THE NEXT MORNING/THURSDAY — — —

Carter Law - Rebecca's Office

9:09 AM

Rebecca was just getting settled into her office for the day, when Michelle stormed into the room and approached her. "Rebecca!" Michelle yells, as she walks up to her and smacks her face! "Ah! What the fuck?!" Rebecca shouts, as she tries to control her balance. "How fucking dare you make a move on my brother like that?! My married fucking brother! You fucking slut!" Michelle yells at her. "I don't know what you're talking about... But you can't just come in here putting your filthy hands on me!" Rebecca tells her.

"Watch me!" Michelle screamed at her before jumping on her! They grappled with each other, throwing punches and pulling hair. Papers and office supplies scattered across the floor as they slammed into the desk and then onto the wall. The sound of their grunts and yells echoed through the office. Just as it seemed like the fight would continue indefinitely, Mitchell Jr. burst into the room and managed to separate the two. He held them apart as they continued to struggle and shout at each other. "What the hell is going on in here?!" He loudly ask them. The other staff in the building stand at the door being nosey.

"This bitch is unprofessional and trash! And I want her gone. NOW!" Michelle demands. "No, she's the one who came in here and attacked me!" Rebecca whines. Michelle gives Mitchell Jr. a stern look and he instantly makes his decision. "I'm sorry, Rebecca. But, I think it's best that you leave." He looks to Rebecca and tells her. Rebecca scoffs and looks around to everyone. She then steps up to Mitchell Jr. They are face to face, and the tension is intense! "I promise you, you're gonna regret this." She whispers sinisterly into his ear, before storming out of the room. "MOVE!" She yells at the staff in the doorway. Michelle and Mitchell Jr. look to each other in disbelief at the turn of events.

A MONTH LATER/SATURDAY MORNING — — —

A month has passed. And with the passage of time, the wounds of the past began to heal for the Fielders, Carters, and DuPoint's.

Bridgewood Lakes Rehabilitation Center

10:00 AM

As Cierra pulled into the driveway of the rehab Chelsea's been at, she instantly noticed an ecstatic Chelsea. "Chels!!!" She shrieks, as she gets out of the car and runs over to her. "Oh my, God! I've missed you so much!" Cierra teared up, as she and Chelsea squeeze each other tightly. "I've missed you too! How's is everyone?!" Chelsea asks, as the two get into the car. "Girl, there's so much to fill you in on!" Cierra teases, as they get settled in the car. The facility workers  loading up the car with Chelsea's things.

Fielder Estates - Master Bathroom

10:01 AM

Rafael sat by his wife's side on the cool tile floor the master bathroom, holding her hand and quietly murmuring words of comfort as she cried out in pain. He could feel her body wracked with spasms, every breath a struggle. "It's okay, honey." He whispered. "I'm here, I'm not going anywhere. We'll get through this together." He tells her. She looks up at him, tears streaming down her face. "I don't know how much longer I can take this. It hurts so much." She cried.

He stroked her hair, his own eyes filled with tears. "I know, I know. But we have to be strong. We have each other, and we have our love. That's all that matters."
She leaned into him, her head resting on his shoulder. "I don't want to leave you. I don't want to die." She whispered. He held her close, his arms wrapped around her. "You're not leaving me. You'll always be with me, in my heart and in my soul. And when it's my time to go, you'll be waiting for me on the other side." He says fiercely.

They sat there for what felt like hours, the only sounds in the room the sound of her labored breathing and his soft words of encouragement. In that moment, nothing else mattered except their love for each other and the strength they drew from it. They were united in their pain, and together they would face whatever came their way.

Cierra's Car (Driving)

As Cierra and Chelsea were enjoying their ride through the city filled with gossip and laughter, the sky began to get gloomy. "Okay, tomorrow we have a final meeting with the board members and a final walkthrough of the property." Cierra informs her. "Alrighty, sounds good. Oh, and how did everyone in town react to my absence?" Chelsea responds.

"Uh, dad sold the story to the press that you were taking a much needed vacation after mom's death." Cierra explains. "Well, that was part of it." Chelsea laughs. "I'm just really glad you're home and doing better." Cierra says, as she consoles her hand.

LATER ON THAT DAY — — —

Mitchell Jr's Car (Driving Down North 95)

5:25 PM

As soon as he was off the clock, Michelle insisted that she and Mitchell Jr. take quick road trip somewhere after work. Michelle is behind the wheel of his car, as he is relaxed in the passenger seat. "And why, again, are we going to aunt Sharon's house?" He asks her, as his phone is ringing in his hands. He looks at it to see that it's Rebecca calling. After he declines the call, he looks at his call log and deletes the 35 missed calls from her.

"Who is that?!" She asks him. "No one. Now answer my question." He responds. "For the last time, MJ! I believe she knows where mom is and isn't telling us. I've been sitting on this feeling for a month now and And we're about to find out if that feeling's true..." She announced, as she steps on the pedal and speeds up!

FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER — — —

Sharon Campbell's House - Front Yard

5:40 PM

Michelle and Mitchell Jr. hop out of the car and quickly rush over to the front door. "Michelle, she's obviously not home! We should just leave." He says. "Just shut up and follow my lead!" She replies. They arrive at the front door. "And how are we supposed to get in anyways?" He asks her. She lifts up a rock on the ground and retrieves a key from under it.

