"Bootstrap?Bootstarp?" Elizabeth asks the crewmembers passing by as they laugh
"You know my name..." something says
I turn to see Bootstrap, half of him already becoming part of the ship.
"I know your son. Will Turner." She says as I stare at him sadly
"William ... he's alive!He made it! He's alive. Hah! And now he's sent you to tell me that he's coming to get me. He promised. God's wounds, he's on his way!" Bootstrap celebrates
"Yes. Will is alive, and ... he wants to help you." I say
There is hope in his eyes ... then a thought suddenly hits. Hope vanishes. Despair clouds his features.
"No. He can't come. He won't come." He says upset
"I don't know how, but he will try, I am sure. You're ... his father". I comfort
Bootstraps looks slyly at Elizabeth.
"I know you. He spoke of you.Elizabeth."
"Yes." She confirms
"He can't save me. He won't. Because of you." He says shaking his head
"Me?" She question
"You're Elizabeth." He repeats
Elizabeth and I look at each other confused as she stutters to speak.
"Yes I am Elizabeth..." she replies
"If Jones be slain ... he who slays him takes his place. Captain. Forever. Every man before the mast knows that, Elizabeth! The Dutchman must have a Captain. If he saves me ... he loses you."
Elizabeth stutters again not knowing how to reply.
"He won't pick me. I wouldn't pick me. The Dutchman must have a Captain." Bootstrap says
"O-of course the curse..." I say for Elizabeth
"Tell him ... don't come! Tell him ... stay away! Can you tell him? It's too late. I'm part of the ship. The crew." He shouts
Bootstrap's eyes close, he becomes utterly still. I reach out a hand to comfort him.
"Bootstrap?"
Suddenly his eyes open.
"You know my name!"
"Y-yes. I know your son." Elizabeth says completely confused
"William! He's alive?"
"Y-yes" I reply
"He'll come for me. He promised. You'll see." He says exited
Bootstrap fades back into the hull. Elizabeth and I regard him with horror ... and pity.

"Come with me." James whispers
None of us move.
"Quickly!" He still whispers
I nodd to the crew as they leave the cell.
"What are you doing?" I ask
"Choosing a side..." James admits
He leads us out the cell and at the aft of the ship.
"One at a time. Quickly now." He orders men as he turns to me
"Beckett knows of the meeting of the Brethren. I fear there is a traitor among them." He explains
"It is too late to earn our forgiveness." Elizabeth says as I stay silent believing James
"I do not ask it. I had nothing to do with your father's death. But that does not absolve me of my other sins." He apologises
Elizabeth gives him a comforting smile before she leaves: your forgiven. She climbs the rope and escapes to the Empress. James seems to be avoiding eye contact with me. He must think I don't believe him still. I won't let him die like this!
"Come with us." I say
"James. Come with me." I repeat
"Please James..." I begg him
A black figure suddenly walks towards us holding a sword.
"Who goes there?!" It shouts
Bootstrap...
"Go... I will follow..." he says but he doesn't look me in the eye
"Your lying! James please you are forgiven just please ... get on the line."
He looks me in the eye and kisses me deeply.
"Go now!" He orders me
He pushes me to the rope as I try to make him let go of his grip. Bootstrap comes closer.
"Back to your station, sailor!" James commands
"No one leaves the ship." Bootstrap says
"Stand down! That's an order!" James commands again
He pushes me to the rope and whispers to me "please"
I climb to rope as I start to cry suddenly.
"Part of the crew. Part of the ship." Bootstrap chants
Bootstrap stares, like he's trying to figure it all out.
"Steady, man!" James shouts
Something snaps in Bootstrap.
"All hands! All hands! Prisoner escape, all hands!"
James pulls out his sword and races toward Bootstrap.
"Belay that!"
They start to fight as more crewmembers approach.
"James!" I screamed regretting my choice of going
He quickly shoots the line so I dont come back as I fall in the water. I swim to the Empress,mine and Elizabeth's ship now. I see James run to the middle of the deck fighting through the crowd of crewmembers and swing over to the Empress by a rope. Jones appears running to the aft and walks away disappointed he let James get away. I run to him and gasp seeing a wound on his eye.
"James!" I hug him tightly as I start to cry out of joy

James had removed his wig. I look at him and smile.
"Even wounded ... you look as handsome and charming as ever." I flirt
He chuckles and pulls me closer to kiss him.We separate after a few seconds.
"How could I refuse such a man." I continue smirking
I continue to clean his wound and once clean kiss him slightly.
( ignore the beard if you would like or pretend he just grows a beard fastly)
I then pass him an eye patch and he puts it on. Oh how this man makes my heart flutter so beautifully.
