Esmeray had been ignoring me and it was annoying me.
"Why did you even grab her throat?" Alec asked.
"She had the same birthmark and I grabbed her before she could move away," I said and they raised their brows.
"You deserve it, having a woman you use to fuck that close to you will bring thoughts to your girl's head," Alec said
"I swear this girl gets better every day," Kade chuckled.
"Wait, you said they have the same birthmark?" Alec asked and I nod.
"Sisters?" Kade asked
"I don't fucking know," I said because that wasn't the biggest puzzle for me.

I turned my laptop around and showed his birthmark.

I closed down my laptop and we walked out.

"Steele, what a surprise?" Shawn said as I entered his mansion.
"How are you doing son?" he asked and I gritted my teeth. Alec placed his hand on my shoulder and I sighed heavily.
"Let me get straight to why I'm here asshole," I said and he sat down.
"Is Annika your daughter?"
"What?"
"Did you fucking cheat on my mother and have kids outside your marriage?" I asked while raising my voice.
"Your mother didn't want any more children after you two-"

There's never an excuse to cheat in a marriage or relationship.

"And Esmeray?"
"I found out when I was at your house. She had her hair in a ponytail and I saw the birthmark. Did my research and it came up that she's his," she said.
"Why didn't you tell me?"
"I didn't think it was important,"
"It wasn't important that I maybe fucking your ex-husband's daughter," I said and she sighed.
"I know you hate him but you don't have to hate her,"
"I'm not gonna hate my wife because of that asshole," I said
"Good, go home to her and turn my tv back on," she said and I rolled my eyes.
I picked up the bouquet and unfold the note that was stuffed inside.
"You two are nasty," Celia said and I hid the note.
She chuckled while walking away. I placed the note in my pocket and we walked out of the kitchen.
We joined Hailey inside the movie room where we watch the little mermaid.
After the movie, we put her to bed. We had our nightly shower and met back in the living room.
Celia was working on a case, she had her files scattered on the coffee table.
I shook my cup before taking a long sip. I went back to reading and soon the main door opened.
Steele and Alec entered the living room and Celia looked at me with a smirk.

I ignored her and my husband before I was lifted up.
"Hey," I saw and he walked out with me.
"Steele put me down," I said and he ignored me.
He brought me to our room and closed the door. He placed me down and I head for the door.
"Annika is your sister,"
I froze as I held on to the doorknob. "What?"
"You're Annika," he repeated.
"Is this a joke?"
"No," he said
"When you walked in on us. I was looking at her birthmark. Yours is the same-"
"A birthmark doesn't-"
"My stepfather is your dad," he blurted out
"Okay now your fucking with me," I said.
After explaining she sat down. I pulled out my phone and gave her all the information I had.
She placed my phone down and got up. I watched as she picked up her notebook and walked out.
I let her
I went and have a shower. Cleaned my wound and changed my bandages. I got dressed and went to find her.
I entered the library and she was in a corner crying.
I went over to her and pulled her into me. "I don't even know why I'm crying," she said while sobbing.
"It's okay baby," I said and she hugged me.
After she was done she wiped her tears.
"I still hate you,"
"I know," I chuckled
"I grew up without having any relatives or anyone who actually cares about me. It's not gonna change," she said and I nod.

"Don't call him that and she's not my fuck buddy anymore,"
"I hate them," she said and I ran my finger through her curly hair.
"But I don't know them," she whispered.
She sighs before hugging me. I picked her up and brought her back to our room.
We got into the bed and cuddled. "How's your shoulder,"
"Still hurts like a motherfucker," I said honestly.

I kissed her and she snuggled into me.
A few days flew by and Steele and I are on good terms. I haven't gone out with you in ages and tonight I wanted to go out.
And because Celia literally begged me to come since she didn't want to be alone.
"Done," I said after dressing Steele's wound. It was healing now.
He pulled me onto his lap and grabbed my ass.
"I feel like we should choose peace tonight,"

"You can have on a bikini and be appropriate for the club," I said while standing.
I heard him sigh before going off to his side of the closet.
I got dressed and turned to him. He walked towards me and placed a kiss on my lips.

We left the house and met with Celia, Alec, and Kade.
A few minutes later Kade left to get a quickie with some blondie and Alec followed Celia to the bathroom.
I stared down into the crowd and my eyes locked with someone.
Annika
She had her drink at her lips as she glares at me. Just then I felt Steele's presence behind me.
"I'm horny," he whispered before pampering my neck with kisses.

This booth had a door and it was enclosed with walls but it had an open area so you're able to see down into the club.

It was the side effect of the birth control.