"I know what I'm doing." She tells him sarcastically. He scoffs at her. She then unlocks the door and rushes in. "Okay, I'll take upstairs. You stay on the main level and keep a lookout!" Michelle orders him, as she races up the staircase. "Fine..." He rolls his eyes and responds. He begins walking in a separate direction from her...

SEVERAL MINUTES LATER — — —

Sharon Campbell's House - Master Bedroom

6:00 PM

After searching the entire third floor of the house, Michelle realized that there was only one room she didn't check... And that was Sharon's bedroom. After realizing she immediately runs over to the room and enters. There she begins searching through everything. Her heart raced as she frantically searched through the drawers and shelves of the bedroom. She knew she had to find any piece of information that could help, before it was too late. Her eyes darted around the room, looking for any sign of anything.

As she rummaged through the closet, her hand brushed against a hidden latch. With a soft click, the door of the closet swung open, revealing a small, ornate box sitting on the top shelf. Her heart pounding in her chest, she reached up and carefully lifted the box down. It was heavier than she had expected, and she could feel her palms sweating as she turned it over in her hands. With trembling fingers, she worked to unlock the box, her heart racing with anticipation.
As the lid finally gave way, she gasped in surprise.

Inside the box was a collection of old documents and photos, each one carefully preserved and protected. Her eyes scanned the pages, her heart racing as she realized the significance of what she had found. But after reading, it wasn't what she was looking for. Instead it was a bunch of hospital documents, from Fielder General of course, stating the birth of a baby girl named Michaela Carter! The birth certificate states that she was born on September seventeenth, nineteen ninety. Michelle began to hyperventilate, as it just couldn't be!

Could her father have slept with her aunt Sharon, impregnated her, and hid the baby from everyone?! What she read next confirmed her terrible thought. She proceeds to read an apparent letter from Sharon addressed to she and Mitchell Jr.

The letter reads: "Dear Michelle and MJ, I hope this letter finds you both well. I wanted to talk to you about something that I think is important for you to know. You may have heard rumors about me having another child before you were born, and I want to clear things up for you. The truth is, I did give birth to a baby girl named Michaela. She is your older sister from your father's side. What you may not know is that I was raped by your father, and Michaela was conceived as a result of that terrible experience. Although it was a very difficult time for me, I decided to keep the baby and raise her myself. However, your father and and mother did not want anyone to know about what happened, and they insisted on putting Michaela up for adoption. After spreading the salacious rumor that I wanted him and was out of mind, they handed me a large sum of money and sent me away to the mountain house, where I've been living alone for so many years. That's beside the point, I just want you both to know that Michaela is a part of our family, and she always will be. I love her very much, and I hope that one day you will get to meet her too. Your parents may have tried to hide the truth, but they cannot change what happened. Please understand that this was not my fault. I was a victim of a terrible crime, and I did the best I could to take care of Michaela and protect her. I also want you to know that I love you both very much, and I always will. No matter what happens, we are family, and I will always be here for you. Love, aunt Sharon."

"Oh my, God!" Michelle screamed, as she burst into tears. After that, she put everything back like she found it and ran downstairs. "MJ! MJ!" She shouted, as she rushed to the door. Mitchell Jr., down in the basement just a few feet away from entering Sharon's unfinished basement hears her calling him and turns around to go find her. He runs up the stairs and is met by a distraught Michelle. "Let's go! We're leaving. NOW!" Michelle declares, as she storms through the front door. Mitchell Jr. follows right behind her.

FITEEN MINUTES LATER — — —

Mitchell Jr's Car (Driving Down North 95)

6:55 PM

The car is filled with tension, as Michelle is trying to regain her composure. "So, are you not going to tell me what you found?!" Mitchell Jr. asks her. "NO! We're going back there tomorrow and getting fucking answers. You'll find everything out then." Michelle replies sternly. "Now you're making me worried..." He continues. "You should be." Michelle, teary eyed, looks at him and says. RINGING!

Mitchell Jr's cellphone begins ringing once again. "WHO THE FUCK IS THAT?!" She shouts at him, before snatching his cellphone. Once she snatches it, she sees that it's Rebecca who's been calling him all day. Enraged, she answers the phone and goin in on her. "Leave him the fuck alone, you fucking weirdo! He is married! And he wants nothing to do with a little skank while like you!" She shouts into the phone, before hanging it up. Shocked and nervous at Michelle's behavior, Mitchell Jr. sits back.

Rebecca's House - Living Room

As Rebecca stood in her living room, her heart was pounding with rage. Michelle's harsh words echoed in her mind. Without thinking, she hurled her cellphone across the room, shattering a glass vase into what seemed to be a thousand pieces. For a moment, she stood there, panting and trembling with fury. But then, her expression changed. She picked up the phone from the floor and examined it. Miraculously, it still worked.
With a sense of desperation, she dialed a mysterious number she had memorized long ago. The phone rang once, twice, three times... and then a voice answered.
"Hello?" The deep and menacing voice said. "I need your help. And I need it now." Rebecca replies, her voice shaking.

There was a pause on the other end of the line, and then the voice spoke again. "What kind of help?" The person asked. She hesitated for a moment, wondering if she was making a mistake. But then, she spoke the words that had been burning in her mind for weeks. "I need you to get rid of someone." She says, her voice barely above a whisper. "Someone who's been causing me trouble." She continues. There was a long pause on the other end of the line, and then the voice spoke again. "Consider it done." The person said, and then the line went dead. She then stood there, staring at the phone in her hand, a chill running down her spine. She knew that she had just made a deal with the devil, and that there would be no turning back...
