The drive to the airport was an hour long, and Ran and Sanzu had gotten into a minor argument about who Konomi likes the best.
Ran: as if she'd like a druggie more than me.
Sanzu: yeah she'd prefer a man whore instead.
Hanma: aren't you going to say anything?
Konomi: I just sit back and observe.
Ran: Fuck you!
Sanzu: yeah come fuck me!
The car went silent as everyone tried to understand what the two of them just said.
Konomi: uhhh.
Hanma: why are you gay?
Sanzu: who said I was gay?
Konomi: well?
Hanma: you are gay.
Konomi: you shouldn't be cheating on Koko.
Sanzu: the fuck, nothing is going on between us.
Ran: let's just drop the topic please.
Konomi: yeah.
Ran: (turns up the volume of the speakers) there.
It was currently playing What it is by Doechii.
Konomi: nice (starts dancing on the sit).
Sanzu: you know way too many songs.
Konomi: your just uncultured and jealous.
Sanzu: whatever.
The rest of the drive was peaceful as they reached the airport an hour later.
Konomi: (gets out of the car and stretches) finally, I was getting tired of sitting.
Ran: yeah let's go.
Hanma: the flight is only a few hours long so we'll be there before nightfall.
Sanzu: at least I'm done driving.
Konomi: c'mon let's board the plane.
Hanma: (throws his cigarette and steps on it).
They boarded the plane as their luggage was loaded in it.
Konomi: (buckels her sit belt) I'm ready to take off.
Sanzu: (buckels his sit belt) why do we need to where sit belts? We're not going to run into a damn cloud.
Ran: stop asking stupid questions and just do it.
Hanma: he's probably high just leave it.
Captain: attention passengers, we will be taking of shortly.
Konomi: it will be my first time in Kyoto I'm so excited.
Hanma: yeah we'll take you shopping and sight seeing after the mission.
Konomi: really?
Sanzu: of course princess.
Konomi: yay.
The flight took off and Konomi fell asleep after a few minutes into the journey.
Sanzu: she looks so cute when she's asleep.
Hanma: yeah she does.
Ran: we have to protect her, the mission will be dangerous.
Sanzu: she'll be fine she's so strong.
Hanma: and hopefully very smart.
Konomi slept throughout the entire flight.
When the flight landed Hanma decided to carry her instead of waking her up.
They got into a car as Ran drove them to one of their many penthouses.
Ran: she awake yet?
Hanma: not yet.
Sanzu: I have an idea.
Sanzu set his phone in the front of the car as he turned on the video camera.
Hanma: what are you doing.
Sanzu: suddenly turns up the volume of the speakers.
Konomi: (wakes up suddenly because of the loud music) what the fuck!!!
Sanzu: hahaha that's awesome.
Konomi: (puts a hand on her chest) Sanzu Haruchiyo I will kill you.
Sanzu: calm down, we're in Kyoto.
Konomi: really? (Looks out the window) it's nice.
The city was beautiful and looked a bit more traditional than Tokyo.
Konomi: where are we going?
Ran: to where we'll be staying.
Konomi: okay.
Hanma: and when we drop our bags we'll take you shopping.
Konomi: aren't we meant to be getting ready for the mission?
Hanma: it's all part of the plan.
The car stopped entered the underground parking lot of a huge building.
Ran: we're here.
Konomi: this place is huge.
They all got out the car and the keys to the balet and told them to park the car and take their bags up to their rooms before getting into another car.
Konomi: we didn't even enter the building.
Ran: we'll do that later, but first we need to get you a dress.
Konomi: what for?
Ran: tomorrow you'll be attending a party alongside Hanma, you'll be able to find the leader of the gang we need to take out there, and since your an assassin you should be able to finish him off.
Konomi: I see, and the dress is for the party?
Ran: bingo.
Konomi: but why only Hanma?
Ran: because he's the only Bonten executive they wouldn't recognize.
Hanma: I can't wait to dress you up doll.
Konomi: I dress myself thank you very much.
Sanzu: alright then.
After a few minutes they parked in front of an expensive looking boutique.
Ran: we're here.
Konomi: we going in there?
Ran: yup.
They all came down and entered the store together.
The store was big filled with clothes, shoes and accessories of different types.
Konomi: this place is quite huge for a boutique.
Ran: it belongs to Koko so yeah.
Konomi: it belongs to Koko, wow that's amazing.
Sanzu: do you like this.
Sanzu showed Konomi a blue mermaid fitting sleeveless dress with a flay bottom.
Konomi: it's nice but not my style.
Hanma: I'm sure we can find something like this.
He shows her a green short flaw skirt dress with long sleeves.
Konomi: it's to short.
They continued looking through dresses until Konomi picked out a sky blue satin dress with two slits on two sides up to a thigh, it hugged her upper body well with a v shaped neckline and one short long sleeved hand.
Konomi: this is the one.
Ran: but you didn't even try it on.
Konomi: it'll be fine.
Hanma: what heels do you want?
Konomi: black.
She quickly picked out a sparkly set of black high strapped heels and a black purse to match.
When they were done they headed out taking all she got back to the boot of the car.
Hanma: you sure that's all you need?
Konomi: we can do more shopping later.
Sanzu: sounds fun.
They all got into the car and headed back to the penthouse.
When they arrived they gave the keys to the balet and got into the elevator, they pressed the button for the top floor.
When the door opened it revealed a beautifully furnished and luxurious penthouse with a kitchen, living room and four bedrooms with bathroom inside each.
Their luggage was neatly placed in the living room.
Konomi: wow this place is gorgeous.
Hanma: I see it's been renovated.
Sanzu: the darker theme is better though.
Ran: everyone should rest, we'll be spending tomorrow finding out everything we need to know about the enemy, so it'll be a long day.
Konomi: yeah, which one is my room?
Sanzu: just take any.
Konomi: (grabs her luggage) I'll take the one closest to the kitchen.
Hanma: you won't be taking midnight snacks right?
Konomi: we'll see.
Konomi went to the room leaving the rest in the living room.
She took a shower, when she was done she put on some pajamas and immediately dropped down to the queen sized bed feeling a wave of exhaustion washing over her.
Konomi: I didn't even do anything and I'm already tired (yawns) *but when I get back I'll finally be able to find out who killed my friends (smiles) yeah that would be great*
She easily fell asleep on the cotton bed as she entered her dreams.
