"The Wolverine wanted to, but Hope allowed the man to go free," Uatu answered.
"Wait," Tony protested. "How did they create an artificial environment on the moon?"
"Do you really want me to explain how they created that," Uatu asked.
"Yes," Tony said. "Even I haven't made anything capable of that. They would have to be a type 2 on the Kardashev scale at the very minimum. We don't even make it to type 1."
"No, we do not," Pepper said, not wanting to here another one of Tony's rants about how underdeveloped they are.
"The Skrulls, the civilization that built the environment, are a type 4," Uatu answered. "And yes, are capable of universal travel."

"Great," Steve sarcastically said. "Now we are here and she has no backup."
"We seem to have terrible timing," Natasha agreed. "Both in that universe, and in ours."
"And there's the Phoenix," Tony said. "Why not have us all meet for one big showdown?"
"We always seem to have the worst luck when it comes to these sort of things," Clint agreed.

"Like I said; not many people can harm it. Even fewer can beat it," Stephen stated. "It is impressive you manged to survive and fight it for as long as you did."

"We know it will not bond with Hope because of an event we saw that is in the future, so its is going to be a tough battle to win," Steve stated.
"One we will not see," Uatu replied. "I was not told to show you the fight, therefore, I won't."
An) Done. For everyone who doesn't know, the Kardashev scale is a scale measuring how advanced a society is. Currently real and even MCU humans reside at a 0.73 (MCU may be higher). However other species in the MCU are at a level 4 and capable of universal travel.
