I knocked at the door and hinata greeted us with a smile "welcome home brother Neji" She said "Y/n I'm glad you could make it" and she replied with a smile
"Come in" hinata added "just call me when dinners ready" I said coldly and went to my room, I don't know what's going on but it irritates me when she picks to be with Gaara over me
20 minutes has passed and someone knocked on my door "come in" I said with a faint voice

Hinata asked me if I could call Neji down for dinner and I agreed
I knocked on his door and he replied with a come in with a faint voice
I opened the door and said "Neji, hinata told me to call you for dinner" I told him but he was just laying down on his bed facing the other way
I was about to close the door and walk until he called for me
"Y/n.." He said "Yes?" I asked waiting for an answer "can you.. Come here please?" He asked genuinely
I smiled and sat next to him on his bed, he faced my way and said "Did you mean it when you said you liked me?" He asked and I gave him a confused but also sad face
"O-of course I did. Why would you think I didn't?" I asked "nothing" he said and faced the other way again
He wasnt acting like himself. His words are more genuine than usual, what's going on?
"Is the thought of me picking to go with Gaara and his siblings on Saturday rather than spending it with you bothering you?" I asked turning my body towards him and brushing my hand through his long hair
He nodded in reply and sighed at the same time he seemed gloomy and I felt bad
"I promise to spend my whole Sunday with you" I said hoping he'll be satisfied with what I said
"I don't know I might have plans." He said "I'll talk to Gaara for you, I'll see if we could hang out on Sunday instead of Saturday" I told him and kissed his head and left the room
I went back to the dining room and hinata asked "where's Neji?" She asked "I'm not sure if he wants to eat yet" I said smiling at her
An hour after dinner I was walking out their house and felt someone hug me from behind
"Thank you" Neji said whispering into my ear "your very welcome" I said chuckling he let go and held onto my hand
"Let me walk you home, it's to dark for you to be walking on your on" I laughed "didn't gai sensei say we were on the same level?" I laughed again
"W-well people know not to mess with me" neji rolled his eyes at me and I admired his beautiful features, and my favorite. His eyes
His eyes is the first thing that caught my eyes when I first saw him
"Y/n you know you could stare at me all night but please look where you going" he smirked
"I-I was not staring" I stuttered to say "whatever you wanna believe" I exhaled
I knocked at me and Naruto's apartment door and waited for Naruto to open it
The door opened "Welcome home Y/n-chan! " Naruto said excitedly until he saw who was behind me and frowned
"What's he going here?" He said not so politely "uhm Neji here offered to walk me home" I smiled
"You know she can defend for herself right? " Naruto snarled at Neji "of course I know that" he rolled his eyes at Naruto
I chuckled at the sight of Naruto being overprotective and Neji couldn't do anything about it. If he wanted to date me he'll have to deal with Naruto
"Goodbye Y/n I'll see you tomorrow" Neji gave me a small smile and left
I closed the door and Naruto was behind me "what was that all about? Are you guys a thing" Naruto asked
"No, well not yet" I whispered the last part of the sentence so Naruto wouldn't hear
"Oh and I did something for you" Naruto said giving me a big grin, and walked to a door that was beside his room
"I made this storage room your room" He smiled as he opened the door in front of him
I took a peek and it was very neat "thank you Naruto" I smiled at him "your welcome" he replied
I went inside and closed the door, I sat down on the chair and wrote a letter to Gaara
Hey Gaara I got your letter that we would be hanging out at Saturday, but I'm sorry I'm busy on Saturday maybe Sunday? I hope you could understand. Thank you that's all I'll see you soon
