Elijah Mikaelson has felt always alone. He feels that a part of him is missing. Rosalie Claire has recently moved to Mystic Falls to live with her older sister Davina Claire (who is currently living in the Mikaelson mansion). She has recently got out of college but needs a place to stay in the meantime. Rosalie is a witch like Davina, but her mother had an affair with a warlock from the gemini coven, making Rosalie a siphoner.
Rosalie has a small flower pendant her mother figure gave her, it contains magic that she may siphon, but also blocks her from using magic. In order to cast spells, she must remove her necklace after siphoning. After making her way into Elijah Mikaelson's heart, there's a new enemy of the Mikaelsons.
