I stared at the other noble kids around my age, they are already making connections just like what their family have thought them to do.
And I just walked away from them and went to a quieter place, I just don't like being In a crowded place, I don't like noises around me.
I'd prefer if my surrounding is just as quiet as the forest.
Once I arrived at the place where my feet brought me, I then stared at the lake that is just far away from me.
( This place... It has beautiful scenery.)
( Lady Cynthia picked the best place to arrange a party right here.)
" And this place is very calming... I like it here." I said while I was still walking and when I was getting near the lake, I stopped and sat next to the tree and just watched the lake right in front of me.
" It's so peaceful here..." I said while I watched the swans on the lake and then I closed my eyes to feel the cold breeze around me.

I then opened my eyes and when I look to my left side while hiding behind a tree, I saw two people on the bridge.
None of them could see me since I'm standing right next to a big tree and I'm sitting on the right side of the tree.
( What are those two doing? )
While I was watching the two of them, I saw how the girl with pink hair grabbed the little girl's hair and she looked angry.
" Aw! Let go! " the little girl with black hair yells.
I couldn't hear clearly what they were talking about but I know that those two are fighting, the other one is an adult while the other one... She looks six or seven years old.
But what surprised me is that how the girl with pink hair slammed the little girl's head on the railings.
( what the hell...)
( What kind of a fight is it for that woman to hurt someone so small like her? )
( Should I call someone and ask the adult for help??? )
( But what are they talking about?? I can't hear their conversation...)

I keep quiet and just watched the two of them fighting with each other, the other one is at a disadvantage situation, at this rate... She'll most likely going to fall off the bridge.
And just like how I imagined it, the girl with pink hair let go of the little girl, I saw how she just watches the girl with black hair falling from the bridge.
I saw how she just stared at the girl with a smile on her face, it was as if she have planned it all along to murder someone.

I couldn't move my body from where I was hiding, I stared at the lake where the little girl have fell, I saw how she was struggling to get out of the water, but I don't think she knows how to swim at all.
( She's going to get drowned...)
I then look at the girl with pink hair, she was just smiling ear to ear, she looked happy while watching someone drowning right in front of her, and then... She just walked away like nothing happened.
( That little girl is going to get drowned! )
( Is she seriously trying to kill that little girl?! )
I watched the pink-haired girl disappear first and when I couldn't see her anywhere anymore, I immediately run towards the lake and jumped in the water.
( I hope she's not dead yet! Please! )
I opened my eyes while I was under the water, I looked around to see where that little girl I just saw and then... I saw her just right below me.
( She shouldn't die yet! )
I then immediately swim towards her and grabbed her from her arm.

I have already brought her from the surface and I'm checking for her breathing and her pulse, making sure that she's still alive.
And I pinch her nose and blow into her mouth, and I did it like five times, I'm just glad that my nanny has taught me something like this, if she didn't, I would be in trouble.

" Are you... Alright now? " I said but then I heard someone's voice, so I immediately get up from the ground and runs away, if someone sees me they'll think that I did something bad to her.

Once I opened my eyes, the first person I see right in front of me was... My beloved mother Cynthia.
" Thea, W-What happened?! Why are you soaking wet?! What happened to you?! " Mother Cynthia says and she hugged me tightly.

" I'm sorry my dear, I wasn't here to protect you when it happened, I'm sorry, I'm sorry." Mother Cynthia says and I can feel that she's crying too.
I then let go of my mother Cynthia and looked at her with a smile on my face.
" I'm so sorry dear, I should have stayed with you and didn't leave you all alone by yourself, I'm so sorry, I couldn't even save you, I'm so sorry." Mother Cynthia says I've never seen my beloved lady cry so much in front of me.
And I hate it. I hate how she's crying in front of me, I don't want her to cry. I don't like it.
" Mother, I'm okay," I said with a smile and I wiped her tears on her cheek.
" Please don't cry, I don't like it when Mother is crying," I said
" I have promised that I will never make my beloved mother cry but, I made you cry, I'm sorry Mom..." I said and she shake her head no.
" I should be the one apologizing, I left you all by yourself and now someone just tried to harm you while I was away, I'm so sorry, I failed to protect you... " Mother Cynthia says and I smiled at her.
" Mother, please don't cry anymore, I'm really fine, see? I'm not even dead yet." I said and then my beloved mother just pinched me on my arm and it hurts.
" Aw~ Mother, why did you do that, it hurts~," I said
" You! Don't say that word! And look at you, we need to go see a doctor immediately! Your head is bleeding! " Mother says
" Mother, you shouldn't cry anymore okay? I don't want Mother to cry at all, my goal is to make you happy and smile all day, so you can't be sad and you can't cry, okay? I promise that you'll be the happiest person in the world! " I said with a smile.
" Even if It means destroying everything that gets in my way... I'll destroy it, if it means making Mother happy! " I said with a smile
" Stop that nonsense! You need to go and see a doctor! And you will have to tell me what happened and who did it! " Mother Cynthia angrily says.

" Oh, I'm just saying hello to Lady Auriane, mother, I didn't get to greet her PROPERLY when she arrives here, I'm a big fan of her mother," I said with a smile
" Mother, don't you like to drink champagne? I asked the head maid to prepare your favorite drink," I said
" W-Wait dear—" Mother Cynthia says
" I'll get it for you Mother," I said and then I went to the table where there are snacks.
I grabbed a glass of red champagne on the table and Mother was just standing right next to Lady Auriane and so I walked towards both of them but...
But I made myself tripped over on the ground and made sure that I will spill the drink on Lady Auriane's dress but I'll have to make it like it was an accident.
*gasp*
" T-Thea..." Mother Cynthia says and then I acted worried and scared in front of these people.
" I-I'm sorry..." I said
" I-I didn't mean to spill the drink on your dress lady Auriane," I said while kneeling in front of her but I'm smiling underneath the mask I'm wearing.
" Please forgive me, my lady, I did not mean to ruin such a fine and expensive dress, my lady! I-I didn't mean it at all..." I said while crying in front of these people.

" Why is a daughter of an Archduke kneeling in front of a daughter of a Marquess?? "

" T-There must be a misunderstanding, I-I didn't do anything like that at all to Lady Althea. " Lady Auriane says and she then looked at me.

" Just remember that... What you show to me, you will get served what you deserve." I said but then my beloved lady called me.
" Thea, come on, we still need to get you treated by a doctor." Mother Cynthia says and she grabbed me from my hand.
" Thia! Get back in here! " Prince Lucien yells and then I turn around to look at Lady Auriane and I smiled ear to ear at her.
