"are you alright baby?" Kai asked from the kitchen as Beomgyu curled up on the couch
"theyre on the news again" Beomgyu said scared "theyre talking about me"
"owh baby, i told you to stop watching the news, i promise he'll never get to you okay?" Kai reassured
Beomgyu nodded before slowly speaking "if he ever finds me...kill me. please" Beomgyu said "i dont care how you do it but kill me"
Kai nodded understandingly "ill never let him near you cub. youre mine, hes not getting you back." Kai said turning off the tv and setting a plate of food on Beomgyus lap
"whats this?" Beomgyu asked confused
"egg tarts and crepes" Kai said picking up the fork and feeding Beomgyu some of the crepe
"this is really good" Beomgyu smiled leaning against Kai "thank you" he said before taking the fork himself and eating
Kai got up and went out front to get the mail and returned and showed Beomgyu the newspaper "your daddy's looking for you, should we call him hm?" Kai asked with a sadistic smile on his face as he watched dread fill Beomgyus face and his body starting to shake
"n-no please no" Beomgyu sobbed his voice completely broken
Kai laughed and called the number on the paper, wanting to fuck with Beomgyu and his father, give them false hope
The line soon connected and Kai put the phone to Beomgyus ear signaling him to talk"h-hi dad" Beomgyu choked out terrified
Kai expected Beomgyus father to be begging Beomgyu to tell him where he is, how he misses him and is looking for him but instead Beomgyus dad tells him if he ran away again hes gonna be in so much trouble, how when dad finds him he's never leaving the house again. How hes a whore and a piece of trash threatening him to tie him up to the radiator if he tries to escape again.
even Kais slightly horrified by Beomgyus fathers words and he hangs up the phone and frowns as Beomgyu violently shakes and sobs
Kai was planning on toying with Beomgyu more but the crying was too much of a buzzkill, and maybe MAYBE he felt bad.
Kai held beomgyu close to his chest and shushed him like he was a little kid but Beomgyu was too distraught to care, letting Kai kiss the top of his head and apologise over and over. Beomgyu knew he doesn't mean a word of it but he couldnt help but still feel more comforted than he ever did with his father
"its alright cub we're not gonna do that again okay? i promise no more talking to him" Kai said softly
Beomgyu sniffled and hugged Kai even tighter mumbling thank yous and apologies as he cries into Kais chest
After a few minutes Beomgyu felt himself fully calm down, he was a little dizzy but better
"all better?" Kai asked, Beomgyu nodded "lets go finish your breakfast then" Kai smiled helping Beomgyu back to the couch to finish eating
As Beomgyu ate his dizziness got worse and he struggled to sit up and keep his eyes open, he shouldnt have gotten so comfortable
"lets go lay you down baby" Kai said picking Beomgyu up, Kai sounded concerned but the minute Beomgyu was in his arms Beomgyu knew it was fake, the same fucked up smirk plastered on Kais face
Beomgyu was unconscious before they were even out of the living room, his body limp as Kai carried him upstairs to the bedroom
When Beomgyu finally woke up it was dark out, he felt Kai asleep next to him, the youngers strong arms wrapped tightly around his waist
Beomgyu knew he should try to escape, leave Kai behind but he knew deep down he was better off here, stuck with this sweet but incredibly fucked up man
When Kai woke up and saw Beomgyu already awake he smiled softly "good morning cub" he said pulling Beomgyu closer
"morning" Beomgyu smiled kissing Kais cheek, his face turning red when he realized what he did "shit im sorry" he said hiding his face
Kai giggled and kissed Beomgyus forehead "don't apologize cub, you can do that" he smiled
Beomgyu smiled and kissed Kais cheek again giggling as he did so "what time is it?" Beomgyu asked
Kai shrugged and looked towards the window "the suns up now so probably early afternoon" he said dismissively
"could i maybe bathe then?" Beomgyu asked softly, he knew he had certain days he was allowed to bathe and clean himself but he felt gross after talking to his father
"sure cub, come with me" Kai said helping Beomgyu up and walking with him to the bathroom "bath or shower?" he asked
"shower please...i feel gross" Beomgyu said quietly, Kai frowned slightly but nodded and turned on the shower and adjusted the temperature
"ill get your shampoo and things from the closet, you know better than to run right?" Kai asked
Beomgyu nodded and smiled softly as Kai turned and walked into the bathroom closet to get Beomgyus vanilla and cinnamon scented shampoo and conditioner as well as his similarly scented body wash and his unscented face wash
Kai liked the way Beomgyu preferred to smell, it was comforting to him so he didnt mind going out of his way to get Beomgyu the things he wanted, even if he was slightly worried Beomgyu would try to escape
Beomgyu smiled and thanked Kai before beginning to strip and getting into the shower sighing contentedly as the warm water poured onto his skin
Beomgyu quickly began to wash his hair and body not realizing that Kai had left until he went to ask him something
Beomgyu knew he couldve tried to escape then, but he didnt want to anymore. Kai treated him so well. Kai knew everything about it. He saw all his scars and still thought he was beautiful, he saw him crying, throwing up, he saw everything, yet still told Beomgyu how beautiful he was, still said he was perfect
Beomgyu was delusional.
Kai came back into the bathroom with a warm towel from the dryer and turned off the water and wrapped Beomgyu in it, "you okay cub? you look spaced out" Kai said worriedly
"m'alright just thinking" Beomgyu said quietly, Kai nodded and carried Beomgyu to the room making him giggle
"whats so funny cub?" Kai asked smiling, Beomgyu giggled again but frowned when kai set him down, before squealing and laughing loudly when Kai accidentally tickled him
Kai left Beomgyu on the bed as he went to get some comfortable clothes for him and some lotion, once back Kai helped Beomgyu put on some boxers before rubbing some lotion onto his body before slowly kissing one of the scars that ran down his abdomen
Beomgyu sniffled feeling Kais lips on his skin. "whats wrong cub?" Kai asked worried as he moved to look in Beomgyus eyes, caressing his face gently
"dont like that...makes me feel gross, ugly knowing that he did all that and ruined my body" Beomgyu whimpered trying to hold back tears
"mon amour, tu es la plus belle personne que j'aie jamais vue, je promets. alors arrête de pleurer, d'accord?" Kai said softly before kissing Beomgyu forehead

Beomgyu giggled sadly before replying "i love when you speak french to me, makes me feel so special" he confessed

"goddamit Beomgyu" Kai groaned pulling Beomgyu into a confusing kiss "how can you love me? i kidnapped you, i did horrible things to you, i hurt you over and over again. you dont even know my name how the fuck can you love me" Kai said frustrated
"i know what you did to me, but i cant help but love you. you treat me so well now, im so much happier with you than i have ever been before" Beomgyu confessed
"Kai Kamal Huening" Kai said softly as tears began to pool in his eyes
"what?" Beomgyu asked confused
"thats my name, if we love eachother you should know my name" Kai said
"your name is just as beautiful as you are kai" Beomgyu sniffled wiping Kais tears "everything about you is beautiful, your face, your name, hell even your soul no matter how much youve done is beautiful"
Beomgyu and Kai stayed in eachothers arms for the remainder of the day, wiping eachothers tears and kissing eachother softly. Their stupid fucked up love struck expressions never leaving their faces as they held eachother close
"kai" Beomgyu said quietly
"oui mon amour?" Kai asked

"lets sleep" Beomgyu said softly pulling Kai onto the bed
