Mahi's POV
Though I was very upset with what happened at Surat, still I could not forget the way he held and kissed me. Despite all the efforts, I took and all the reasons I reminded myself to forget Ron, I could not get him out of my mind and after what happened at the Surat, I could not think of anything else but him. Only I knew, how I studied for my exam.
I reminded myself that he was in love with someone whom he was dreaming about but my stupid heart replied that he was dreaming, and when he woke up he said that he was not in love with anyone.
So, I must tell him about my feelings. Maybe he doesn't know how much I love him. If I give him my diary and cards he would come to know that it was not infatuation but my love. He would never reject my love when he comes to about the intensity of my feelings. No one can ever love him like that.
I made a decision that finally I will give him my cards and diaries.
The day for the party came and I was very excited as Ron was coming, I could not stop thinking about him after that night and that kiss at Sahaj's party, and now I am going to let him know how much I love him. So I got ready, taking special efforts. I even went to the saloon that was owned by Myra's mom to get ready.
Maya Aunty saw me there and she smiled at me.
" Hey, Mahi, good to see you here, any special occasion? "
" We have a party at my place, so I came to get ready. "
" Oh, yes, Myra told me. That Viren and she are going to your party. "
" Ji! "
" So you take any treatment and it is on house. " She smiled.
" Oh, no Aunty, please. "
" Oh, come on, sweetheart you are just like Myra to me. Please don't hesitate to take any service just because I am not charging or I will feel bad. Enjoy yourself."
" Thanks, Aunty. "
I got ready with flawless makeup which made me look better.
All the arrangements for the party were already done and a few guests had already come by the time I reached home. I changed into my new dress and went to the party.
A few of my friends had already come. Every girl in my class was very excited to come to my party because they wanted to meet my handsome brothers and their friends.
Even the girls, who were not my friends, requested me to invite them. And I did invite the whole class to my party. Except for the guy who has been trying to flirt with me for quite a long time. He was the same guy who was punched by Ron. I didn't want them to come face to face or Ron to tell my brother about the guy. Or they would have beaten him as well.
Many guests had arrived but my eyes were looking for Ron. My heartbeat was increasing. Ruhan and Sahaj were already there and we're enjoying already. Just then I saw Ron and Raj coming, my face lit up. I wanted to go and meet him but he didn't even look at me. Was he feeling guilty for kissing me and being in bed with me?
He was so sweet, and he was mine, I will convince him that no one could ever love him the way I do and I am sure he would accept my feelings.
My friend also saw him and said that he was looking so handsome but when I glared at her she smiled and said that she was saying it from my side.
" He is very handsome that is why you don't even look at any of the guys of our class they are kids in front of him. Your Ron is a handsome hunk. The boys of our class are crazy about you and you are crazy about him. You never accepted any friendship request because of him. Why don't you tell him your feelings? " She said.
" I am going to do it today, I will give him all the cards and diaries I had written for him, after reading them, he will know how serious I am about him. He would be aware that it is not infatuation that I feel for him and he would be able to the intensity of my feelings for him. " I said
" You will tell him today?? But how? There are so many people in the party."
" I will give that box to him and will ask him to open it in his room when he is alone. " I said.
"Wow! Good idea. "
So I took out my diaries and cards, and that panda he won for me, my rough notebook in which he wrote while teaching me maths.
I kept the cards and diaries in a box to give it to him. So that he could see it later on.
I was excited to go and talk to him... But he was with Bhai and other friends.
Just then I saw Ishaan, the guy who wanted to kiss me at Sahaj's pool party. I had not invited him then how did he come?
I went to confront him and send him back before Ron could see him. Or Ron might think that I liked that guy.
" What are you doing here? " I asked.
" I have come to attend the party. " He said casually.
"But I have not invited you. " I said bluntly.
" But you invited someone, who brought me here as her date. " He said with a smile.
" Who is that girl?? " I asked.
"Why are you feeling jealous that I am with another girl now? " He asked raising an eyebrow.
I just couldn't control myself at what he said and burst out laughing.
" Like seriously?? Let... " I was telling him that I was not interested in him at all. And he can date anyone he wants. But a deep voice interrupted me.
" What is this guy doing here? You called him to the party. " I didn't have to turn to know, who said that.
It was my Ron.
I could not help smiling, his dialogue was dripping with jealousy and possessiveness.
" Why are you grinning? Did you invite this guy here? " He asked getting annoyed.
" No, I didn't. " I shrugged.
" Then why is he here? And why were you laughing with him? What was so funny? " He was asking me but glaring at him.
" I asked him the same thing. " I said with a smile.
" And ? "
"And he said he came as someone's date. " I told him.
" Then why were you laughing at that? It is not something funny... Go and talk to your friends. " He said turning towards him. But I caught his arm.
" I suggest you go and be with your date or you will have to get out of the party. " I said firmly. And he rushed away.
" You should have asked him to leave or should have let me handle him. Tell me why were you laughing like that?" He said.
" He asked me If I was jealous to see him dating another girl. " I told him.
" Are you? " He looked into my eyes as if he was trying to read my thoughts.
" What? " I knew what was he asking but I was enjoying talking to him when he looked like a possessive boyfriend.
" Jealous? " He said.
" Do I look jealous to you? " I asked instead of answering.
" Then why does he think that you would be jealous if he came on a date with another girl?" He asked.
" Because he has asked me to be his girlfriend many times. " I told him casually.
" What? Why didn't you tell me earlier?" He looked angry all of a sudden.
" Does it matter? " I asked.
" Yes! You should tell Manik, Mihir, or me if someone is bothering you. " He said.
" You are not my brother... " I said immediately.
" I am very well aware of it, even better than you." He said with an odd expression.
" Then why should I tell you if someone is bothering me? " I asked looking into his eyes expecting him to say what I have been waiting to hear.
" Let it be, now go and let me handle him. " He said and was looking in the direction that guy went to.
" There is no need, he doesn't matter at all. But I need to talk to you. Please come with me. " I said. He shook his head.
"What is the matter? " He asked.
" Come with me. " I said pulling his hand.
" Where? " He took a step and stopped. He was so big and strong that I could not even pull him against his wish.
" Inside, to my room." I provided the reply.
