Nge: What is it?

Koinatsu turned around and revealed silver and gold hairpins.
Orange: Wow!

Sir: Dismissed! Don't ever mention Zenko's name again. Tell the others not to, either. This wouldn't have happened if they hadn't got on Oiran Warabihime's nerves. Both Zenko and O-Mitsu.
Aoi: I told you! There's a demon at my house, all right?
Aoi and Nezuko were sitting on a rooftop.
Nezuko: Really?
Aoi: I'm telling you, it looked like this! You know what I mean. Like this!
Nezuko: Yeah. I totally believe you. Just hold on a second.
Aoi: Like this! Now you see what I'm saying?
Nezuko: Yeah. Anyway, Mr. Shabana and Kanao should be coming to check in soon.
Aoi: And it was like this! I couldn't be any clearer here if I tried!
Nezuko nodded.
Gyutaro: Kanao won't be coming.
Nezuko and Aoi turned to face Gyutaro, who was sitting at the edge of the rooftop.
There's no doubt, Aoi thinks. This guy's the real deal! He didn't make a sound, not even the slightest puff of air.
Nezuko: Wait, Kanao's not coming? What do you mean by that?
Gyutaro: I feel bad now about putting you all through this. It seems I was so desperate to rescue my sister in time that I made some poor decisions regarding the mission. As it stands, Kanao is missing. There's been no contact since last night. U2 should leave now. You're ranked too low for this. If the demon here turns out to be an upper rank, you'll be dead weight. If you vanish from here, they'll just assume that you're dead.
Gyutaro stood up.
Gyutaro: Therefore, I'm continuing on my own.
Nezuko: Please Mr. Shabana! We can help—
Gyutaro: Don't be ashamed. Life is all about survival, so take this chance and get out.
He was instantly gone after that.
Aoi: Get back here, ugly man!
Nezuko: Maybe he's not able to put his trust in us. Is it because we're the lowest rank?
Aoi: We're not the lowest rank now. We're Kanoe. We did get promoted.
Nezuko: Huh?
Aoi: Did you forget the rankings?

Aoi: we used to be Mizunoto, at the very bottom right? Well, now we're far from the bottom, Kanoe!
Ozaki: Wait, what? You guys actually caught up to me?
Aoi head laughed.
Aoi: Eat it, you pissant crybaby! We'll be moving past you in no time!
Ozaki: Say that again, you stupid boar!
Aoi: I will do you one better!
The two girl heads fought. Zenitsu threw his coin at them to separate them.
Aoi: You ready? Watch this. Show me my current ranking.
Aoi's rank, KANOE, appeared on the back of her hand as she showed it to Nezuko.
Aoi: Cool huh?
Nezuko looked surprised yet confused.
What was that?
Aoi: What? They messed with your hand on Wisteria Mountain, right?
Nezuko: I think I remember that, but I'm not sure. I was so exhausted.
Aoi: Wisteria Flower Engraving. You have to say that phrase and flex your muscles to invoke it.
Nezuko: I had no clue we could do stuff like that.
Aoi: It proves we're Demon Slayer Corps.
Nezuko sighed.
Aoi: Come on now. Cheer up!
Aoi hit Nezuko's back.
Nezuko: That's right! We don't have time to mope around! I'll head over to your Ogimoto House once night falls, so wait for me till then. It's too risky to make a move alone.
Aoi: Why should I wait for you?
Nezuko: I still need to finish investigating my own house!
Aoi grabbed Nezuko's left cheek.
Aoi: I already told you the demons at my house, so quit wasting our time!
Nezuko: Wait till night? How stupid are you?
Random: Do they ever shut up?
Nezuko: That's not what I meant! Mr. Shabana was patrolling outside of our houses during the night, right? Even so, can I still disappeared, and the demon over at your place is nowhere to be seen right now!
Aoi continued to hurt her.
Nezuko: Aoi, can you please stop smacking me around? Which leads me to believe there's a passage that leads into the building.
Aoi stopped.
Aoi: Passage?
Nezuko: That's right. And it hasn't been spotted going in and out of the house, which means the demon is probably working from the inside. If that is what's happening here, and it's cleverly disguising itself as a human, then it would kill its victims carefully. Makes sense, right?
Aoi: Yeah, it does. Cleaning up after a motor would be a real hassle. Washing blood stains is no easy task.
Nezuko: This is a nightlife District, which can be convenient for demons, but also an obstacle. They've got to work at night after all. It'd be odd if they weren't around.
Aoi: You're right.
Nezuko: I think Kanao and Mr. Shabana's sister are all still alive, so I'll proceed with that in mind, and I will rescue them. I want you to take action with that in mind to, Aoi. But at the same time, I don't want you to die. Is that all right with you?
Aoi: I think everything you said just now... Is exactly what I was about to say myself!
Nge: Oiran, we brought you your tea.
Koinatsu: Why, thank you. I can do the rest of it myself. You two go on and have dinner.
Nge: All right!
Orange leaves the room.
Ora: Well be going on ahead then. Don't be long!
They come back.
Nge: I love you, Oiran Koinatsu!
Ora: I love you too, Oiran!
Koinatsu: How sweet. I love you both as well. Now get to dinner, you two.
Orange: Okay!
Nge: Oiran looked happy, didn't she?
Ora: She did!
The giggle and go to dinner.
Koinatsu: Those girls are something else.
Koinatsu looks at herself in the mirror.
Nezuko: Miss Koinatsu?
Koinatsu gasps and turns around. Nezuko is wearing her demon slayer uniform.
Koinatsu: O- Sumi? It's you?
Nezuko: Forgive me for intruding just now. However, I have a favor to ask. I'm leaving the Tokito House after this. Would you give Master my payment for lodging?
Nezuko takes an envelope out of her hands and slides it over to Koinatsu.
Koinatsu: What's going on? And why are you dressed so...
Nezuko: I had to dress as a civilian for my mission, but I'm actually a Corps member.
Koinatsu: Oh.. Is see... But you have your reasons, right? Were you worried about Ume for real, or was that just a lie?
Nezuko: No! I was telling the truth! I would never lie like that! As for everyone that vanished, I promise I'll rescue them.
Koinatsu smiled.
Koinatsu: Why, thank you. I think I needed to hear that. Because you see, I'm actually leaving this district for good tomorrow.
Nezuko: No way. Are you, really? You must be ecstatic about that!
Koinatsu: It seems there is someone who would want even me as his wife, which makes me so happy. But... That could be why I've been worried sick lately about those I'm leaving behind. Even if I thought I knew something was wrong, I'd have no way of even looking into it.

Nezuko: Right.
Nezuko left the room. Koinatsu turned around and looked through her stuff. She felt someone behind her and turned around.
Koinatsu: Did you forget some thing?
Behind her was a demon with a purple top, and a matching purple skirt. There was a pink bow on the back of her skirt. She had black fishnet stockings on and pink sandals. She had long black hair that was tied into a ponytail. She had white and blue bandages on her arms. She had light purple horns and a light purple chocker. She had purple eyes that read Upper 6.
?: No, but thank you. However, I should really devour you before I do forget. Since tonight happens to be your last night here, you can't leave without saying goodbye.
She licked her lips. Koinatsu looked up at her scared.
